Beautiful home, beautiful beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The pool and beach were wonderful! Kayaking, paddleboarding, cornhole and games of ping pong were enjoyed by all. We couldn't have asked for more!

Family Vacation

The house and location were amazing. Having three generations of family in one house with plenty of space for everyone to comfortably stay was wonderful. Having kids aged 8-4 right on the beach with access to a pool was such a nice treat for us. Everything was as described with plenty of pool toys, noodles and even paddle boards and a kayak to be able to use. Thank you for a beautiful home rental to spend our family Easter vacation!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. Home has everything you may want and more. Had a little problem with the water heat on a third floor shower but Crissy was very helpful and had someone out asap and issues were resolved. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing beach-front home

Went for my father’s 80th birthday. There were 6 adults and 5 kids from ages 3 to 9. The house was perfect for everyone. Location is amazing. Pool and jacuzzi are great. House was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed from cookware to beach gear (so nice not to bring anything), and entertainment. Beds were comfortable. Views were incredible. Most of all, the host and their people were incredibly kind and responsive. They even sent us something we left behind that was quite important. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Beachfront Family Getaway

This home located on the Gulf beach was a perfect fit for our family of 10 with our children, their spouses, and grandchildren all having enough space to relax yet stay active. The grandkids enjoyed the pool, spa, and fishing on the beach. The kayaks were well used by many and easy to launch from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Whatever was missing from the everyday needs was instantly replenished with a simple text to Crissy, the local agent. Both Nicole (offsite) and Crissy (local) were very responsive to questions. The home is ideally located for a short drive to many good restaurants in Bonita and Naples. We visited during Christmas week and were pleasantly surprised by a Christmas tree set up in the living area! Little details like that made for an enjoyable week stay. We highly recommend this home.

This is a great house. It was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub area was well maintained. Owner, property manager, and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is wonderful. Pool is decent size for beach front properties (they are typically pretty small). The property manager was great. Very responsive. One of the A/C units went out and they had some there to fix that day working into the night to ensure it was operational.

Unbeatable

Fantastic property located directly on the beach, can't be beaten. Multi floor with elevator, awesome sonos sound system and top shelf appliances. Pool was perfect, spa and every game, noodle, activity you could ask for. Stay here, its worth every penny

Amazing Vacation Home!

This home exceeded our expectations and enhanced our vacation in every way. Beautiful home, amazingly well stocked kitchen with every appliance and kitchenware you could ever need. The outdoor gear that was available for use (paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, balls, bikes) was AMAZING. The host and property manager were extremely responsive, and though we didn't have any issues during our stay, I am confident that if anything had come up, they would have handled it straight away. Our 2 families that stayed here give this property the highest rating!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house is awsome and very clean, well equipped and located perfectly right on the beach. In the morning watching dolphins and pelicans, in the evening watching wonderful sunsets was a great pleasure. As mentioned before Nicole and Crissy did a great job to make us feel welcome.

All the Amenities

Very clean, and wonderfully stocked so that you do not have to visit target just to stay for a week. Plus, lots of extras like kayaks, life jackets, beach towels, sand toys; the list goes on. Garbage was moved to the curb by the managers, so we did not have to worry about missing that. Thanks for a very pleasant vacation with the grandkids!

Just like home but 10x better!

Incredible home in unbeatable location right on the beach. Luxurious, spacious, and fully equipped to handle our large party of 10 from teens to adults, including an infant. Master bedroom on 3rd floor was a total dream to stay in with walk out balcony overlooking beach, and on-suite mega bathroom with his & hers sides. Beds were so comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped for lots of cooking and baking- loved the double refrigerator. The elevator made this a 10 out of 10 in many ways!

Island Beach House Stay

We were pleased with everything about our stay. We had 3 generations represented. The house is fabulous. Bonita Springs is fabulous. The beach and gulf are fabulous. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. Crissy’s and Nicole’s attention to detail is fabulous. We had a couple of requests and they were handled quickly and positively. If you want a carefree vacation, we highly recommend this VRBO.

A trip of a lifetime
