Relaxed

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Nothing better than to just walk out the door and be sitting on the beach. House had everything you would need and kitchen was well supplied with all the essentials including 2 large refrigerators and one beverage fridge. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the Gulf water, sand, sunsets, family game night on screened in porch, and the constant sound of waves hitting the beach.

Perfect Beach House

The most beautiful beach house! I can't think of anything that this house did not have to make our family gathering an amazing experience! There is plenty of space, it's clean, and we had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Cynthia was a great host! I am very pleased I chose this listing. It's prettier than the pictures.

Our most relaxing getaway yet

The location is great close to several grocery store and restaurants, never mind having the beach as your backyard. Cynthia was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house has a lot of beach "toys" and essentials, we would definitely stay again.

Our party of four retired couples had a truly outstanding experience. The home is very comfortable, well provisioned, and ideally located directly on the beach and gulf. The responsiveness of the property manager was perfect in every way. Our entire group gives this two thumbs up and would definitely rebook.

We Absolutely Love Bonita Beach and this House

This house is a great size, not too big, but big enough for 12 of us to spread out as needed. Your steps from the beach, so no big production to lug all your stuff to the beach. The upgrades in the last year are also really nice. Still feels like you're at home on the beach when we walk in. Looking forward to booking again in the future. Plus Cindy is an awesome host and communicates very well, but doesn't hover or interfere.

Two family beach vacation

We had the most relaxing and fun vacation on the beach. Our two large families (8 kids ages 3-12) had everything we needed close at hand-including beach toys. The location on the beach is superb, and Cynthia is wonderful to work with. We barely left the house except for the occasional ice cream run!

Beautiful Beach Family Vacation

Our time at the beach house was absolutely beautiful! The house was furnished nicely, and stocked with essentials for cooking for a large family. We spend hours each day on the beach, sitting under umbrellas, lounge chairs provided. The kids played in the sand with tons of toys available! We even saw three mama turtles come up onto the beach to lay their eggs. What a memorable trip!

Awesome location, great space and amazing host.

We had a full group for this house with kids from 1 up to 15 and 6 adults. We even had friends visit us and hang on the beach and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house has everything you need throughout from the kitchen to the bathrooms. And the host, Cindy is so responsive with questions and help. We're looking at booking spring break next year already.

Wonderful location!

We loved Bonita Beach in June! Great location and beautiful house. Kitchen had everything we needed. HIGHLY recommend this house. Property manager very easy to reach with questions. Although we didn't have many questions. We were a family group. Plenty of things to do in the area. Beach chairs and kayaks included.
