Sommar simning och båtliv med privat brygga och propan BBQ på lakeside däck. Båtuthyrning finns på lokala marinaer. Det finns många val av restauranger precis vid sjön för att komma till med bil eller båt!

Njut av det rika hösten lövverket och lokal äppleplockning och antikviteter.

Wintertime är vackert!Återvänd till en mysig eld i sten spis efter en dag med lokala skidor och snö slangar på Mountain Creek, Mount Peter eller Stirling Mt. Ha roligt skridskoåkning och snöskoter på sjön !!.
Bara en timme från New York City platser och attraktion. Gångavstånd till NYC buss. Woodbury Commons utlopp shopping i närheten. Renässansfestivalen på närliggande smoking. Mt. Appalachian Trail har bra vandring. Bra restauranger! Den har allt!

Great stay!

Lakefront House on Greenwood Lake is awesome. We were in town to visit Watchtower Headquarters in Warwick. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication was Jody was quick. We enjoyed the lake so much! We look forward to returning again.

Birthday weekend

The lake house was exactly as described in the listing. The property was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out back on the deck watching the ducks and Geese swim by while enjoying our morning beverages. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The house is located within an easy drive to downtown Warwick. We enjoyed a fantastic weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday.

Long relaxing weekend

My family (teens and 2 dogs) enjoyed a wonderful long weekend here. Everything was as described, beds were comfy, and home was clean. Neighborhood and surrounding areas were welcoming and quiet. Would recommend.

Very clean, beautiful home with great lake views

We came for the weekend with my parents for a little ski get away. This place was very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels, and had amazing lake views. Jody was great with check-in process and communicating. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful view! Comfortable accommodations and good amenities.

This house has a nice homey feel, the back deck and view was awesome! Lots of amenities such as washer and dryer, fireplace, towels, and dishes. Nearby a cute little town with shops and restaurants.

Perfect lil get away

We loved this house! It’s a great spot on greenwood lake. Very easy to find. We rented a boat and had a great few days. And so did the dog!

Wonderful spot

Fabulous location right on the lake. Even though it was in January it was still very enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood tucked back by the lake. Definitely would be a great summer rental. Very clean and well kept accommodations. Carolyn

Perfect setting on the water

Great Summer Lake House!

It was the perfect lake house with a large living/dining area and nice kitchen. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Most of our time was spent lounging on the deck in the back and enjoying the sunshine. Would definitely recommend for a lake getaway!

The perfect weekend getaway

We are regular Vrbo travelers and always consider Jody's property as one of our favorites. The house is clean and comfortable, the location is fantastic and the price is very reasonable when compared to other rentals in the area. My husband, Ira and I are New Yorkers. He grew up in the Bronx near Yankee Stadium and I grew up in Mount Vernon. As a child, Ira's family would spent summers in the Catskills and he had a special memory of being in a motorized boat with his Dad and friends on a beautiful, grand lake. When our kids were about that age, he drove us to find 'the lake' and we did!

Varför värden valde detta boende

The moment we stepped foot on the deck and took in the incredible view of the lake, we fell in love. To this day, the deck is our favorite part of the house. It is so peaceful and lovely.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Along with these views, it is a very functional, easy house. The open floor plan downstairs, makes it very comfortable for visiting, sharing a meal or a movie and just hanging out. The three bedrooms upstairs are roomy with views of the lake.
We are so excited that we have been able to remodel both bathrooms, the kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets and appliances and hardwood floors downstairs!!
