Hej och välkommen till Villa Adriana!

Inbäddat bland träden och den omgivande trädgården, som ligger på en sluttning med utsikt över Highland Lake, anses Villa Adriana ha en av de bästa utsikten över hela sjön.
Du kan njuta av den spektakulära utsikten från bekvämligheten av ett mysigt vardagsrum med stora fönster med utsikt över sjön och från det intilliggande rymliga utomhusdäcket utrustat med bord, stolar, paraply och en grillgrill för att äta utomhus.
En av de första sakerna du kommer att märka, förutom den spektakulära utsikten, är tystnaden som omger hela fastigheten ...

Huset har två nivåer:
På övervåningen finns ett stort vardagsrum / matsal med högt katedraltak och fullt fungerande eldstad där du kan komma åt däcken. ett stort matbord med plats för upp till 10 vuxna; fullt utrustat kök; tre drottning sovrum; helrenoverat badrum med standard storlek badkar.
På nedre våningen finns master sviten med öppen spis, queen size-säng och queen size-bäddsoffa, och uteservering genom franska dörrar med utsikt över sjön; ett nyrenoverat badrum med fullstor uppställd dusch och uppvärmda golv; tvättstuga utrustad
med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Under sommarsäsongen har du full tillgång till alla kajaker, båtar och SUP ligger på den privata bryggan med direkt tillgång till sjön. Det är den perfekta platsen för att bada på en av solstolarna, bara koppla av i hängmatta eller simma.
Endast elmotorbåtanvändning är tillåten på sjön för att undvika överskott av buller och förorena vattnet.

Villa Adrian ett idealiskt läge erbjuder massor av saker att göra året runt! På vintern kan du njuta av skidbackarna vid den berömda närliggande orten Mountain Creek som på sommaren blir en spännande nöjespark! Du kan fiska, bada, vandra, eller bara slappna av och njut av utsikten på minneskumssoffan. Varje sovrum har också en helt ny memory foam madrass för att garantera din bästa komfort.

Huset är utrustat med wifi och smart tv för streaming. Sänglinne och handdukar är tillgängliga för användning.

Beautiful property off the beaten path

This cabin was a perfect stay to get away from it all for a while. Amenities were close enough that they were easy to get to, but we were still out in nature without much noise or light pollution. The lake was a beautiful sight to see every morning. Overall, a great spot to take a trip.

Stairs to house entry were steep

Beautiful lake views, comfortable furniture. we had some difficulty parking as it was snow covered and steep stairway from road to house was difficult for the older people in our group. Also we couldn’t find any washcloths

Nicely located property on lakefront

Great property with everything needed for a nice weekend on the lake. Kitchen was well appointed and all the seating/couches were plentiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the kayaks and some walks around the peaceful lake.

Cozy and Quaint

Overall quiet and cozy lakefront property. Kitchen was equips with all we needed, but was a tad disorganized in the drawers. Made it a little difficult to find thing. Regardless, we had a wonderful stay and was able to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake.

Great getaway

Ski Trip no Snow

Trip turned out to be more or less a family reunion. Cabin was perfect , well taken care of, and the lake is beautiful. Other than groceries, nothing else was needed. We would rent again.

It would have been helpful to be told that there were many steps leading down to the house- lots of luggage and groceries to carry made that difficult to manage. The deck had holes and weak boards-scary because it is high. Wooden deck chairs were quite weathered and the cushions to be used were stained and dirty. The view was great and the kids had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay!

Property manager replied promptly every time I reached out. I prefer to get an access code before the day of the booking as it makes me nervous, but it was provided when asked that morning. Not immaculately clean, but definitely not bad. Grill was clean and backup tank (which we needed) was provided. Beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed getting out and kayaking twice. Would recommend!

Nice Lake House

This lake houae has a beautiful view amd plenty of space. One of the best stocked kitchens I have found in a rental. Plenty of pots with lids, dishes, glasses, a good stove and a very clean gas grill with tools. The beds were OK, but not enough linnens. There were plenty of towels, but no extra blankets or pillows. We had a guest on the pull out couch that slept on a throw pillow with no blanket.

Beautiful views but have concerns

Review: We rented this house with our grown kids and 3 young grandchildren. The house was clean and nicely decorated inside, as depicted in the photographs online. There was adequate space for everyone and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The views of the lake were stunning and the host was easily contacted. We did enjoy our stay, however we did have some concerns. The railing and floor boards on this approximately 15’ high deck had multiple spongy areas and places with significant rot. One of the kayaks was missing the plug (thankfully we noticed before using). The paddle board was deflated and there was no usable pump. The zero gravity chairs provided were falling apart. The yard was overgrown with thorn bushes intruding on the stairs leading to the lake and fishing rods / old boats discarded in the overgrown brush. As another guest wrote, it would have been nice to know before booking that there were so many stairs to go down to get to the house. Even better to be warned that the path is dimly lit with only one working lamp. The inside was well laid out, however the AC units provided (1 mini split in the living room and 1 portable AC in one of the 3 upstairs bedrooms) were inadequate to cool the space. As described, there was a baby gate, however it did not fasten to the stair or fit the opening, but that didn’t matter because the railing separating the top living area from the split foyer had only 3 parallel railings with approximately 18” spacing between the

Gorgeous view, perfect summer house

We stayed in the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. The setting is peaceful and the beds are comfortable. The home has adequate but uneven heating, it doesn't feel like a truly winterized home. I'd come back in the summer to enjoy the lake and worry less about constantly adjusting the thermostat. Kitchen is on par with other rental houses -- everything functioned OK. There's a mix of old pots and pans and utensils with some items missing like measuring cups. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, come prepared. There were some nice touches for families with young kids like a playmat, booster seat, pack n play and high chair. The house could use some minor updates to make it more accommodating -- like luggage racks in the bedrooms. The interior doors that only stay shut with bolts made things challenging with kids - I recommend the host update the doors for adequate privacy and safety.

Amazing weekend getaway

I spent the weekend in this beautiful home with some girlfriends- it was the perfect getaway. Stunning views, access to the lake for kayaking or just hanging out and hiking trails nearby. The home was clean and the kitchen had all the essentials.

Clean and comfortable

Property was clean and offered all of the basic amenities for an enjoyable stay. Location was nice with nearby playgrounds and small beaches - fun short trips for kids. Homeowner was very responsive with any questions/concerns. Boating equipment could use a little love, but life vests were plentiful and clean.

Great view, relaxing, needs some TLC

View was amazing but traffic was noisy on the upper deck. Down by the lake was much mor peaceful and relaxing. The house was clean and our party of 7 fit No Problem! House rules or leave it the way you find it and the people in there before us didn’t seem to be very respectful of that. The things to be aware of for future renters. I’m hoping management will address these. The grill was rusted and disgusting and tank almost empty (we filled it for 2 cooks. The next 7 or 8 Incoming renters will be happy they won’t have to deal with it) don’t cook burgers or chicken on it. You will have a grease fire from the bottom that is difficult to put out. Thought the side of the house was going to catch fire. Scary. Dryer doesn’t work to dry towels clothing after being on the lake. Microwave doesn’t work. Row boat for fishing had a leak. My sons went out and were nervous it could sink so they came back. 1 of the 3 kayaks were missing plugs. When my son went out on it it was gushing water on him and in it. Paddle boat was not usable. Had to help their maintenance man pull the submerged paddle boat out of the water. No easy task. Other than that it was relaxing. The fishing and view was Amazing. If not for the above items which I believe they can fix for future renters I would have given it an “A” rating.
