Denna härliga, smakfullt inredda 3 BR hem är 4/10 mil från den mjuka sanden på den spektakulära Good Harbor Beach. Oavsett om du tar en morgon promenad eller packar en kylare och stol, är du en kort promenad bort. Alla 3 mysiga sovrum ligger på 2: a våningen, liksom badrummet i full storlek. En 1/2 bad med tvättmaskin / torktumlare är på första våningen utanför av det öppna köket. Den stora 16X22 däck och privat bakgård är perfekt för efter strandgrillens. Det vill säga, efter att du har sköljt av sanden i den rymliga slutna utomhusduschen. Downtown Gloucester, Rt 128 och Rockports Bearskin nacke är några minuter bort.

Great property

This was a great place close to town and the beach. It was a guy fishing trip. We're all looking forward to coming back again, not only to fish, but to hang with the family of turkeys that patrolled the neighborhood, day and night. Great time.

Beautiful Getaway Home

This home was cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect escape. The home is close to many beautiful sites to see, close to beaches, restaurants and coastal views. Wonderful communication with owners.

Wedding weekend in Gloucester

The property was advertised. Very clean, nice quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach(not a beach day, but nothing beats the fresh salt air!). The house was a short drive to the wedding venue and worked out great! Thank you again and have a happy Spring/Summer!

Fishing weekend

Great place for the boys and I to stay for a weekend of tuna fishing. House was great location and perfect for us. Loved the fire pit in the back, plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen.

Great summer spot

Mike and Beth place was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for us to have game nights and a bonfire at the house. Gloucester downtown has so many great options for food and activities. We lived our whole stay!

Felt like Home

My family and I were in the area for a wedding. Found this property and glad we did. Plenty of space, clean, and quiet. It felt like home to us. The host was attentive and friendly. We would love to visit the area again, and we’d definitely stay at this property in the future if we could.

“Our stay was fantastic! The property was incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were wonderful, and the new couch exceeded expectations. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for relaxation. We especially loved the fire pit in the evenings—it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the area. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to both the beach and Salem. Highly recommend!”

The property was well equipped with everything you need, we found Franklin's restaurant nearby which we highly recommend. Property is nearby to a lot of sightseeing.

Great location and a place that felt like home.

Can walk to beach. Close to grocery stores and Rockport. House was decorated nicely, beds comfortable, very well stocked kitchen. Lots of space. House rules are clear. Host responded quickly to all correspondence.

Great clean and comfortable house

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed no matter what came up. Great deck and we loved the fire pit! 10 min walk to the beach. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Perfect getaway

We loved your house! Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Very relaxing living room. And enjoyed the deck out back. Location perfect: easy walk to Good Harbor Beach and short distance to drive into town. So glad we could spend the weekend in your fabulous house!

Great autumn retreat

Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay very much. We would highly recommend it. The beaches are wonderful and the food is great in the area. We even had a guest at the house a couple of turkeys roosting in the trees.
