Letar du efter ett berg tillflyktsort som erbjuder lugn och ro, men är ändå nära till alla åtgärder i Smokies? Komma och bo ett tag på Little Cove Cabin och hitta det du har letat efter!

Undangömt i en liten vik i skogen, kan du koppla av på den stora verandan och titta på ett rikt djurliv omkring dig eller gunga i hängmattan på gården medan du lyssnar på porlande bäck i närheten. Vilda kalkoner, tvättbjörnar, kaniner, rävar, prärievargar, och även en och annan Catamount och svart björn har alla setts här!

Vandra genom tunnland skog som omger stugan, eller fiska regnbåge och spräckliga öring i den djärva creek bara väg. På kvällarna kan du grilla marshmallows vid eldstaden där du ibland kan höra en gammal gallerförsedda Owl ing i träden i närheten. Ta en lång promenad upp East Fork bäcken där 100+ år gamla bondgårdar, betande hästar och boskap, och rustika gamla lador och silos viskar berättelser från en bye svunnen tid.

Nyrenoverat, har detta romantiska lilla A-Frame timmerstuga alla moderna bekvämligheter i ett hem med bibehållen rustika nostalgi av en mysig liten stuga i skogen! Stugan har en queen size-säng i nedre sovrummet och en andra queen size-säng i sovloft. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet som hjälper till att rymma upp till 6 personer. Ett fullt utrustat kök och separat tvättstuga har allt du behöver för din vistelse. Stugan har också trådlöst internet i hela och en platt-TV med DirecTV programmering. Utanför finns en Weber gasgrill, matsal och picknickbord och gott om sittplatser för att njuta av måltider utomhus. Dessutom är vår nyinstallerade 6 personer badtunna perfekt för en avkopplande tid efter en lång dag av skoj i bergen.

Bekvämt beläget bara 10 minuter från den charmiga staden historiska Dillsboro och 15 minuter från Sylva, Franklin, och Western Carolina University. Städerna Cherokee och Waynesville är bara en 30 minuters eller mindre bilresa bort.

Great stay!

There are only positive things to say about our stay. The cabin fit our needs perfectly for our visit to the Sylva and Waynesville areas. The setting is lovely, easy to find, and feels nice and secluded. The home was inviting and clean. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. I would return for another trip and would hopefully have more time to hang out longer and use the hot tub.

Perfect For Two

Wow! What a great cabin! Very clean and close to town! A buddy and me stayed here! We truly enjoyed it for two nights! The hot tub was perfect after exploring around the cute little towns near the cabin! Highly Recommend it!

Thanksgiving Get-Away

The perfect cozy little cabin. Two adults and a teenager, just getting away for a bit. It was perfect… we didn’t have any plans upon arrival, just played out each day as it came. We drove through the national park, where we saw a lot of elk, and then drove up through the clouds into snow flurries. We rode the train along the river… beautiful scenery all around! Enjoyed evenings in the hot tub!

Clean and cozy!

Cabin Getaway

Loved the cabin, location and the owners were wonderful. We had a lovely time sitting in the hot tub, around the fire pit, and even along the little creek on the side for morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely would stay again. Perfect little cabin in the woods. Thank you

Great Cabin

The A-frame cabin is awesome. It’s clean and well appointed. Our host was wonderful. She answered questions promptly and made the check in/out super easy. Location was perfect. Nestled into the quiet hill with a babbling stream beside it but just a 2 miles from 441 and tons of things to see and do. We’ll be back.

Little Slice of Heaven in the Mountains

Very easy check in process. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and atmosphere in the mountains were serene. The s’mores kit the host left was a special treat that we absolutely loved. We enjoyed the hot tub and the nightly lightning bugs that visited us. Also loved the creek that was running through the property that you could always hear, very peaceful!

A Great Stay!

Close to shops and restaurants is Dillsboro and Sylva. Close to the Smoky Mountains National Park. Beautiful setting and comfortable stay. Had everything we needed for a great stay.

Relaxation station

This cabin is absolutely adorable! Tucked away on the mountain top this weekend getaway was everything my partner, pup, and I needed. We loved being able to vacation and still bring our fur baby along for the ride. We adored the views not only from the cabin but from the hot tub as well. The hosts were great at communicating and really made the cabin welcoming for us when we arrived. We definitely look forward to coming back to this location!

Mountain Getaway

This place was a great respite for anyone looking to take a small step back from society. You can easily just hang at the cabin or travel a short distance to hit more popular scenic spaces. Our pups enjoyed being along for the ride. :)

Weekend Getaway

Great hide away, very peacful.

My wife and I meet my daughter there because she is attending WCU. Had lots of fun because close to a lot of hiking. We also enjoyed The fire pit, and made some provided smores. Would diffently go back, and recommend to others.

Cute and Cozy!

We had a great time staying at the Little Cove Cabin! The hosts left little personal touches for us and the cabin was located very close to cute areas and shops! The bed was comfy, kitchen had just about everything we needed and the hot tub was amazing! Our pup enjoyed exploring the wooded area surrounding us and the star gazing at night was beautiful! Would definitely come back again!

Subzero temps, nice warm cabin!

A cozy and quiet spot. Had a great time. Even caught Santa(neighbor up the hill) on his way out for Christmas Eve! My Son was so excited! Lots to see and do not far away. So many waterfalls! Happy New Year!

Wonderful stay!!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Little Cove Cabin! It is in a very nice area and has so many nice features. We greatly enjoyed the hottub, and there was a fire pit, grill, hiking trail, and so much more. We even saw 26+ turkeys walking around outside. Thank you Kim for being a awesome host!!

Short stay

The cabin was really nice. Communication with the owner was really good. It was in a good location for the hikes we did and the Christmas tree lot we went to. We had everything we needed and the hot tub was wonderful! Would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I live and work in Sylva and are busy parents to our 4 children. My husband works for the phone company and I am a potter that enjoys playing in the mud all day. We feel very blessed to be able to live and raise our children in these beautiful mountains.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property has been in my family for over 100 years. Growing up in Maryland, I have many fond childhood memories of my family's regular visits to the mountains and staying in the Little Cove. Playing in the woods and catching crawdads in the creek with my brother were some of my favorite things to do.

Originally built in the 1970's, the aging Little Cove cabin was in need of some serious TLC. As a result, my husband and I began a 2 year 'rebuild'. The result was a brand new home with the nostalgic charm of an old mountain A-Frame cabin. We are proud of the hard-work and love we've poured into this cabin and hope that many families will now make special memories of their own in the Little Cove.
