Black Sand Beach Rental är en fullt möblerad lägenhet belägen på en bluff med utsikt över havet, intill den mest kända svarta sandstranden i världen, Punalu'u Black Sand Beach. Det är en bungalow i polynesisk stil som ligger på 'gamla Hawaii', bort från allt. En riktig Hawaiian getaway!

En av de mest moderna och uppdaterade lägenheterna i Sea Mountain vid Colony 1-komplexet. Strand-tema, ljus, ljus och luftig.

Ett sovrum, ett badrum kan sova bekvämt 2 personer, eller max 4 med barn. Sovrummet innehåller en ny stor King size-plattformssäng, med fönsterluckor i Plantation-stil, för att blockera ljus, eller öppna upp och låta den svala bris från Hawaii in. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa av Johnathan Louis Queen. Badrummet har nyligen uppdaterats med en stor walk-in naturlig skifferdusch.

Bekvämligheterna inkluderar en helt ny Front-tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, så det finns inget behov av att gå till samhällstvätten och betala för till och med ge tvätt tvål! Nyligen renoverat utökat FULL kök, med nya apparater i rostfritt stål. Specialbyggda träskåp, modernt kök med strandtema som du kommer att älska.

Sängkläder tillhandahålls och det finns gott om gratis parkering. Vi har också en gemensam pool med saltvatten och badtunna med lavasten med utsikt över havet.

Dessa lägenheter har en egen personlig Wi-Fi-anslutning och en lokal telefonlinje för att ringa lokala företag.

Ligger mellan Kona och Hilo och gör dagsturer till båda sidor av öns attraktioner lättillgängliga. Utforska Hawaiis aktiva vulkan, bara en 30 minuters bilresa.

Ingen upptagen livliga stad. Mer utrymme och integritet än ett hotellrum. Njut av en avslappnad promenad till stranden för att titta på soluppgången i den svala friska luften. Observera de hotade hawaiiska havssköldpaddorna som gillar i solen och fodret. Vandra längs många av spåren i området för att se gamla heiau-komplex (rituella centra). Tillbring dagen på den högst rankade svarta sandstranden i världen. Snorkel- och dykning är populärt längs öns södra och västkust.

Very enjoyable

The property is comfortable and also provided many amenities, such as extra beach chairs, umbrella, etc, and plenty of cookware and dishwater. TV was easy to operate, bed was comfortable and we loved the location!

What a nightmare!

very negative and hostile experience while at the pool with my family. I was approached my a woman while in the pool. She had a stick in her hand, was kind of like smacking her other hand with it. She asked me to follow her to read some sign. Which turned out to be the pool rules. She said that I had "bombed" the pool and dove in. Knowing that I am on vacation, with my family. I immediately tried to diffuse the situation by apologizing, saying my bad and it will not happen again. She continued to scold me in front my family and other guests. I walked away to return to my family. My daughter asked what was going on. I explained to her that I had broken some pool rules, explained to her what infraction was. I proceeded to get back in the pool. My daughter jumped in behind me. Here comes that lady again. Proceeds to berate and embarass me in front of my family and guests again. And I quote. See what you did? Now all the kids are breaking the rules because of you and a bunch of other nonsense. The only child that jumped into the pool was my 15 year old daughter. She jumped in feet 1st, didn't dive "bomb" or anything. At this point my family and I were embarrassed, hurt and felt unsafe staying any longer in the Colony. We came to Hawaii to relax, get away from uptight people and the grind of city life. To have this lady berate and belittle me not once, but twice in front of family is inexcusable and unacceptable. Especially after I profusely apologized for what I had done. I was never rude, combative/argumentative in anyway. How could I be? I was in the wrong. I don't know who this lady is but sounds like from what I was told she is the manager? Anyways. We paid a lot of money for this trip, had to do a lot to get here. We are trying to not let this incident to affect or trip, but sadly it has. We immediately left property in morning to go somewhere where we will be treated with respect and not stay somewhere in fear of being unfairly bullied and harassed. Upon check out we immediately got rude, disrespectful text from the cleaner! 😡 Was told by management they would try and rent unit and refund some my money. They never listed property! I should of got a partial refund regardless for the crap we were put through. TO ALL DO NOT RENT HERE! Place has a nasty ammonia smell in kitchen from animal feces somewhere, upstairs unit no AC so place is stifling hot, we saw two huge cain spiders, poorly managed. Just overall a horrible experience. ☹️☹️

Visit from Alaska

We stayed with our family of 4. The grounds were very nice and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool every night and we enjoyed the hot tub. The condo was nice and clean with everything we needed. If I only had one complaint it would be the beds. The bed in the master bedroom was not soft and comfortable at all. The hideaway bed was very uneven and uncomfortable also. But we were usually very tired and managed to sleep anyway. Overall great stay and would do it again. Mike and family from Alaska

Absolutely Wonderful!!

What a gem! The whole place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with what you would need to start out with on vacation, except for ketchup! The entire complex was very quiet. We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony listening to the surf. Birds would be singing and come visit us! The bed was comfortable. Just an absolutely wonderful place. If we are ever in the same area again...we would definitely rent this unit again!! It was very thoughtfully supplied with whatever you would need for all your activities. Thank you so much for making our visit so amazing!!!
