This studio unit is on the ocean side of the complex and features beautiful ocean views. King Bed in sleeping area as well as a pullout sleeper sofa....allowing for an occupancy of up to 4 guests.
Unit comes fully furnished with linens, towels, beach towels, shower amenities, a full kitchen and cookware and kitchenware to be your home away from home experience. Gorgeous lanai faces ocean and a short walk to the pool, hot tub and pool grills!

Colony One at Sea Mountain resort is one of the most serene resorts on the Big Island. Perfect for those who want to get the true Hawaiian experience. Colony One at Sea Mountain Condos are located on the South end of the Big Island only 60 minutes from Hilo and 80 minutes from Kona and 25 minutes from Volcano National Park. The two closest towns are Naâalehu (7 miles South) and Pahala (5 miles North).
Walk to the world famous Punaluâu Black Sand Beach, and swim with the green sea turtles which bask on the beach all day long. All short drives from the resort: Green Sands Beach, South Point Cliffs, Kilauea Volcano, Kaâu Coffee Mills, and so much more. Greens Sands Beach is the only natural beach in the world that encompasses beautiful green sand made out of olivine crystals. South Point cliffs are the most southern point in the United States and are world renowned for its amazing views and cliff jumping excitement. In the other direction, Kilauea constantly spews out lava in the Volcano National Park for all to see year round.
