Erfaren daglig hyresvärd med en ny och spännande lista på en fantastisk stuga i vackra Point Clear-säkerhetskopiering till hästfält. Inbäddat mellan stora hus och små hus. Mindre än en mil från en stor offentlig åtkomstpunkt vid Mobile Bay. När du bor på Point Clear Cottage är du mitt i alla de fantastiska saker som detta område har att erbjuda. Du är mindre än tio minuter från Fairhope centrum, 5 minuter från Grand Hotel och en 3 ved från Lakewood Golf Course. Detta hus byggdes i början av 80-talet. Vi har lagt mycket kärlek och omsorg i det. Smart TV finns i alla rum. En fantastisk skärmad i uteplats och en sval veranda. Massor av integritet, mellan två stora integritetsstaket. Rakt tvärs över gatan är Char 32. Fin matrestaurang i Point Clear Tennisklubb.

Lovely cottage

We were attending a family wedding and this property was perfect for the four of us. The location was ideal for all our activities. Great communication with the host. We were close to excellent dining and were able to prepare meals for our stay with everything we needed. Looking forward to staying here again.

Cozy older house in a very nice area of town. Quiet and private. Can be a bit hard to find, especially after dark. (Driveway is first one on your left after Tennis Club dr, just past the wooden privacy fence-no mailbox, but house # is on a post near the road) Owner provides excellent directions and clear expectations for your stay.

This trip was for a fun girls weekend to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The cottage was perfect! Great location, clean, all the amenities, and the host was great! Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed & more! It was in the prefect location for us - near friends, a favorite restaurant & an event we were attending. The host was so welcoming and very available for any questions, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The cottage was perfectly located for a quiet escape with the convenience of being close to all that Fairhope has to offer. Michael was gracious and attentive. I have already told family about this property and hope to come back in the future. I’m done with hotels.

Brought my 93 yo Mother to visit family. They came from towns all around to have a little get together. The cottage was a perfect setting. Older place but everyone loved it. Our host Michael was a pleasure to work with. We hope to return. Rick

Golden Girls

The facility was perfect for our family. There were 5 of us sisters ages 70 (me), 72, 73, 74, and 75. We always got together for Mom’s birthday. Mom died in 2016 at age 84 and we wanted to continue getting together. The location, facility, and registration worked well. I can’t say enough about Michael. He was so prompt in responding to my needs and questions. I barely finished my text and immediately received his response. We loved it and hope to return one day.

Point Clear Cottage - A quiet getaway.

We stayed in the cottage for several weeks while house hunting and waiting for our house to close. We stayed more than a month and the cottage began to feel a little like home to us. Our stay at the cottage was extremely peaceful. It is in a very quiet location with horses grazing in the field behind the property. We have found the screened in back porch and covered deck area to be very relaxing on a cool evening. The cottage had everything we needed and was clean a tastefully decorated upon our arrival. The owners live local, are extremely attentive, and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely reccommend Point Clear Cottage for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat but still wants to be close to downtown Fairhope and the Beaches of the gulf coast. If you have a boat, this would be great for a boating vacation. There was plenty of room to park our boat onsite and the cottage is very close to boat ramps on the Mobile Bay. We definitely would stay here again.

Michael was probably the more attentive and communicative VRBO I have ever had. He went out of his way to be accomodating. The place was clean and nice though understand while it says "house" the property is a (nice) double wide.

Close to golf course

It’s would be a great place for a family to spend time together. They had lots of board games and a great table for game nights. Just a sweet place to stay and not feel like you are in a hotel but more at home.

Clean, comfortable, quiet

My husband and I stayed here for several days. The house is clean. Beds are comfortable. Shower is hot. Kitchen is well-equipped. It was perfect for us while we waited to move in to our home in Fairhope. MIchael is a great communicator and left a notebook with a lot of helpful information. Five stars!

Cozy and clean!

This is a rustic cottage nestled on a very peaceful lot. The backyard overlooks a horse pasture. It is an extremely tranquil and quiet property, and close to everything. Ideal location! The cottage provided all of the comforts of home. Full kitchen, along with a coffee bar. Michael was a phone call or text away If you had any questions. He leaves a notebook with everything you need to know ...complete with restaurant suggestions. He goes above and beyond! Thank you for a great stay, Michael!you have any questions

My wife and I have lived in Fairhope for almost all of our lives. We know the area real well. Anything from beaches, shopping, restaurants, hiking, boating, fishing, site seeing, etc., we can provide recommendations.

I have the personalty where I like helping people. During your stay, if you need anything or have any questions, please never feel like you are bothering me. I have done close to 600 short term rental stays(the highest in this area) and I cannot think of one experience where I felt bothered by a guest...I am pretty much always happy to help.

The value you are getting for your money is real good. Sleeps 5 people. This place is all yours. Great back porch and large screened in area overlooking a horse pasture.

At night sitting on the back porch, with the patio lights off, it is pitch black dark..great for star gazing. Even though you are only 7 minutes from downtown Fairhope, it feels like you are miles out in the country.

This is a modest house that was built in the early 80's. Some parts have been renovated, like the kitchen counters, but other parts are original, like the flooring. 1200 sq feet
Exactly one mile from the cottage is a public bay access point that starts a great walking trail that goes along the bay. Char 32 fine dinning restaurant is directly across the street within walking distance.
