At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home!
In the kitchen, you'll find a stovetop, granite non-stick cookware (full set), Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, designer retro Haden toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!
Other amenities include ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for your tunes, a large 65 in latest 4K Google smart TV, a writer's desk with a 4k monitor with easy laptop hookup, and a washer and dryer.
In both of the bedrooms, you will find a hotel-quality KING bed with super comfortable mattresses, pillows and linens, all hand-picked and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest! In the living room, you'll find a Twin XL day bed with a full set of extra linens and pillows. In the bathroom are spa-quality toiletries.

Everything was very nice. And accurate according to the listing. The host was easy to work with the place was clean and easy to access. The only negatives that parking is a little bit tight if you have a truck, like I do. The shopping and dining close by is wonderful and it was really just a really good experience.

We loved everything about our stay. The location is fantastic. The layout was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the little garden and the convenient garage parking. It is such a lovely place and we will absolutely stay again and again! Highly highly recommend!

A couple of things that should be mentioned in the listing. First the parking. If you have a large SUV or truck, there is no way you’re making it in and out of that driveway. Second, 165 for a cleaning fee for 800 square feet is insane. We pay 150 for a 4000 square foot house. Now the positives, great location and super cute for a couples getaway. We walked to all the cute places downtown. Very quiet and quaint.

It was perfect!!!
My friend and I came down to Fairhope for a visit! The place was perfect! The location was such that we could walk all around downtown! We had an awesome time, can’t wait to go back!

Great Stay!
We enjoyed staying at the loft. It was just as described with everything we needed for a long weekend stay in Fairhope. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture. Location is perfect for walking down to waterfront and the shops and restaurants downtown. Will stay here the next time we visit the area.

First visit to Fairhope!
Great location in Fairhope. Walking distance to everything downtown. The loft is beautifully remodeled and felt very bright and clean. Great place to explore Fairhope.

Outstanding Location and Accommodations
This loft is in the perfect location and offered every amenity you could hope for. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. I am trying to understand why people still stay in hotels when they have the option of a great VRBO like this.
