En semester strand hus med utsikt över surfa, sjön och kanalen, är detta två våningar, fyra sovrum, tre badrum strandhus i Ocean Lakes och är bekvämt beläget mindre än 100 yards till stranden, äventyrsbad och badringar, inomhuspool , basketplan, lekplats, familj sport område, fritidsgården, minigolf och utomhus resort pooler. En on-fastigheten närbutik ligger inom en kort promenad eller golfbil rida. Huset har en trappa upp king size-säng i master med en full, privat badrum. På övervåningen, drottningen och dubbla / dubbelsäng sovrum dela ett komplett, separat badrum. Huvudnivån: Bottenvåningen har bambu trägolv och ett fullt utrustat kök. Det finns en drottning sovrum med ett badrum. En fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns på huvudnivån. Dessutom finns det en drottning bäddsoffa. De däck fånga eftermiddagsbrisen & är perfekt för att titta på verksamheten och njuta av utsikten. Marknivå: Varmt / kallt privat utedusch, rökare grill och en marknivå däck med gungstol och en veranda swing.

Aktiviteter för alla: Denna 24 timmars gated resort ligger nära till stora restauranger i Myrtle Beach, Surfside & Murrels Inlet. Utomhusunderhållningsalternativ inkluderar Ripleys Aquarium, Margarittaville och vattenaktiviteter för entusiasterna. Dagliga övervakade händelser för pre-teens. Aktiviteter som "Ocean Lakes Survivor Challenge", Surf School och kliniker golf kommer att hålla tonåringar ockuperade. "Surf Camp" är mycket populärt för åldrarna 10-16. Great location !!! Close to everything. House was really clean . Mr. Dale was great from day one . Would definitely recommend for a great vacation ! Family loved it didn’t want to leave . Hope to get to stay here again in the future .

Home is beautiful, situated perfectly, has everything you need and perfect location for everything, fishing in lake just ten steps away, beach less than 60 second walk, rec center game room pool and water park are 60 walk from house, Mr Dale is A God Given Angel on Earth, Check in process is as easy as it gets, all around great and amazing, the kids love it, I love it! I give it a million stars if I could!

BEST HOME IN OCEAN LAKES!

D-01 is the best property in the entire community if you ask me! Perfectly located close to EVERYTHING-Beach-Bingo-Water park- Restaurant-Rec center-etc, Home has everything, kitchen has everything and then some, Super host is an understatement for this property and Mr. Dale, I would choose this place over any others in the neighborhood!

BEST PLACE EVER

The home is phenomenal, dream home, watching the waves and beach from balcony is amazing, listening to the ocean at night is peaceful and relaxing, literally a 30 second walk from the beach and the rec center (BINGO)-(WATERPARK)-(RESTAURANT), location of the home is perfect best location in all of Ocean Lakes! Mr. Dale is AMAZING! There is not another property I would choose in Ocean Lakes over this one! Has everything needed! Kitchen has everything, Rooms are spacious and beautiful, TRUE LUXURY! I GIVE IT 1000 out of 100! A TEN STARS ! AMAZING! MY DREAM HOME!

Property is perfect, clean, beautiful, perfectly located in perfect spot close to beach, waterpark, BINGO, game room, fishing lake(caught multiple catfish ten steps from house in lake) Mr. Dale is a God send to say the least! Short stay to plan for next stay after Augusta

Just a quick stay to check out the area. Going to me in MB after Augusta for golf weekend. House is set up great for four adult couples so each couple gets their own private room with a door. Great Host!

Amazing Stay, Great Location, Awesome Host

You cannot beat the location of this property in Ocean Lakes. Our family has been traveling to Ocean Lakes for years and this house was one of our favorites. You can walk to the beach and pool. The host was very responsive and helpful during every part of the process. We will stay here again!

Memories 2024

Very enjoyable and close to the beach, pools, snack bar and arcade which was great for the grandkids. We also played Cornhole in the driveway every night while watching all the custom golf carts cruise around. We did rent a couple of carts but one included with the house would be nice 😉

Everything you need to enjoy living away from your abode!

This house has everything; from a Kurig coffee pot and Mr Coffee to fresh clean sheets and towels! Not our first time and definitely not our last. We've been coming to this house and Ocean Lakes every chance we get - weather is great and the house is located centrally to the recreation areas, pools and ocean. We love it here.

HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED!!! GREAT OWNER!!!

We've stayed here several times and we have found this house has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. Having the professional linens delivered is a nice touch so we know everything is fresh and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for our group of 9. The owner is very accommodating and great to work with!

Very homey and welcoming, great location close to beach and water park!!! Can’t get any closer to the beach and water park than this home that is for certain! Both are literally seconds away on foot! Beautiful experience

Had a wonderful stay, home is REMARKABLE! Very clean, up to date, location location location, couldn’t be a better location for ocean lakes! Close to everything and a phenomenal view! Mr. Dale is one of a kind, a truly remarkable person! Looking forward to next year already and hopefully many many more years thereafter! 5 stars doesn’t do justice for our stay at Mr. Dales beach home!

Best Vacation Home yet.

Stay was great, home is beautiful and has everything you need from the smallest details to the larger ones, big plus also is washer and dryer in home and no need to take a trip to laundry mat, Did I mention that the home has everything you need and can think of. Very clean, and fresh and being so close to the beach and the fresh air is just relaxing and peaceful. We have stayed in many vacation beach homes and this one is new favorite and top of the list! Owner Mr. Dale is great, he is very knowledgeable and kind, ready to answer any questions and help in anyway he can! I rate the home and owner 10 of 10! A+++!

Cute Beach House

First time in Myrtle Beach! Beach House was very nice and loved that we each had our own bathroom for our family! My grandson loved the beach. Great communication with Randy. Gave suggestions to Randy for future guests.

We purchased this beach house to have a place to vacation with our children and extended family. We wanted them to have experiences like we did at the beach when we were growing up; a safe place where they could feel free to explore, make friends from across the country and just be kids.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our house is situated close to the beach, the activities and the pool areas. The Security at Ocean Lakes is excellent and we feel very comfortable letting our teen, pre-teen and friends move about the property without having to escort them to each activity. It gives them a feeling of accomplishment and independence. It lets us enjoy a vacation and not just an extension of home activities moved to a different location.

Ground level deck with seating and a porch swing allows adults the freedom to entertain, put food on the grill and watch the children play. The main level deck and outdoor teak furniture extends the living area so families can enjoy being outdoors while eating or entertaining friends and family.
