Thanks for the great review of Edgewater 1000! Glad the location, shopping, beach access, and the unit’s convenient elevator/trash-chute location with a great view worked well for your girls’ weekend. Sorry about the missing ceiling fan/light in the second bedroom and the master patio door issue — we’ll have maintenance assess the fan/light options and repair the patio door before next season. We appreciate you keeping this unit in mind and would love to host you again.

Thank you for staying at Edgewater 1000 and for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We’re glad the check-in was easy, the king bed was comfortable, and you enjoyed the beach views. We’re very sorry the unit fell short on cleanliness and maintenance. Finding a dirty sheet pan is unacceptable — our housekeeping team has been notified and a thorough deep clean and refresher for the team have been scheduled. We’ll evaluate the guest-room mattresses and put a replacement/updating plan in place. I apologize for the inconvenience with the guest-room TV and appreciate your patience while it was replaced. The slider, missing shower handle, and closet-door handle have been reported to our maintenance team and will be addressed promptly. Thank you again for the constructive feedback — we’ll use it to improve the unit for future guests. — Team BBG

Thank you for staying with us and for your review. We’re glad the property matched the listing. Sorry one pool was closed during part of your stay and that there weren’t enough lounge chairs — we’ll share your feedback with the owner and onsite team so they can improve maintenance scheduling and add more seating where possible. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another Beach Getaway. Team BBG
