OASIS är beläget i ett fantastiskt läge på Forest Street nära stranden och västra sidan poolen. Den första våningen öppnar upp till ett ljust och luftigt kök med nya rostfria apparater, stort matbord med bänkplatser, bekvämt vardagsrum utrustat med bäddsoffa och underhållningssystem och badrum.

Den öppna planlösningen för mat- och kökområdet, med plats för 4 i bänkskivan, rymmer enkelt hela familjen. Två uppsättningar av franska dörrar öppnar mot verandan och en annan uppsättning av franska dörrar öppnar mot den skärmad bakre verandan, perfekt för att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe.

På övervåningen har det rymliga sovrummet en king size-säng, privat badrum och välvt tak. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med en dubbelsäng och delar ett badrum med det tredje sovrummet. Det tredje sovrummet är gjordt för skojs skull med två uppsättningar våningssängar (4 bäddar) och beanbag. Alla tre sovrummen är utrustade med nya smarta TV-apparater för din njutning. En underbar skärmad veranda med både en perfekt placerad gunga och mysig sektion är perfekt för avkoppling, underhållning eller båda! Dessa nya tillägg kan nås från både master och gäst sovrum. Tvättstuga med full tvättmaskin / torktumlare är också bekvämt beläget på den andra nivån. Extras inkluderar en utomhusdusch som du kan använda efter en fantastisk dag på stranden.

Great location

Our family loved our stay at this cozy house and really liked the location of the property. It is close to the restaurants, shops, and beach but along a quiet back street. There are two really great screened in porches, and we spent lots of time out on those. The bathrooms appear to have been updated within the past couple of years.

The Best House and Best Location in Seasisde

Beautiful well taken care of home with all of the amenities you need. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again. In the heart of Seaside but still quiet and peaceful. I loved the gym access that was fully equipped. Thank you!

First time staying in Seaside

We had more than enough space for the week we were there. The overall quality was superb. Cleanliness, wonderful amenities, and extremely comfortable King bed. The location was perfect and allowed us to take a quick shortcut to the square and the beach. We also took advantage of the bicycles and went on several leisurely rides enjoying the scenery. I was happy this house had a porch swing, but due to the humidity, it was too hot to sit out and enjoy it.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had 2 small children and were able to rent baby equipment easily through a Homeowners Collection concierge. Everything was within walking distance (even with 2 kids). The home was in great shape. We loved having coffee on one of the 3 balconies each morning and letting the kiddos play before heading out to the beach or into town. We will definitely book through Homeowners Collection for our next Seaside getaway. Thank you for the family memories!

The Oasis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the location of this home! I will say that my parents staying in the master and it was large and quiet but, my husband and I stayed in the room with the queen and with our teenagers sharing the bunk room we could hear everything through the wall; the walls are thin and noise travels so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs or a noise machine! Also, sharing the one small Jack and Jill bath with the bunk room was very crowded so be prepared for that! It would be perfect for only one adult couple and only kids in the other bedrooms! It was spotless and the beds were comfy. Bring extra towels, we had to wash towels every single night because we did not bring extras. All in all It is a clean and cute property with a fantastic location.

A great Seaside stay!

Location could not be more perfect! Photos didn't do the porches justice--they were beautiful and we really enjoyed the porch swing upstairs! Also, we didn't know how great the pools and fitness center were until we arrived. Our family had a wonderful time!! Would love to have had more than 2 dishwasher pods and 2 washing machine pods provided as we were a big group and had to go buy big containers of both

Truly an Oasis in Paradise

Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Awesome large flat screen TV in the living room. Great location within quick walking distance to Seaside town center, the west pool and pavilion with beach access. Strong wi-fi so my kids could attend school remotely and I could work remotely without hassle. Sofa bed in the living room was the most comfortable I have slept on in my life! Homeowner’s Collection made this getaway super easy and stress free during this time of Covid-19 with contactless check in and the home was *spotless*. Oasis is the perfect name for this lovely home!

Lovey Home in Seaside...parking a bit of a challenge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is cute, very well maintained, and bathrooms are nicely remodeled. Back yard area is adorable and loved grilling outside. Nice seating area to watch movies & play games is open view to kitchen. 2 terrific porches...Only negatives: Parking on Forest Street is stressful with people taking your space if you leave at all....and would highly recommend better pillows. If you are used to decent pillows in your master bedroom you will need to bring your own.

Forest Street noise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. Homeowners collection was great. Everything was good until the guy across the street was allowed to have a barcater his party in the street. The bar set up a tent with an actual bar and barstools in his driveway and part of the street. It was unbelievable.Started their loud music at 5:00 and didn’t stop until 1am.The bar left about 11pm. But the idiot kept loudly playing his truck radio until 1am.Someone either shot up in the air 3 times or it was fireworks, at 1am and I guess it scared him and he went inside, thanks to that person.Seaside council or whoever is to blame. Apparently he is allowed and approved to do this every year at this house! So don’t stay near there!!!!!!!!He did t care about any neighbors. Not sure why he couldnt just go to a bar.He is friends with the owner of that house so they won’t shut him down!!!!!Just warning other families. We were trying to watch a movie inside and could still hear the music and hollering drunks, it was packed, no social distancing lol.I love seaside, house was great and management were great, but I won’t stay on this street again. I’m just glad it was our last night because he probably carried on every night. You should be able to enjoy sitting on your porch on your vacation that you pay for without listening to that. The houses are very very close on forest,if you get a bad neighbor....
