Med fantastisk nåd och ställning, ligger denna 4-sovrums stuga vid havet bara 2 hus tillbaka från stranden och 1 gata över Seasides stadstorg med utsikt över bukten från 3 olika balkongplatser i hela huset!

Amazing Grace kan skryta med spretande verandor och balkonger på alla nivåer, börjar med verandan du går igenom när du kommer in i denna vackra stuga. Tre av de fyra sovrummen ligger på huvudnivån när du kommer in i stugan. Det första sovrummet på framsidan av huset är ett drottningsrum med platt-TV följt av det dubbla dubbelrummet. Dessa två rum delar en designer, spa-liknande badrum med 7 duschkakel. På huvudnivån finns också kungens master-svit med platt-TV, sittutrymme, skrivbord och privat badrum med badkar / duschkombo. Utanför baksidan av huset också på huvudnivån finns en utomhus slutna dusch också.

På övervåningen hittar du de viktigaste bostäderna. Ett kök med rostfria apparater, barplats för 2 och ett matplats med plats för 8. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet erbjuder en 40 'HD platt-TV, dubbla soffor och en hink med extra sittplatser och matplats. Ett tredje badrum är också på denna nivå. Men några av de bästa delarna av övervåningen finns utanför. Utanför köket finns en över stor balkong med massor av sittutrymme och utsikt över staden och havet. Utanför husets framsida är den visade framför balkongen med utsikt över bukten också.

Upp en spiraltrappa hittar du det fjärde och sista sovrummet. Detta drottningsrum erbjuder en privat balkong med tillräckligt med utrymme för att sitta ute och njuta av solnedgångarna.

Great stay Amazing Grace

Great house. Very comfortable. Great location. You can get everywhere quickly walking. Lots of room to have personal space but nice areas for family gathering too. Enjoyed the multiple porches. Great rental.

This was a great house! It was comfortable and so nice! Just a quick walk to Town Center and the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house with brand new renovation. Perfectly located and can see downtown from the kitchen window. Directly across the street from beach access. Awesome property!

Nice Family House

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant stayed here for a long weekend. The house has a big open room on the second floor, and great decks, especially the 3 big decks on the front of the house where the whole family can gather. Also easy walking distance to the main amphitheater area at Seaside and a short walk to the beach. We recommend it!

Roaches in the sink, cleaning lady came before 10am checkout time, pictures on line didn't show weird bathroom layout. But, because of location, we would stay her again.

Fantastic Location and Layout

It’s an amazing place for two key reasons: (1) location is just one block from Seaside town center AND less than 100 yards from the beach via private Pavillion and (2) there are multiple, well conceived patios (facing east and west) that provide shade when you want it and most importantly, a wonderful location to spend time together and enjoy this beautiful scenery. There are other positives, but these really made this the perfect choice for our week in Seaside.

Our week at Amazing Grace

You would be hard pressed to find a better location than Amazing Grace. The home was delightful but needs several updates. Two of the bathrooms are in need of updating and the kitchen needs to be restocked with new pots and pans, knives, baking sheets etc... That being said the home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay

Amazing!

Amazing Grace continues to be our favorite place to return to each year. The home is well furnished and well kept. The four outdoor porches provide room for everyone to have their own space. We especially love to watch the sunset and star gaze from the top porch! Just a block from the beach and the shops and a short walk to pool, the location is perfect. Amazing Grace will not disappoint!

Amazing! :)

Amazing Grace is a GREAT choice when visiting Seaside. It's only one house back from 30A which basically means that it's a short little jaunt across the street to the beach. It's also pretty darn close to the center of town so it's easy to enjoy all the amenities that Seaside offers. You can see the ocean from both the 2nd floor back porch and the tower. The house is renovated and has very comfy beds! My favorite thing though is probably the porches. So perfect for coffee and cocktails and the tower porch is fabulous to enjoy the sunset from. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a Story Book Christmas staying in Seaside at this beautiful large cottage called Amazing Grace!! We walked everywhere and enjoyed all the local shops and specialty stores which are filled with warm Southern Hospitality!! As an Interior Designer, I loved the furnishings and architectural detailing to this cottage especially the 4 spacious porches, comfortable furniture and cozy couches and rocking chairs! Bravo to the homeowners! We will rent this property again!! Thank you for sharing such a special place!! Cheers!!

July 4th Week 2013

We have vacationed many times in Seaside, we love it here. Amazing Grace is a fantastic house for us. Close to the beach and downtown! We have enjoyed the Amazing Grace's porches so much this trip... especially since it has rained several days this week. Sandpiper is a great company to work with. All our needs were met. We also like working with Big Fish Bike rentals... great bikes, always here waiting for us when we arrive. We are already planning our Seaside vacation for next year!

Amazing Grace was perfect for a wedding weekend!

We stayed at Amazing Grace last weekend for a friend's wedding. We have 4 couples using the house, and aside from a bit of an odd layout, it was perfect for our stay (one of the rooms was by itself up a spiral staircase, but its bathroom was on the main floor). So many porches/decks, everything was clean and comfortable, and the best feature is that it was walking distance (1 minute) from the beach and everything we wanted to do in Seaside. We could see Bud and Alley's from our back deck. It also had a long driveway, which was nice for parking our 3 cars. Seaside is amazing, and I'd be happy to stay in this house again. It was beyond convenient, and just so much fun!

Terrific Beach House!

I had the opportunity to stay at 'Amazing Grace' on a recent beach getaway with friends. We found the house just perfect for our needs. The location can't be beat...just one block away from "downtown" Seaside and right across the street from beach access. The bedrooms were comfortable; there was plenty of dining/relaxing space; the floorplan was good; and there were nice views to boot. Further, the folks at Sandpiper Vacation Rentals were very responsive. I would absolutely book this rental again and would recommend to others.
