Detta är ett fantastiskt hem fördelat på två våningar med direkt tillgång till stranden. Boendet har en stor matsal i vardagsrummet, fantastiskt utrustat kök, två sovrum, två badrum, garderob. Huset är smakfullt och bekvämt inredda i hela luftkonditionerade. Det stora sovrummet har direkt havsutsikt. Det har en privat parkeringsplats och användning av den vackra gemensamma poolen. Den privata trädgården leder direkt till stranden. Den bakre trädgården har solstolar, uteplats och stolar och en vacker täckt sittplats utanför med en underbar spa-avkopplande svit. Ett fantastiskt fritidshus direkt på stranden.

Very old furniture, mould in the house, no functioning AC while very hot and owner didn’t care and never replied to the mails concerning this problem. We had to buy a fan, backing pan, cooking pot,….. Waterkettle was green of the mould,….

Beautiful location but!

I was so looking forward to this trip but sadly the house didn’t live up to it! The bedding was inadequate and not made up, we had to ask for more There was an awful bath mat that was dirty and the sink needed cleaning as did the outside area! So sad to say the house was a let down, I have stayed in many homes but not experienced one where we left after one night as we had to with this one. Owners are pleasant and helpful but believe they were let down by their local manager!

Villa with beautiful view

Overall it was excellent, lovely villa with beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. Pathway to the port right outside the garden, not finished yet but when it is it will cut down on the walk which took us about 35 to 40 minutes. The old town is another 5 to 10 minutes walk but is worth it just to see the floral displays which are stunning, it is very Spanish so don’t expect your usual cheap and cheerful English food found in popular resorts. The food in the Port area was excellent and we only had one poor meal there which was in the Chinese on the corner but it might have just been a one off because it was full most nights. Only down side to the villa was the lack of beach equipment like beach chairs, umbrella and cool box, which are the sort of thing you can’t really take with you and are too expensive to buy there, it’s a shame when you are so close to a lovely beach but can’t stay for too long because of the heat. Would also recommend taking some beach shoes as it is quite pebbly when entering the sea but worth it when you get in. Would definitely recommend this villa, the owners couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

NOT AS “FANTASTIC” AS EXPECTED!

The villa is definitely in a fantastic location with direct access to the sea. It has a beautiful, bright, and tastefully decorated master bedroom with en suite. However, we would not recommend this property to other winter travelers. Issues: The villa always felt damp and cold with only two portable floor heaters: propane in the living room and electric in the bedroom. We had to wrap ensuite taps with towels to stop water from streaming all over the counter. Dark and very cramped living room/dining room area. Moldy, rotting canvas canopy over patio which no longer opens or closes Lots of cupboards in the kitchen but so crammed there was no room for food Kitchen also has an extra, unused washer and dryer plus two tables under plastic tablecloths along the open wall. Makes it very crowded. Kitchen needs an upgrade with storage for cleaning mops and brooms etc. We also had to deal with wet, moldy, rotten smelling pillows that had been left out in the rain by previous visitors Keith, Marcus and Paola were prompt in trying to deal with our circumstances .

Una ubicación esplendida y una estancia recomendable. Muy buena atención por la encargada de limpieza. Habitaciones amplias y magnificas vistas. Sin embargo, algunos muebles demasiado viejos, desgastados y el aire acondicionado realmente no funciona, necesita una renovación completa.

ESTAFA POR LA PROPIETARIA

Hola ante todo quiero dar las gracias a Vrbo por que ellos fueron correctos y no tienen culpa de las viviendas. CASA: Al entrar encontramos una cucaracha, no pasa nada seria por que la casa estaba cerrada. hacia un calor horrible como es normal en las temperaturas en Agosto en Estepona, en los servicios ponia AIRE ACONDICIONADO, los ponemos y nada no echa nada de frio los dos split eran como dos ventiladores, llamamos a la propietaria nada mas llegar y comprobar y dice que lo va a mirar, todo esto el primer dia de llegada y nos quedan 10 mas, viene una señora extranjera amiga suya con un termómetro en la mano ( increíble), lo pone al lado de los aires y puede comprobar que no bajan de 34 grados dentro, se va esta señora, un día, otro día, otro día y nada, nadie viene a reparar los aires, llamo al propietario y me bloquea, no daba crédito, 10 días hemos pasado muertos de calor y durmiendo de 4 a 5 horas ya por el cansancio. me fui a comprar ventiladores con lo cual otro gasto extra. seguimos por que parece de risa, subimos a la habitación principal y nos encontramos en la cama todo doblada, levantamos las sabanas y vemos un colchón sobre otro al cual peor incluso meados, DOS COLCHONES PARA TIRAR UNO ENCIMA DE OTRO Y MEADOS. te caías de la cama por los lados. estoy viendo comentarios buenos de esta casa pero del 2018, lo cual las cosas se estropean y hay que cambiarlas señora. hemos pasado unas vacaciones horribles sin aire, sin dormir,etc, después hay un contador de luz que va con monedas y no lo dice tampoco, lo cual se acaba el tiempo que le pone y tienes que gastar monedas para poner la luz, y para colmo ella tiene un arcón enchufado que pagamos todos increible. LAS VISTAS: Lo unico que merece la pena, pero con las vistas solo no se descansa. ahora dirá la señora que mi comentario es el único malo, pero lean que los hay también no malos, si no diciendo la realidad. tengo fotos de todo las cuales puedo pasar por correo para que a nadie les engañen como a nosotros. todo esto esta denunciado a la OCU, por incumplimiento de los servicios contratados con compensación por daños ya no a mi si no a mis hijos que tuvieron hasta un golpe de calor, con documento medico por urgencias de Estepona. de verdad señores no les digo que no contraten, pero no les miento y como ya les digo, mando fotos. COVID: FILTROS SUCIOS DE BAÑOS. DESINFENCION DE LA CASA? NADA, COGINES OLOR A HUMEDAD ETC ETC. Un saludo

Beachhouse with a stunning view.

Nice house in a perfect and beautiful garden. The owner (Keith) does everything for his guests to make it a wonderful holiday. If you contact him, he responds very fast. We've spend 3 weeks in august 2018 in the house and we will come back in the future. Sure, there are things that can use a little freshness or a make-over, f.e. the kitchen could use a facelift. But everything is working and it was all well cleaned.

Fantastische Lage, toller Pool und sehr nette Vermieter!

Liebe Kathy, lieber Keith, wir haben den Urlaub in eurem Ferienhaus sehr genossen, der Blick über das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Im Meer konnte man herrlich schnorcheln und unsere drei Kinder haben schnell neue Freunde beim Baden im Pool gefunden. Der Pool war immer sehr sauber, ebenso der Garten mit Palmen und Papageien. Auf der Terrasse mit euren sehr schönen Polstermöbeln haben wir uns richtig gut entspannen können und den Blick auf das Meer genossen. Zusätzlich gab es noch für alle eine Gartenliege und ein paar Spielsachen für den Pool, einfach herrlich. Der Kontakt war immer sehr schnell und super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fabulous location

We had an amazing holiday and were lucky enough to meet Kathy, the owner, on the day we arrived who couldn't have been more helpful. We walked into Estepona every morning for a coffee and again in the evening for a beverage or two of a different kind! The property is also close to the bus stop if one didn't feel like the walk. The location of the property is wonderful, we went to sleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean. Would 100 percent recommend this property. Thanks again Keith and Kathy.

The house has a fantastic view to the sea and Keith is very fast in answering questions !

The house near Estepona is a nice Villa with a fantastic view to the sea. You find Aldi and Mercadona supermarket 500m away from the house. Keith has answered all our questions in some minutes and it was a very good experience to see that Keith do everything for his guests that they are happy during the whole stay. When we come to Spain again we will book that villa again. Málaga Airport you reach in < 1h via A7. René & Domi from Germany

Location, Location, Location

Took my parents over for a week's holiday for their 60th wedding anniversary and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach house had everything we wanted, spent most day's laid out in the sun on the sun beds, when it got to hot, we could walk down to the beach, go to the communal pool or sit in the arm chairs in the shade in the private garden. we have been to Estapona many times over the last few years and the location of the beach house meant this accommodation beat the others hand's down. Ideal location

Great accommodation with plenty of space, nice pool and house literally on the beach. A hire car is recommended for seeing the area but the location is perfect.

Gorgeous villa

We stayed here as part of a group - the villa is so lovely and in such a pretty location. The beach is just down some steps in front of the house and the pool just at the top of the stairs. We had a brilliant time, the villa slept 4 of us more than comfortably and had everything we needed. Would love to go back !

Perfect location, at tree and a half star level house

Perfect location: direct access to the beach in a calm environment and fast connect to the main road terraced house with great view on the sea high speed WiFi tree bath rooms with two showers, two nice bedrooms kitchen was quiet OK - unsuitable for a cooking show.

Review of beach house at Bahia Doncella

Very good, comfy and well equipped. The kitchen could do with more plug points as we had to keep swapping the kettle for the toaster...The 2nd bedroom could do with air-con, we had to go out and buy an electric fan as my relatives couldn't sleep for the heat in there. The access to the beach was fabulous. The gardens and grounds were very well kept. It was a good half hour walk into the harbour area where the restaurants are, and only 10 euros back in a taxi. I have recommended this apartment to friends. It was pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

Tolle Location

Hallo Keith, vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Wunderschöner Garten mit direkten Zugang zum Meer. Mann sollte nur ein paar Dinge beachten die wohl zu der Gemeinschaftsordnung dazu gehören. (Nachbarn, Grillen, Tiere, Parkplätze) Die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool ist völlig ausreichend und hatte angenehme Temparatur. Immer wieder gerne. Schöne und ruhige Lage

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, direkt am Meer. Traumhafter Blick vom Schlafzimmer, dafür 10 Sterne. Der Strand ist leider kein Badestrand, Steine und Felsen. Ist aber fast überall so ähnlich. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was das Leben leicht macht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Supermärkte in der Nähe, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Estepona Hafen mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants zu Fuß in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr gut.

A beautiful townhouse with magnificent seaview!

A beautiful and very cozy townhouse! An apartment was very clean and everything in it too! A full equipped kitchen. A magnificent seaview. An Ideal location near the town of Estepona (about 3 km). A next to a good supermarket Marcedona with tasty Spanish foods and drinks. This is a quiet place with good microclimate: it was not even necessary to switch on an air conditioning in heat of August. There is a very clean pool in urbanisation. There are palm trees and a perfect lawns in the garden. Also I note a private beach and parking for our car. And certainly, I want to say about hospitality and responsiveness of hostess Keith! I'm certainly recommend this apartment to my friends! Many thanks Keith, for beautiful vacation!

God lokation

Vi var to par, der hold 12 dages ferie på stedet. Lejligheden er i to etager, hvor soveværelser ligger oppe. Det var rent og der var alt i køkken hvad man skulle bruge. Der er alt for mange møbler både i køkken og i stuen. Gamle maskiner, borde m.m. fylder det meste af køkkenet. Det samme gælder stuen, hvor et gammelt bord blokerer for adgang til terrassen. Største problem er manglende aircondition i det andet soveværelse kun udstyret med gammel og støjende ventilator. Du skal have en bil og stranden er stenstrand , så tag sandaler med. Lejligheden er ikke de mange penge værd.
