Idealiskt beläget i hjärtat av Annapolis historiska och konstdistrikt. Fullt uppdaterat fristående hem med historisk charm och en inbjudande veranda. Nyligen renoverat med granitbänkskivor och apparater i rostfritt stål. Avgränsad bakre trädgård ger en möjlighet att skapa ett härligt lugnt utrymme utanför vår bakdörr. Ett perfekt läge att njuta av Commissioning Week, Boat Shows och andra festivaler i Historic Annapolis.
Väl tänkt och öppen planlösning för att inkludera ett vardagsrum (med drottning bäddsoffa), 1/2 bad och äta i köket på första våningen och 2 sovrum och ett badrum på övervåningen.

Wonderful small home in great neighborhood

Great little house easy to walk to West St, Main St & the Yard (USNA). Has parking included which is nice. Great communication we owner. Will stay again.

Fantastic location!!

The house was clean and all amenities were provided. It was also very walkable to many restuarants and the dock street location in town. Would highly recomment this house for your next stay

Perfect Annapolis house

We loved the location and the quaintness of the house. We felt like we were really 'in' Historic Annapolis. It was so easy to walk to everything. My daughter wakes early so she walked to the cove close by and watched the morning birds. Annapolis is beautiful in spring. We even joined up with a small Hands Off Annapolis protest in front of capitol building. We met some very nice people. A experience overall.

Excellent Annapolis Location

This property is well located and provides a parking space in a nearby public lot. Lovely, well-kept home. Older folks should be aware that steps are required for entrance and to get to the bedrooms. In addition, there is a step up to the kitchen that could be a trip hazard, although it is marked. The layout overall worked well for us (two unrelated older adults).

Great Location

A's by the Cove is quiet and perfectly quaint. Everything is in walking distance from the water to the arts district. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment! We walked to see a show at Rams head Tavern and had a great time!

Bay Bridge Run Girls Weekend

House was very convenient to walk around Annapolis shopping and restaurants. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils needed & some spices. Coffee pot / single cup maker and coffee provided. Fridge with filtered water.

Perfect Home for our Vacation

We stayed for one week and the home was perfect for our first visit to Annapolis. The location made it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We took day trips to Washington, DC, and to Baltimore as well. I loved sitting in the nearby cove reading my book and seeing families and people walking their dogs. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for us. The provided spot at the parking lot nearby was really useful.

Loved our stay at the A’s

My wife, son, and I had a great time staying at Kelly and Thomas’s place in Annapolis. Everything was better than expected and the property was in the perfect location. Very easy to get downtown but far enough for nice quiet evenings. We highly recommend staying at the A’s by the Cove if you are traveling to Annapolis! Ian, Nancy, and William

A perfect getaway in Annapolis

Home was very cute and lots of decorative touches. Place was very clean and even had a little backyard, though we were not able to use it weather was a bit cool. Enjoyed walking in the town of Annapolis, basically right out our door. Lots of restaurants, gift shops and museums. Perfect place to stay, while visiting Chesapeke Bay Area Was also great to have a parking spot!

Property is a short walk to shopping and waterfront. Kelly and Thomas were very responsive to questions. As street parking is scarce in this neighborhood it was especially welcome that the rental included a parking pass for a nearby lot.

Perfect Location

Peacefulness and proximity capture the essence of this location. Off the main streets to create a peaceful and quiet environment, yet so close that I walked EVERYWHERE! Two blocks to the serene Acton Cove, where I could enjoy morning coffee and relax after a day of sightseeing. Mere blocks to Main Street and Ego Alley, which is loaded with restaurants and shops and boats. And just a couple blocks beyond that will take you to the Naval Academy. The Art District is also full of food and shops and is not too far either. The home itself is comfortable and clean. I loved the keyless entry! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever return to Annapolis.

Great location but too beat up for the cost

We had issues entering upon arrival, which is the last thing you want (or expect) after a long flight and 2 hours of driving through DC traffic, as the lock needed love & care when using it to enter the home. Then, we sat down to get some work done & the WiFi wasn’t working. We had work to do while we were there, so that was super problematic for us. Then, only 1 of the 3 TV’s worked - not conducive when you have an 8-year old that goes to bed early & you want to have a little down time. Several things were broken besides the lock - a kitchen cabinet, bathroom faucet, blinds). It’s clearly a rental that’s needs some attention, which is a shame because it’s a cute little house. On a positive note, the owners were very communicative, the beds were comfortable & it was a great location. But for the price we paid, we expected the house not to have so many issues.
