Moody Beach Front Studio Cottage WIFI

Otroligt läge, direkt på stranden. Fristående litet (tänk litet hus) studiolägenhet stuga, en av sju känd som Moody Sands Villas. Observera att alla utomhusområden är gemensamma för alla 7 stugor. Vår stuga har en ny inredning med komplett kök, korianräknare i färgen "strandglas", skjutande glasdörr med utsikt över sanden och surfing. Njut av lite lyx på stranden. Murphy väggsäng med premiummadrass, 600 trådräknearken, mysiga filtar och bomullspålägg Lå i sängen på natten och lyssna på vågorna kraschar precis utanför dörren. Det här är det närmaste att ha en säng på stranden! Fullt badrum med regndusch och lyxiga handdukar. Alla sängkläder ingår, även badlakan. Moody beach är en privat strand för husägare. Det har vackert pulver som sand och är grunt, bara underbart för barn. Två utomhusduschar är en del av föreningen. Vi ligger nära Ogunquit-stranden och det marginella sättet. 2 strandstolar och boogiebrädor tillhandahålls. Gratis wifi Begränsat till 3 personer, fastigheten är rökfri inifrån och ut (strand)

Observera att denna stuga är en del av en förening med följande regler. Högst 3 personer inklusive barn. Begränsad till en parkeringsplats. Ingen rökning inne eller ute på föreningens grunder inklusive stranden framför stugan. Inga strandbränder är tillåtna. Stilla tider är 22.00 till 07.00.

Mother Nature 24/7

We so enjoyed our week-long stay in the tiny house on the ocean. Small as it is, the place is loaded with amenities and appliances that work perfectly. The fridge, although small, accommodated a lot of food. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The Adirondack Chairs and picnic table right outside the cabin were in good shape and we used them a lot.Most of all, the sounds and view of the ocean 24/7 is an experience not to be forgotten. Thanks again to Deb for an outstanding vacation.

We loved being right on the beach!! We walked into Ogunquit each day and did the Marginal way. The cottage is small but well equipped and we were very comfortable. Great stay!!

Beautiful Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage! You can’t beat the location- steps away from a private beach. So many excellent restaurants nearby. The cottage had everything we needed. The Murphy bed was comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. We look forward to another stay here !

Cottage with amazing view

A charming cottage with Murphy bed that worked well for us for a couple of nights. A gorgeous view through the front picture windows, with the beach and ocean directly in front of our place. We had a great time with many long walks on the beach.

Lovely stay

We loved staying at Deb’s cottage. It is just as pictured, and while it is tiny, it is well arranged and well stocked. The sounds of the ocean and the sunrise were perfect, and the beach was lovely. This was a perfect relaxing weekend!

A spectacular location!

We had an awesome weekend! We watched a glorious sunrise Saturday, enjoyed long walks on the beach, rode bikes into Perkins Cove and up to Wells Beach, gained two pounds eating out, and even enjoyed watching the ocean during the rain.

A piece of coastal history

Another gorgeous year at Moody. These cottages are quite historic, loved learning more about them from the thoughtful neighbors and locals. If you like the beach it doesn't get better than this.

Can’t beat the location

Property is very small but we knew that when booking. The ocean right out your door is the reason for staying here. Everything that you need to have the property had. We had a problem and the owner and her husband were very responsive and the issue was resolved the same day. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Little piece of heaven

It was a last minute trip I booked, the owner Deb was great with communicating with me about my concerns (not that there were many) just the fine details. Once I arrived I was amazed at the ease of finding the place, location of the cottage, the view and all the fine details of the cottage. I couldn’t have done anything to make it better. Friendly people on the beach, great walk to Ogunquit, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove! Felt cozy, welcoming and a very restful place to get away from life’s craziness. I definitely look forward to going again💜🙏

Waves!

Very small but well appointed cottage on directly on the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the patio chairs or listen to the waves while you sleep. Beach walking can be done for about a mile in either direction and the beach is mostly private owners so never too busy. Note the parking spots are very small so don’t bring a pick-up or large SUV. If the stairs haven’t been fixed use caution! Very enjoyable experience, the proximity to the water here is key!

Inconvenient cabin. Loveseat is to big for the room so when it is moved at night it blocks the door and makes it unsafe in case of an emergency!! 2 smaller comfortable chairs would work better!! Also the floor is very spongy and uneven!! Needs some tender loving care!

We did not stay! Property was not what I reserved. My reservation was for a 3 bdrm, full kitchen, porch on the water. This was a sofa bed in a 10 X 16 paint chipped, poor to unsafe steps. Tiny bath with shower stall, no kitchen. Could not take my bride of 50 years into such a place.

A Bed on the Beach: Chapter 2

This was our third year at this property as well, and it is something i look forward to all year. I agree with everything Donna D wrote in her review. If you want a cozy, spotless, bright and well appointed 'bed on the beach' to watch the sunrise and to let the waves lull you to sleep, then this is for you. Do not be mistaken- it is a small space and takes a little maneuvering at first, but it is a unique and affordable opportunity to have a beachfront vacation for two. And the location, as others have mentioned, could not be more perfect. We walked down the beach into Ogunquit for breakfast each day! Thanks again for everything, Deb!

"A Bed on the Beach!"

I stayed at this cozy cottage for a week this summer and am already contemplating how to live there for 2 straight weeks next summer. Yes it is small; a studio -- but with a fully decked out kitchen, a tiny but comfy loveseat you can easily move around ( to pull down the very comfortable murphy bed) and all the comforts of a beach home. It was advertised as 'a bed on the beach' and that it most certainly is! Perfect for a couple who truly just want to live at the beach and hear, see, and smell it all 24/7.. Like my boyfriend and i did. And you can not beat the location..everything Ogunquit and Wells has to offer so close by. Thanks so much, Deb. We will most certainly be back!

We went for the 4th of July and it was a perfect location! Having private access right on the beach! The cabin is small but we were well aware of this and packed light (even with a 6 month old and a pack and play it was not bad) the only thing to complain about was the parking. We own a yukon xl (our only car) and if we parked in our designated parking spot we would not be able to get out. Maybe the cabin owner should add pictures of the parking?? because we were not aware of this until a few days prior. Luckily one of the other renters were nice to switch with us. Overall would stay again!! Thank you Deb!
