- A bathroom with all the essentials, including a washing machine.
- Separate toilet.
- A storage room to keep your suitcases during your stay.

Access to the property is 4 minutes by car, 11 minutes by bus, or an 18-minute walk from Cannes train station.
30 minutes by car from Nice CĂŽte d'Azur Airport.

After a few steps on your street, avenue du Maréchal Juin, you can:

- Explore the old town and the Suquet district.
