Öppet till den stora, vackra terrassen där du kan njuta av den 180 graders förtrollande havsutsikten. Strax utanför byggnaden har du barer, restauranger och några steg för att ta ett dopp i havet. Internet, TV, modernt kök, stort duschrum. Luftkonditionering. Modernt inredda. Solstrålar, bord och stolar på terrassen.
Lägenheten ligger på översta våningen med hiss till havet eller till staden. Två ingångar, en till stranden och flera barer och restauranger och den andra till le suquet, gamla stan och Cannes centrum. Idealiskt läge!

Cannes festival stay

Really enjoyed being in the flat. Well equiped kitchen for cooking and clean, bright and nicely airconned. Lovely baclony and view of the sea, would stay again for sure.

We absolutely loved the place. Beautiful views right next to everything and the beach. Johan was amazing who met us when we checked in and checked out. Fully stocked kitchen. Absolute delight

Beautiful apartment with incredible view

Fantastic property. Perfect for family. Wonderful location. Check in and out smooth, welcoming and friendly. Outstanding views from balcony and bedroom. Clean, well-eqipped kitchen. We have stayed in many Cannes apartments and this was the best one so far. Hope to return soon.

Good location

The apartment is situated in an excellent location with an amazing view. The apartment was very clean but the soft furnishings are in need of a bit of TLC. The bedding, duvets, pillows and cushions need replacing as they had a "used/unclean " smell. The settee was also uncomfortable and seen better days.

View and location is as described. An easy exit on to the beach road. Rooms are as described and have great AC in each. Apartment is centrally located and there are multiple near by options for parking paid by the hour (up to 3.5 hour for 20euros, free from 8PM to 8AM and free on Sundays). Johan was the person who welcomed us for check in and check out. He was very responsive and kind.

Excellent apartment

Great location. First line on the beach. And only a few minutes away from old town. And most importantly amazing views to the water and the coast of Cannes. Comfortable bed, window shutters and everything you need at your disposal. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay!! Amazing location, steps away from the beach and many restaurants. Johan welcomed us and helped my daughter and I with the suitcases and showed us the apartment and were the grocery store was. Everything was very nice!! Beautiful views from the apartment.

Excellente réactivité du manager, Johann, très aimable, et aussi des propriétaires, tous suédois. C’est la chambre à 2 lits le problème, avec le vrombissement du moteur de la clim à intervalles réguliers la nuit, qui nous réveillait malgré les boules Quiès, ainsi que les petits stores clairs non occultant s. Un vieil ascenseur jamais rénové qui tombe régulièrement en panne nous a dit le technicien, et qui une fois nous a fait devoir monter à pied les huit étages depuis l’accès-mer au bâtiment (six étages depuis l’accès-ville). Un store cassé sur la terrasse, qui nous a privés d’en profiter au-delà du petit-déjeuner à cause de la forte chaleur de juillet. Pour ce tarif, nous aurions souhaité que tout fonctionne…

Great beach apartment

This place is far closer to things than expected, and only a 10 minute walk to the harbor and Cannes-event activities. My family was happy, felt safe, and had tons of amenities nearby.

Nice appartment, very well located with a breathtaking sea view

Everything went very well during our stay - the communications with owner / manager was excellent before and during the stay. All our expectations were met and the description is accurate. The appartment is well equipped and very near to the sea, and to the city centre of "le Vieux Cannes". There are restaurants, markets, supermarkets and all types of shops nearby. The view from the appartment is really amazing, direct to the sea. Appartment is on the 6th floor with elevator. We had great vacation with my wife and daughter and I would definitely recommend this appartment !

Très belle semaine passée dans cet appartement ! Une vue à couper le souffle et un appartement très bien équipé Et très bien situé . Nous avons été ravis de notre semaine de vacances. Le seul point négatif est le store de la chambre qui est resté bloqué et qui nous a empêché de profiter de cette magnifique vue de la chambre ! Nous recommandons et reviendrons !

great view, directly at the beach

Nice appartment directly at the beach, as close as it can get in this part of Cannes. Just cross the street. The rooms are small, but still ok. (This is Cannes, after all ...) Great view from the balkony. You can look at the sea while lying in the bed, never had that before. It has air-conditioning, which we really appreciated. Kitchen was fully equipped. We came by car, but parking is a permanent pain, as the appartment does not have its own parking lot. Often, I parked the car at the beach to the west, where parking is for free. (Once it's past 8pm, you can usually find space, even if it's 1km away. I didn't mind paying for parking, there just always never was a free lot.)

Second year renting apartment!

We have used this scenic apartment to travel throughout the south of France. Cannes has many great restaurants and there is so much to do there. We had many wonderful dinners in the apartment overlooking the ocean. We expect to be back again soon!

Comfortable app with awesome view.

We had a very good stay in Your appartment and enjoyed the time very much. The flat was very nice and the view makes the place :-) . The app is fully equiped and everything is working. There is enough space for the Family - we were 4. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and at the old town. The main street, boulvard and the Festival Palace is in walking distance, 10-12 min; so it is pretty central but still a bit away from the busy/noisy places. Although it was December, we enjoyed nice weather, +10 to 15 C and very sunny. Perfect for jogging and trips to nearby locations. Nice flat, good and speedy communication with the owner, helpful local person. Thank You.

Beautiful apartment with postcard views of the ocean and a central location.

The apartment is steps away from the beach. Our use was daily road trips to different area towns like St Tropez, Aix de Provence and Monaco. The kitchen was good for quick meals. The apartment was a good value for our money. We plan on going back. Highly recommended!

Wahrscheinlich die beste Adresse in Cannes

Wir verbringen jedes Jahr einige Wochen in Cannes und haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen gesehen. Diese Wohnung ist im positiven Sinn außergewöhnlich. Das Objekt befindet sich auf der Rue Jean Dollfus in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, die wahrscheinlich in den 60er Jahren entstanden ist. Wenn man das Haus verlässt, befindet man sich buchstäblich auf dem Strand. Für die Leser, welche noch nicht in Cannes waren, möchte ich anmerken, dass die Strände in diesem Teil der Stadt zu den Schönsten zählen. Natürlich ist der Strand vor dem Gebäude auch mit der blauen Flagge ausgezeichnet worden ( eine Qualitätsauszeichnung für die beste Wasserqualität, Nachhaltigkeit und Infrastruktur ). Dieser Teil der Stadt bzw. die Strände um die Rue Jean Dollfus werden hauptsächlich von Insidern und Anwohnern besucht und sind entsprechend weniger stark frequentiert. Dennoch ist das Hafenbecken, die Altstadt und der Boulevard de la Croisette nur wenige Fussminuten entfernt. Die lokale Gastronomie ist excellent. Die Wohnung selber ist eine Perle. Die Eigentümerin, Helena, hat sich sehr viel Mühe mit der Einrichtung und Pflege der Wohnung gemacht. die Liebe zum Detail erkennt man an fast jedem Einrichtungsgegenstand. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen wunderschönen Holzdielenboden, die Räume sind gut geschnitten und bieten, bedingt durch 2 Schlafzimmer, ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich; aus dem Hauptschlafzimmer hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage, welche über einen Aufzug erreicht werden kann und dies garantiert einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Natürlich kann man diesen Ausblick auch von dem grossen Balkon aus genießen, welcher mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für viele Freunde ausgestattet ist. Erwähnen möchte ich auch noch die Küche, welche perfekt eingerichtet ist. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und ein moderner Elektroherd sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alle notwenigen Gerätschaften sind vorhanden. Alle Räume sind perfekt klimatisiert. Abgerundet wird dies alles durch den perfekten Service der Eigentümerin. Die Kommunikation per eMail lief perfekt und selbst kurzfristige Anliegen konnten unbürokratisch geklärt werden ( wir haben wenige Stunden vor dem Einzug ein Babybett benötigt, welches ohne Probleme besorgt werden konnte ). Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung und unser Favorit.
