Denna vackra och sprudlande anlagda villa ligger vid Las Colinas (“The Hills”) och har utsikt över den stora marinen de Chavon vid Casa de Campo, och har mycket stora, öppna och elegant inredda utrymmen tillsammans med spektakulär utsikt. Med sina höga trätak och prydd av de svala kvällsvindarna skapar denna utsökt inredda villa en perfekt atmosfär för din semester. När du är halvvägs upp i "farallon" placerar du dig bara några minuter från Minitas Beach och samtidigt också bara på några minuters resa från Altos de Chavón.

När du öppnar ytterdörren till villan ser du först ett stort dubbelrum och en öppen terrass, även möblerad med vardagsrum och matplats. Men omedelbart ser dina ögon bortom ... för du ser Karibiska havet möta Chavonflodens mun!

Efter en bred Lanai som går bredden på huset strax efter ytterdörren, hittar du till vänster en luftkonditionerad angränsande studio utrustad med ett stort skrivbord, wi-fi, platt-TV och stereo surroundsystem.

I den här vänstra delen av huset har du alla de sex (6) sovrummen, som består av två master-sviter, alla med en king size-säng, stort badrum och gott om garderober; tre stora sovrum med två Queen size-sängar i vardera, alla tre med privata badkar och gott om garderober, och ett stort cabriolet rum med 2 enkelsängar, stort badrum och klädkammare. Alla rum har privata, romantiska balkonger och har dessutom värdeskåp och hårtork.

Efter lanai till höger om ytterdörren hittar du först ett pulverrum och sedan den magnifika matsalen med sittplatser för att underhålla upp till 12 gäster. Med utsikt över poolen och havet i fjärran är matsalen den perfekta miljön för en middag med levande ljus efter en rolig dag med utmärkt golf på någon av de fyra resortkurserna. Husets vinge innehåller också det välfyllda köket och servicepersonalen.

"Las Colinas" villan är fullt bemannad med piga, kock och butler, med daglig service för frukost, lunch och middag på begäran av gäster (hyresgäster levererar mat). Daglig städning och linne- och handdukservice ingår också. Tvättservice och strykningstjänster tillhandahålls också mot en nominell avgift som ska ordnas med personalen. Personalen lämnar på kvällen, men ordningar kan göras mot en extra kostnad för att de ska arbeta sent och / eller stanna över natten.

Beautiful home, lovely staff, great central location within Casa de Campo

We stayed with some extended family (including elderly parents) for a week and couldn’t have been happier with the property and staff. The home had beautiful indoor/outdoor living spaces, large, comfortable bedrooms, great decor, and an amazing staff of 3 (chef, housekeeper and server) who were a wonderful addition to the stay. The chef was amazing and we ate many of our meals at the house. Couldn’t have been happier with the rental.

As good as it gets...

For those considering time in the Dominican Republic, there is no where better than Casa de Campo. Growing up, my family owned a home inside the resort where we spent ~6 weeks a year. The resort is now more than 50+ years old - the development, amenities, infrastructure, golf, and things to do reflect the significant investments made over that timeframe. We recently spent a week at this villa with family and friends, 12 people total. The arrival logistics, transportation, golf cart rentals, and grocery shopping were arranged seamlessly ahead of time with the help of Isabel and Maura. The 3-person staff at the home were incredibly helpful and welcoming - we were incredibly well taken care of during our week at the villa. The team running this property has the entire process dialed in. Beware of listings in the DR with no comments or reviews. When organizing this trip, I found an unusual amount of listings where people capture screenshots of other listings and represented them as their own. If they secure a reservation, they then approach the owner to try and work out a commission. I ultimately cancelled 2 DR vacation rentals before finding this one. The villa is in the ideal location with proximity to Altos and the Marina, Minitas Beach is also an easy 10 minute golf cart ride. This is a 5 star home with a 5 star staff & support team. We'll be back!

Excellent Trip to Casa de Campo

We just got back from Casa de Campo and had another excellent trip. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. The staff, Victor, Norma and Maud, we are extremely nice and accommodating. They did all the cooking for us so we could just sit back and relax. The hostess speaks perfect English so she was a delight to deal with as well. She coordinated options for golf cart rentals, airport transfers, and our Covid Testing before departing home. This was one of the best VRBO experiences that I have had and will definitely return to this wonderful home one day soon!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Las Colinas 20 is a beautiful house in a beautiful resort. Perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. Isabel & Eduardo were extremely helpful and answered all our questions before and during our trip. They even put swings and a jungle gym in the yard for our grandchildren. The staff was wonderful and took care all our needs. We loved every minute!

Amazing family vacation

I can’t begin to express how pleased I was with my entire experience. From the moment I began communicating with Isabel, the owner of the Villa, I knew that we were in good hands. She was wonderful in all respects. Very accommodating! Due to unforeseen circumstances, our original arrival date was delayed. Isabel was not only understanding, but showed genuine concern for my family. When we arrived, we were greeted by her wonderful staff, Victor and Norma. They took good care of us throughout our stay. Norma made dishes that we all enjoyed, including several local favorites, and Victor helped us communicate when we were challenged with our Spanish. When our young adult guests returned to the village in the evening, he made sure that the golf carts were charged and ready to go the next morning. I highly recommend reserving this Villa if you are considering the Dominican Republic.

Amazing Stay 2021

The house was wonderful, clean and very comfortable! We were a group of 12 adults and had a great time! To start the golf carts we rented we’re beautiful and brand new. The communication with Isabel (the host) was great. She answered us every time we had a question. The house staff was great and super nice. Victor took care of us daily and fulfilled all our requests! Victors attention to detail was second to none! Norma, the chef was a TRUE chef! There was nothing that she did not cook to perfection! The lobster, fish, rice, pasta EVERYTHING! The housekeeper Maura was kind and had everything clean and in place when we returned from our daily outings. The pool area was beautiful. The indoor/outdoor living was superb. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a true getaway or family vacation. We are only 2.5 hours from Miami and will definitely be back.

Our stay couldn't have been better

This was our second stay at the villa. Absolutely beautiful and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed that the villa is in a very quiet area. Getting to the beach or restaurants or Marina or anywhere else in the resort is very quick and easy on golf carts. Service in the villa was excellent. The butler, Victor, is a gem. Always there when needed. He was fantastic with the kids. They loved him. Norma, the chef, prepared wonderful, better than restaurant quality food, served either casuallly in the covered patio area or in the wonderful dining room. Our party of 12 fit very comfortably in the villa, Everyone had a fantastic time. We of course plan to return.

Casa de Campo

The property is spacious and bedrooms are appointed nicely. I would recommend up front communication with the property manager- particularly about making the best use of the butler and chef. It would be nice for the property manager to provide a menu of the favorite or “ wow” dishes that the cook enjoys preparing. As a result of communication matters, our party of 8 had only 2 dinners and 4 breakfasts prepared by the cook. We had 4 lunches out and 2 dinners out. I would ask for a tipping guideline in advance of the stay. I would understand clearly the expectation of the cook- working after 6 pm and understand her need for cab money. The bottom line, we didn’t maximize the use of the cook. We had spent the first four nights in Cap Cana and had a chef, a butler and 2 maids. The chef killed it every meal ( 14) with a former flair. The manager provided the chefs top menus and recommended tipping well in advance of our arrival. This was communicated by the owners concierge in advance as well as a pre purchased grocery list. No worries, just suggestions and a credit card! We were spoiled in Cap Cana and we were hosted about average. For instance, it took 1 day and a half to produce hot water- the explanation of the Butler is “ we keep our water temperature low”.. regardless of the temperature, most Americans that I know enjoy the option of a hot shower. With the DR getting bad reviews related to security, Casa de Campo is very well secured, the activities ( Beach Club, The Marina, The Art district, Dye 4 Golf, horseback riding, dune buggies, snorkeling, restaurants) make certain that we will return to the property- likely closer to water front.

Perfect family vacation!!

The villa on its own is beautiful, spacious and charming. But what makes this stay an unforgettable experience is the exceptional staff! Victor, Norma and Maude were unbelievably welcoming and took care of absolutely everything we requested and more. We celebrated our son’s 4th Birthday during our stay and the owner and staff arranged for the most delicious chocolate cake to be presented to him after that evening’s dinner. A perfect setting for our family of four plus four grandparents to spend Spring vacation. Already looking forward to a return visit!

Wonderful family vacation

We just returned from 4 wonderful days at this beautiful home. There were 10 of us ... my husband, 2 married daughters, their husbands and my four grandchildren (ages 4, 6, 6, 8). The home was perfect for our stay...so comfortable and beautiful as well...inside and out. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! (could have used more pool-side lounge chairs). Communications with the owner, Isabel, via email and phone were easy ... she was extremely helpful with our planning ahead of time. She even provided pool noodles for our grandchildren when asked. The staff of 3 was fantastic...always helpful ...always with a smile. We ate all breakfasts and dinners at the house - deliciously prepared by Norma ! Victor, the house butler, was very friendly and accommodating. Maude kept the home spotless! The beach facilities were also amazing...went all 3 days using golf carts that we rented. We will definitely return to Casa de Campo....

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Beautiful, well kept and immaculate. Fantastic staff.

The owners made everything easy for us from arranging for supplies and transportation before our arrival to helping us with various items during our stay. They were easily accessible by phone. The villa itself was beautiful and well appointed. Perfect for friends and family. We were a party of eight. The staff was extremely friendly helpful and professional. Meals were all fantastic whether breakfast lunch or dinner. Every meal was a feast. I would love to stay here again. One the better vacations I have ever had.

Amazing stay at Campo

Honestly, the stay was first rate all the way. Property is wonderful - immaculate and neatly maintained, clean, comfortable. From the Butler to the cook to the maid Everyone was extremely attentive. Cook is amazing and highly recommend eating in. We went to Casa de Campo primarily for the fishing however spent a good deal of time at the property. The property itself is super relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there are thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Vacation Villa!

We just got back from a fabulous 6 days in Casa de Campo staying at this exceptional, beautiful villa. We were a group of four couples so it was a perfect fit staying in the lovely four bedrooms on the main floor (we used the bedroom on the lower level for the masseuse from the club to give massages). Keeping the bedrooms cool with ac and the rest of the house open air was perfect even on warm days. The furnishings and decor are perfectly appointed with a local flare with many seating areas to relax and chat. Upon our arrival, the staff welcomed us and made sure we had all that we needed throughout our stay. Victor was excellent as "butler" - from serving meals and drinks to checking on our golf carts and running to the marina to get extra ice. We ate breakfast very day and a few dinners on the outdoor patio which was heaven! The pool and hot tub were perfect, the grounds impeccable and there were even fresh flowers in our rooms. The view of the ocean tops it all off. The location is perfect and not far by golf cart to Altos de Chavon, the Marina or the beach. Isabel, the owner, was great to work with and had quick email responses before, during and after our trip. She advised us on groceries and food to request which was very helpful. The cook does her best when given specific requests for meals. Our last night we had an amazing dinner in the dining room with an entire salted fish, filet, salad and potatoes and flan for dessert that was truly gourmet. Thank you so much Isabel and the wonderful staff for an excellent vacation spot!

Fabulous family vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Los Colinas 20. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The meals were delicious especially breakfast and dinner. The house is beautiful and yet comfortable. The kids had a great time hanging out in the hot tub and playing pool. We look forward to another visit to the villa in the future!

Great awesome place !!!!!

Just came back from this wonderful place. House is impeccable and the staff was wonderful. The cook made us some of the most delicious food. Deserved definitely five stars.
