VÀlkommen till den mysigaste stugan pÄ Senecas vÀstra sida. Komplett ombyggnad i oktober 2018 - inifrÄn och ut. Denna stuga ligger i en mycket privat och lugn miljö. Alla nya golv, tak, verandtak och bÄthus taket hösten 2018. Njut av den fantastiska utsikten frÄn badtunnan med utsikt över sjön. Det finns kabel-TV med stor skÀrm och trÄdlöst internet med hög hastighet. Fronten pÄ stugan har en fantastisk utsikt över sjön genom en mestadels glasvÀgg. Den vyn Àr tillgÀnglig frÄn de flesta av stugan. Middag med familjen eller frukost vid soluppgÄngen kan avnjutas pÄ ett stort tÀckt dÀck med utsikt över sjön eller pÄ bryggan. Har kolgrill och eldstad vid vattnet. Mycket stora sovrum, inklusive en kungmÀstare. Moderna nya apparater i köket - nytt badrum med keramiska plattor. Mycket vÀl inredda och exceptionellt rena. 2 tennisbanor i nÀrheten. 3 golfbanor inom 15 minuter. Massagestugor och limousinturer vid dörren finns tillgÀngliga. Det finns bara nÄgra trappor ner till sjön och till och med en liten strand för barn. Vi har ett mycket centralt lÀge som sÀtter oss nÀra de flesta regioners frÀmsta vingÄrdar och nÀrliggande stÀder. Vi Àr 6 miles frÄn shopping, livsmedel, bensin, restauranger och biografer. 8 miles frÄn statlig bÄt lansering och bÄtuthyrning. VÀgen öppen Äret runt och lÀttillgÀnglig pÄ vintern. GÄngavstÄnd till Outlet Trail för vandring och cykling mellan sjöarna i Seneca och Keuka. GÄ till tennisbanor och nya Tot Lot. Stugan Àr modern och exceptionellt ren. Pris för utmÀrkelse varje Är. Property worked out perfectly for 3 adults and 2 dogs. We appreciated the fenced in yard and access to the water. Hot tub was a nice bonus and the temp was just right.

Nuce but a little updating needed

The queen bed mattess was very squeeky and the room got hot. A new matress and ceiling fan would help. Super quiet location and peaceful. Spotted Deck creamery was super close and delicious. I would definitely come back.

Convenient location and very clean

We really enjoyed our lake get-a-way. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The street was very quiet with friendly neighbors. The location was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. For those traveling with kids- the tot area mentioned in the description is a 15 minute walk, so driving there is more realistic with kids. Also there really isn’t a beach area for the kids to swim as listed. We brought life jackets so our kids jumped off the dock to swim and climbed the loosely attached ladder to get out.

Finger Lakes getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice - comfortable for four adults. The weather could have been better, but it was relaxing. Steps to the lake were more than we thought - a lot of them and kind of steep. Overall, it was a nice time away.

Rental House right on Lake Senwca

Very quiet peaceful getaway right on Lake Seneca. The property was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the fire pit and hot tub overlooking the water were wonderful ways to relax after exploring Watkins Glen and the local wineries!

Awesome getaway on the lake

House was perfect for a family getaway on the lake. House has two large size bed rooms and a large family room. Great view of the lake with a deck overlooking the dock and lake. Hottub was excellent to relax in as well.

Great Stay

We had a great week at the property. Early June so the weather was still cool and the lake COLD! We wanted a week of relaxed time to read and be together. It was perfect. The cottage was well equipped. We loved the covered deck where we could hang out even in the rain looking over the lake. The only negative was a soft King bed, and no instructions as to where the washer and dryer were located. We hunted around and finally found it in the basement which was only accessible from outside. Once we found it, we were pleased with the full size washer and dryer. We would definitely come back to this cottage.

Great weekend getaway

Had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to the wineries & only a 20 min drive to Watkins Glen! Enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the covered porch & relaxing evenings in the hot tub! The only thing I had a problem with was the large gaps in the fence that my dogs could easily get through & the fact they needed to be on the leash while in the yard. Not a huge problem but not what I expected

Week end getaway

A friend and I decided to go for a little wine tasting. Not exactly the best weather or time of year for it, but hey
.. the place was cozy, the beds were comfy and the place was available. Hopefully we will make another trip for the summer and it will be available.

Cozy, pet-friendly retreat

Cozy cottage right on the lake. We loved starting our day soaking in the hot tub while watching the sunrise. We brought our two dogs, and they enjoyed the fenced in yard and swimming at the public beach which is just down the road.

Amazing lake view on a quiet street

We loved our stay at this cozy cottage on the lake. The location was perfect, close enough to local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and still a quiet, secluded cottage to come back to at night. We enjoyed the hot tub with the phenomenal view of the lake. The check in and check out process was easy with communication from the property manager. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Great view

Cottage is near the end of a dead end road and is very peaceful. Wonderful view of sun and moon rise. Although the cottage needs some updating, it was immaculate which is more important for me.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our family has had a cottage nearby since 1930, and since has added 4 more in the same vicinity. When these latter cottages were purchased, we knew from years of experience that this location is one of the most desireable on any of the Finger Lakes. Our cottage is very accessible year around, has ease of access to the water, enjoys peace and solitude, as well as privacy, and has beautiful views of the lake. The area behind the cottage is lawn and woods, which is also very scenic. We found the cottage to have a real, quaint lake front cottage feeling. It is cozy with lots of windows and light. We also liked the fact that the bedrooms were very large for a cottage, unlike many cottages we had seen. There are no big drop offs at the water, so our children and our grandchildren can enjoy playing in the water without fear. It was the nicest of all the cottages we looked at, and our family loves it.
