Fly till vårt nöje, Port Aransas reträtt, idealiskt beläget en kort promenad på strandpromenaden till stranden. Vår nyrenoverade lägenhet erbjuder en varm atmosfär. Vi har nyligen gjort om hela lägenheten, inklusive alla nya apparater. Detta nya, fullt utrustade kök har allt du behöver för att laga en måltid eller tilltugg till stranden. Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser och en platt-TV. Med två queen size-sängar kan vi rymma fyra personer bekvämt. Badrummet har en härlig, helkaklad duschkabin. Den högeffektiva växelströmsenheten är extremt tyst och håller dig sval under de varmare månaderna. Anläggningssamhället har fantastiska bekvämligheter, inklusive en strandpromenad, en pool, lekplats, tennisbana, grillplats och picknickområde - allt bara några steg från dörren. Om du bara vill koppla av och njuta av naturen har du en privat uteplats med utsikt över strandpromenaden, nära havet. Kom och bo och lek på vår ö reträtt!

Perfect location

First time staying here! It was a short walk to the beach, we didn’t even have to rent a golf cart! This would be great for a family because they had a park, pool and a tennis court. Security was present to get into the entrance which we appreciate. It had everything we needed.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Great location! Small view of the water from the open patio. Quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. We stayed a week and worked from the condo and the fast reliable Wi-Fi was appreciated. Perfect for two people and would love to stay again!

1 bedroom condo

Great one bedroom condo. My husband and I and our dog stayed, love that it's pet friendly. Very clean place . Also liked that the boardwalk was close to the condo and the pool. We will love to stay again in the future.

Rainy weekend, great stay

My family really enjoyed our stay, even with less than ideal weather. The condo was updated, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the ease of the short walk through the dunes to the beach. The property is updating the tennis courts and the playground, so those weren't available to us, but we look forward to using those amenities in the future. We would love to visit again soon.

We had a great breeze on the patio which made it very nice sitting there in the evenings sipping on some wine after a day of play on the beach. Will definitely be back in 2021!!

Vacation

Location was great. First impression of unit however wasn’t so good. Outside doors were filthy. Room itself was clean and pleasant on the surface but again, white doors, white trim, around base boards, and between sliding glass doors were also filthy. This made me feel like the room wasn’t clean in general which was disappointing. I actually took a soapy paper towel and washed the exterior door and doorknob just so they didn’t look so terrible every time you entered and exited. I also was disappointed in the patio furniture. It only consisted of a pvc pipe loveseat that seemed very rickety and a plastic table that was also dirty. As mentioned above the track and safety stick between sliding glass doors were filthy.

Lovely Studio

The lovely little studio condo that fit our family of four wonderfully. It is the beach so it is hard to keep the floors clean with constant sand but we just wore our flip flops and it was fine. The bathroom was clean and nicely updated as well as the kitchen area. The back porch was great to have to sit outside and to have a place for wet swimsuits/towels to dry out. It is really close to the boardwalk that goes over the dunes to the beach as well as the outdoor shower/foot rinsing area that I used to rinse swimsuits & toys. We will be booking again next time we plan to go to the beach!

Great Port A Destination

Great Port A vacation staging area. Updated condo very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Lower floor made it easy to unload and load up the car during check in and check out. Very clean condo with plenty of lighting, very nice kitchen and bathroom. Gave 4 star rating only because their were no washcloths available and my wife snubbing her toe on the short footboard bed post leading to the bathroom. I had to move the luggage stand and small end table to make the walkway wider. Overall 5 stars if not for those 2 issues.

We enjoyed a po-boy and beer at the Beach Lodge just a short walk down the beach & never had to get in the car!

It was ok

It was a nice location with nice people. Did have some issues with the room though. Some of the lights didnt work so made it hard to see at times. As well trying to watch tv late at night or early morning. Couldnt find anything for the kids to to keep them happy. But besides that not a bad location, very close to the ocean and nice view from the room we stayed in.

Other than that, everything was wonderful. There was a lot of post Harvey construction going on, but we hardly noticed it.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners did a great job on the recent renovations and it's an easy walk to the beach. The property management company makes it easy for check in and check out with a keyless door code and email updates on your check in or check out times (and if an extension or early check in is provided, depending on circumstances). Based on the photos on the listing, we thought the patio faced the pool. However, it actually faces the dunes/waterfront/boardwalk. This was better for us as we did not plan to use the pool anyhow. I would recommend better quality sheets and pillows for the rental. The sheets were very thin and the pillows flat. I'd bring my own pillow next time. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great location

The condo is really close to the beach and allows us to bring our family dog. Those are the best features of the property. The unit could use some fixing and update. Half of the burners on the range didn't work. We managed with the two small ones that worked, but be aware if you plan to cook more. The towels are really old and several are stained. I don't get why a first-floor unit on the beach has carpet. It just traps sand and moisture, no? The window AC is really loud and constantly woke us up at night. But over all we had a good short vacation and this condo proved to be very convenient. The beach at Port A was very underwhelming for us. There was a lot of seaweed in the water and on the beach when we arrived. The water got better later on but the seaweed on the beach was not cleaned up and attracted flies and trapped trash. Yes, there was quite a bit of trash on the beach, left behind by people who don't clean after themselves. Maybe it will is better off peak season?
