Stor skidstuga med tillgång till Road Runner Trail i Viking Village. Detta hus är en fantastisk plats för vänner och familj att spendera kvalitetstid på en skidresa på semester.

Köket får en kock att känna sig som hemma med en 5-brännare spis, grillpanna och två ugnar. Alla matlagningsbehov inklusive Le Creuset matlagnings- och bakvaror och servis för upp till 30 personer.

Det stora rummet har en stor stenspis från golvet upp till katedralens tak. Mysig upp på soffan med några bra låtar och koppla av och reflektera över en fantastisk dag i sluttningarna.

I bottenvåningen vardagsrummet har en 60-tums smart-TV för dig som vill titta på spelet eller lägga sig i en Netflix-flick. Ta tur på Big Buck Hinter Arcade-spelet, spela matchen med fotboll, gyllene tee eller en runda pinball. En fantastisk plats för barnen att vara så höga och lyckliga som de önskar.

Det stora sovrummet har ett ångrum som känns härligt efter en dag i sluttningarna.

På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum samt ett komplett badrum med en loftig hall med utsikt över det stora rummet.

This beautiful house was the perfect setting for our family reunion. We loved the cabin feel, the spacious kitchen, the downstairs arcade, the hot tub, and the bunk rooms for the kids. It was the perfect space to connect as a family, play lots of games, enjoy the outdoors, and make lovely memories. Amanda was a gracious host, very accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

The Fun House

When we arrived the home was inviting and consistent with the photos. The house had ample parking, plenty of amenities, and was clean. We had a wonderful family celebration for my husband's 60th birthday.

Great place to stay!

Attended a wedding in Bethel and had 15 family members from ages 5-82! We were able to hike and play outside and when it rained for two days, we all had time and space to occupy ourselves in the home! Great place to stay and enjoy yourselves!

Great Family Getaway

Awesome House, Great Location

We love Sunday River. This house is fantastic for anyone looking for a place to accommodate multiple families with people of all ages. The game room is great for kids (& adults), while the main level is perfect for adults to hang out, and the hot tub is ideal after a long day of skiing. The walk to the roadrunner trail is an easy 3-4 minutes. Would undoubtedly stay here again.

Great house, great location

We had a great stay at Amanda's property! We stayed here for our annual friends/family ski trip. The house is located a short walk off the trail which made for easy access and incredible convenience. Relaxing in the hot tub was a fantastic way to end the ski day. The house was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication w the host was excellent and check in was seamless. 5/5 stars, would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Amazing property!

Beautiful house, short walk to slopes. Our group was six adults and seven teens. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds comfortable and house was very clean. We enjoyed the huge comfy couch by the fireplace and the hot tub was a big hit! Communication with host was quick and easy, there were no issues at all with any part of the stay! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could, it’s an incredible place!

Becoming a Tradition

This was the second year in a row our (large) family has made the trip up to stay at this property near Sunday River. We have every intent to continue this moving forward as well. The property has all the amenities and access for a group with or without children to enjoy Western Maine.

Awesome House!

We recently stayed at this house in Sunday River for a short golf trip. There were eight of us in the house and it was more than accomodating for our group. The kitchen was amazing and a great gathering spot. The game room in the basement was also a favorite, so much fun and many options to keep everyone entertained. There were plenty of utensils, pots/pans, linens, etc. I would highly recommend this rental if you are staying in the area!

Great House

Everything was great. Host was easy to work with. Basement game room was awesome. Basement had a musty odor and no operating lights in one bedroom. But overall great house for a large amount of guests.

Great Place to Escape To

Had a great Easter weekend with family and friends! Eighteen people for dinner Saturday night, move than enough seats for everyone. Kitchen had a wide selection of serving dishes and cooking utensils 🍴 The kids young and old enjoyed the video games. Plenty of firewood was provided, and fireplace worked great! My grand daughters found the Kid’s and moved right in. Overall it was Fantastic!!

Family Reunion

All five of our kids and some of their spouses and grandkids all stayed. We had the time of our lives! The Mountain House was wonderful and was close to many activities. We were busy from morning to night and had many last nights catching up. When it rained we stayed in and hung out. Plenty of room for everyone of all ages. Loved it!

Beautiful ski house

Staying here was amazing! From the moment we arrived we were blown away with how beautiful the property was. Everything was very clean when we got there and there is definitely plenty of space for big groups of people! The beds were extremely comfortable which barely any of us have ever experienced with a rental before, so that was a plus! The game room was definitely utilized and the second fridge in the basement was great for all our extra food and drinks we had!! If you have a big group you should definitely consider staying here, the hosts were very prompt at responding to our questions and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The hot tub was also a plus that was used all weekend!!

Beautiful, spacious home. Everything we wanted and needed

This was an amazing home for a 40th birthday celebration with eight women. We loved all cooking together in the huge kitchen, there was seating for everyone in every room, the bedrooms are spread out so everyone gets privacy and quiet when they want it. We loved the hot tub and it was a beautiful day on Saturday so we sat outside at the picnic table on the deck and painted. The area is lovely to take a walk, it's a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. The fireplaces are beautiful and we had a fire in the big one on Saturday evening. The game room was not something we thought we cared about but we ended up having so much fun playing the games! It brought back memories of Atari 5200. Overall, everything was wonderful and we would absolutely stay here again.
