Perfect!

This is our second year to stay here. The location is great. The scenery is beautiful. The owner is wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely stay here when we return to this area.

Almost heaven

This was our 2nd stay at "The Robin" and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The cabin is immaculate and quite charming. We loved the tranquility and privacy. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to WV!

First Pitch Dinner - Concord University

Our oldest son is continuing his academic and baseball career at Concord University. The Robin was perfect for our needs ace hope to be able to book it many more times throughout his time at Concord!!!

Cute Cabin

We traveled from SC to go skiiing at Winterplace with our children. It was the perfect location as it was close to Winterplace and lots of hiking trails. The rental was clean and well equipped! It was perfect.

Christmas ski trip

The kids and I stayed there Christmas 2024. The location was located so we were 30 minutes from skiing and relatively close to the New River Gorge National Park which we explored on a few days. The cabin is in a rural area so traffic wasn't an issue. Dollar General is .5 away. The cabin is cozy and suited us well. The fire place was nice to dry ski gear and ambiance.

Cute cabin close to parks

The cabin is spacious and great for a couple with a cute yard we unfortunately didn't have time to use, but we did get to eat dinner out on the patio one evening.

Beautiful Place

This cabin is in a beautiful location! It was so convenient to Pipestem State Park which was where the event we were attending was held. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Great

Everything was perfect! The location was perfect and close to Pipestem State Park. It was very cozy and a massive yard to walk in or even let kids play in. I couldnt have asked for anymore here. I would definitely recommend riding into Pipestem and seeing the views and if you have time, ride the horses. Will definitely come back.

nice cabin

the cabin was very nice but it would have nice if it was cleaner, appeared to not have been swept very well, it needed to have been dusted better, lots of dust and several cobwebs, coffee pot had not been cleaned and filter with old coffee was still in it and we cleaned mouse droppings in several rooms upon arrival

. Quant cottage just outside Pipestem Resort

Cute, comfortable quiet cabin hidden just off the main road. Huge wood burning fireplace, King size bed, compact comprehensive amenities, and nicely working electronics. One full bathroom and an indoor large jetted tub. Cottage is not suitable for mobility challenged. Though loft is acceptable for the agile fearless young, place is really a couple’s retreat. We are in our sixties and managed fine. The location is very convenient to the Pipestem State Park, some great restaurants, and nearby towns. We did side trips to the New River Gorge Bridge and to the Hawk Knob Cidery during our stay. Owner and manager were very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. Overall, everything worked, was clean, and we were able to enjoy a peaceful week away. Thank You Pat and Sharon.
