Vänligen läs *** Vårt Beach House är utmärkt för familjer och de unga i hjärtat. Vi har 3 separata enheter i en triplex som du kan välja mellan. Vi är precis tvärs över gatan från stranden (324 fot för att vara exakt!) Hyr en enhet eller ALLA 3 för en speciell händelse och sova upp till 22 personer! Husdjur välkomna med husdjursavgift och godkännande.

Enhet 1 är en 4-sovrumslägenhet med 2 badrum med nästan 2000 kvm utrymme. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, det andra sovrummet har en full storlek säng, det tredje sovrummet har en king size-säng, det fjärde sovrummet har våningssängar med full storlek madrasser på både topp och botten.

Vi har gratis solstolar, parasoller och badlakan för användning under din vistelse samt en utomhusgrill.
En barnstol och pack and play finns också tillgängliga på begäran.

Wedding celebration/family vacation

Property exactly as described on line & pictures. Great location to John's Pass, restaurants & beach. We had great weather for early April. Still alot of rebuilding after the hurricane. Check out St. Pete's Pier and be sure to get BBQ at Urban

Great family spot near beach

We had an awesome family vacation. It was really convenient to have all the beach toys and cart there. The deck was well equipped with a table, chairs etc to eat outside and enjoy the evenings. Shelley was very responsive and accommodating. The beach is so close! We will definitely stay again!

Close to John's pass

great location. Short walk across the street to beach and short walk to John's pass. Very roomy. Great place for large families that like to spread out. Lots of extras like beach wagon, chairs, towels, bag, etc.

Nice House

It was cute and clean. Close to beach and John's Pass. Only negative is that it is on the main road and there is no view. Owners were very accommodating.

Fantastic location!

Our family of 8 comfortably stayed in this property. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils that were needed. We enjoyed the large deck area with ample seating. It was very helpful that there were beach necessities (toys, chairs, towels and beach cart) available to use. The proximity of this property to both the beach access and John's Pass were absolutely wonderful! Shelley was very communicative and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful days

We really enjoyed our stay. The house have erverthing you need , including beach chairs and other stuff for a good time at the beach. The wonderfull beach and johns pass is just some steps away. Beach Apartment some renovations some rustic. Close to Johns Pass and walking distance to the beach. It looked better in ad then in person. However it worked for us this time.

Great beach getaway

The house has 3 units and functions great for multiple families if you rent the whole house. House is old but upgraded enough in the right places - very comfortable. Cold A/C (most important in FL in June). Kitchen was stocked well enough for our use and units were clean. Parking under the house is tight, just as advertised. Lots of beach toys, chairs, wagons, etc… for use were a bonus! Right across the street from the beach access. Easy walk. Cleaning crew was still there when we arrived, so check-in was delayed by a couple of hours. The cleaning crew left a sweet apology note & a bottle of wine & flowers for our troubles. Quick drive to the marina if you’re bringing a boat. Would stay again!

Our stay was amazing and there was nothing they did not have.

Couldn’t have been any better. The convenience of the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc was perfect. The house had everything anyone would need. We would definitely go back.

Family Vacation

We loved the house and the surrounding area. Maderia Beach is one of our family's favorite places to visit in Florida. The house was beautiful and the only thing we would have liked more about it, was if it was on the beach. The owners were quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place and owner

We had a blast! It’s a beautiful place with plenty of amenities. The walk to the beach is short. The washer/dryer were under repair and Shelley provided other accommodations for us. We appreciated that. Communication was quick and thorough. We had an excellent time!

Great Spot with lots a space

We have a family of 5 and this place had enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, not crammed into one room or using pullout beds. There was also plenty of room out on the large patio as well as the living room and dining room for sitting and eating for all of us. Overall we were very pleased with the location and hope to return again in the future.

We fell in love with Madeira Beach and had to have a getaway of our own here. This property was perfect for us because it afforded us the opportunity to share our getaway with others so they can enjoy this magical beach as well.

Our house is across Gulf Blvd from the beach, 2.5 blocks to John’s Pass, Private parking for guests, Beach Trolley stops nearly in front of the house. Walking distance to so many shops, dining, bars, groceries, etc.
