We had an amazing time. Room was very clean and it was so easy to book it. I would definately come back and would also recommend anyone looking for a beautiful beach front condo this is the one. So close to the beach and water.

Susan, wish you would contact me, the condo was deep cleaned at a cost of $800 on Friday the day before your arrival. And Management, who in "management" did you have contact with? They don't live there. I am confused, wish you would have contacted me for me to help.

We enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. Convenient to several of the local restaurants etc that we enjoy during our stay. The condo was well equipped for our stay.

Our first visit to Maderia Beach. Condo is in a great location & very close to the water. We rented umbrellas & chairs from the guys with the "yellow umbrellas" & they were very attentive . Highly reccommend renting from them. This was a girls trip & the condo met all our needs, we had a very good time & hope to return. The lanai was perfect & had chairs for all of us.

This was our second year staying at Russ’s place and we were not disappointed! It’s a great condo with a beautiful beach. Russ is easy to communicate with, the check in process was seamless, and were very happy with our stay!

Host was very kind and responsive. Check in process was easy for after hours and special medical equipment to be delivered. Beautiful views on the ocean. Giving 3 stars since the cleanliness could be better

Sorry about the cleanliness, I have 2 services that I pay each week do cleaning. The 2nd one to put out extras no other owner does. 1st one is general cleaning crew with TRS and second person puts out all the extras no one else supplies (extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soaps etc) so you don't have to go purchase those items. 2nd one is also suppose to inspect the 1st cleaning. I have spoken to both on this issue. I am speaking to the general TRS cleaning crew also.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo on Madeira Beach. The location was perfect, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with great amenities. Russ was an excellent host—very easy to reach and responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. Overall, it was a great experience. We are already planning to come back next Christmas break.
