GÄ i kÀnsla som om du Àr hemma! Mysiga 3 sovrum 2 badrum hem med en öppen planlösning. Utsikt över bergen frÄn kök / matsal / vardagsrumsfönster ger lite vackert landskap. Hela huset var bara ombyggt med alla nya möbler frÄn en bekvÀm sektionssoffa; till en cal king kudde övermadrass i sovrummet samt en drottning i det andra sovrummet och full / tvilling i det tredje sovrummet. Anpassade brickor i dusch i befÀlhavaren. TakflÀktar i varje rum. Tyst grannskap dÀr fastigheten ligger vid en ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd med en lÄng uppfart och sidoparkering. Vi Àr hörnpartiet som skapar en stor parkeringsplats under huset för bÄt- eller husbilparkering. Vi Àr belÀgna pÄ södra sidan av staden ungefÀr 10 minuter frÄn marinan och 10 minuter frÄn centrum.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and provided all the appliances we needed. We enjoyed hanging out in the lovely back yard and the pool was just right for relaxing in.It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Amazing home!

What an amazing home to stay at while visiting the area! It was so clean and comfortable-close to the lake, restaurants, stores and more. The home had everything we needed and more and my family truly enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful!

It felt like home as soon as you stepped in! The smell was fresh, the place was comfortable and it had everything we need! The pool area was perfect for combating the heat and we we close to some fun trails!

Wonderful Lake Havasu Home

This is the second time we have stayed for a month and it is amazing. Well equipped, we did not want for anything. Charley is great to work with I would recommend this property to anyone.

Clean and cozy

House was exceptionally clean. Nice selection of sundries and supplies. If you don't mind a short drive to town this neighborhood is very nice. Great view of mountains.

We stayed here during the week and had the best time. This Havasu home is immaculate. It is well kept and has everything we needed from lots of dishes to pool towels. It’s about 15 minutes to Cattail Cove where we launched each day. The pool was a nice way to cool down after a long lake day. We had the right amount of space for our family of four but it could be a great space for 8 too! Our hosts were great and very responsive. We had room to park our boat and truck (the street is steep). Would stay here again.

We've been a river and lake family for as long as we can remember. Now we're having a blast showing our girls the same traditions that were passed on from our parents! We're from Southern California but we try to get out to the water and desert as much as possible. The plan to buy a home In Lake Havasu has always been a dream of ours for the obvious love of the area and also having so much family living In city as well. We couldn't be happier with the property and we hope you are able to make some amazing memories as well. We're always available for any questions so always feel free to reach out.
