Mysig tillflyktsort i Havasjön

Gå i känsla som om du är hemma! Mysiga 3 sovrum 2 badrum hem med en öppen planlösning. Utsikt över bergen från kök / matsal / vardagsrumsfönster ger lite vackert landskap. Hela huset var bara ombyggt med alla nya möbler från en bekväm sektionssoffa; till en cal king kudde övermadrass i sovrummet samt en drottning i det andra sovrummet och full / tvilling i det tredje sovrummet. Anpassade brickor i dusch i befälhavaren. Takfläktar i varje rum. Tyst grannskap där fastigheten ligger vid en återvändsgränd med en lång uppfart och sidoparkering. Vi är hörnpartiet som skapar en stor parkeringsplats under huset för båt- eller husbilparkering. Vi är belägna på södra sidan av staden ungefär 10 minuter från marinan och 10 minuter från centrum.

Excellent, wonderful, very great stay.

The owner was very friendly and responsive during booking and leading up to the trip. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. The pool was absolutely lovely and a great spot for hot afternoons. Loved the town. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Great Property!

Great house in our favorite vacation spot! Charly was prompt to answer all of our questions before and during our stay. Beautifully furnished and well appointed! We rarely stay at the same property twice, mainly due to varying sizes of our group but we will certainly be back!

We stayed here during the week and had the best time. This Havasu home is immaculate. It is well kept and has everything we needed from lots of dishes to pool towels. It’s about 15 minutes to Cattail Cove where we launched each day. The pool was a nice way to cool down after a long lake day. We had the right amount of space for our family of four but it could be a great space for 8 too! Our hosts were great and very responsive. We had room to park our boat and truck (the street is steep). Would stay here again.

Amazing home!

What an amazing home to stay at while visiting the area! It was so clean and comfortable-close to the lake, restaurants, stores and more. The home had everything we needed and more and my family truly enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful!

It felt like home as soon as you stepped in! The smell was fresh, the place was comfortable and it had everything we need! The pool area was perfect for combating the heat and we we close to some fun trails!

Clean and cozy

House was exceptionally clean. Nice selection of sundries and supplies. If you don't mind a short drive to town this neighborhood is very nice. Great view of mountains.

Wonderful Lake Havasu Home

This is the second time we have stayed for a month and it is amazing. Well equipped, we did not want for anything. Charley is great to work with I would recommend this property to anyone.

A Gem

Our family LOVED staying in this beautiful home! Every little thing was available and the owners were so generous with their things. The floor plan with two separate "wings" is great for privacy among family members. The backyard was so delightful! Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We will be back!

We absolutely fell in love with this property. Check in was easy and host was great and very responsive. The pool was amazing and hose was very nice. We have already bragged about this place and told family to check it out. Hope to come back again!

The house was perfect! Had a long driveway to park our boat and truck. The house was decorated beautifully and had enough space for everyone. The pool was the kids favorite part! Charley was a great host!

Wonderful Home and accommodations

Always Clean, Organized, Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, Pool area set up nicely, Excellent view, split home design for privacy, use of garage and laundry, pool towels supplied. This is our second time staying in this home and it has everything- all small kitchen appliances too!

Lake Havasu Pool house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The home is well equipped with all the amenities you could need. The pool and yard were lovely and very private. The location was a short distance from downtown which made for a very quiet and relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend and give it a 5 star!!!

We've been a river and lake family for as long as we can remember. Now we're having a blast showing our girls the same traditions that were passed on from our parents! We're from Southern California but we try to get out to the water and desert as much as possible. The plan to buy a home In Lake Havasu has always been a dream of ours for the obvious love of the area and also having so much family living In city as well.
