Havasu Happy

We enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. All the appliances worked well and the beds and linens were comfortable. Hiked some great trails (SARA Crack, Cattail cove, mesquite, Kaiser springs) and enjoyed the restaurants (hangar 24, lighthouse lounge, Arizona rebel republic, Foundry, mudshark, just to name a few ).

The wifi was iffy, couldn't get the tv channels we wanted, furniture was old, ripped and worn out, dead rat in the pool and one living in the barbecue

Loved the location. Great parking

Got in late due to unforeseen issue. We washed the floor 3 times and it was still dirty. Pool guy wasn't consistent. Brought it to property manager's attention. Jacuzzi was never clean. Could use more kitchen items: ie sharp knives, blender more left over containers. A few broken things when we arrived: chair, bench, TV. Could be a fantastic place and I would stay again if it was cleaner.

Comforts of Home

Huntington Beach house has everything you need for a getaway to Lake Havasu. Plenty of parking for toys, outdoor games and plenty of pool floaties! Inside the home is a beautiful t beach/lake theme with comfy beds, great gathering spaces and board games. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Fishing vacation

We rented the Beach house for a fishing trip. My husband and I hoped to catch the Redear Sunfish spawn but were about one week too early. We loved the location for launch, groceries, gas stations, etc. Sam is a great host. The property was spotless and decorated so attractively. My husband and I are already talking about booking the Beach House for next year!

I would likely stay here again

nice place to stay, but missing minor necessities, eg: toothpicks, scissor, very little coffee, metal flipper for BBQ, could not get outside tv to work, pool pump quite the last 4 days and no one came to fix it We stayed at this place for the use of pool and hot tub alone so when we could not use it, it is disappointing. it was very nice we could use the garage to park car in on the hot days. Overall the place is very nice and would stay here again

Beautiful spot to stay!

The home was absolutely beautiful! One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The house is decorated beautifully and its inviting and comfortable. The only thing I can say that needs improvements would be the hot tub. Definitely time for an upgrade as when we book a home with a hot tub we Definitely pay more for that amenitie. So we expect a hot tub ready to go upon staying. Other than that this home is great and the host is sweet and gets back to you quickly.

Beautiful home!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was decorated in beach decor and very clean. Unfortunately we were not aware the pool was not heated and there were some issues with the hot tub. The host was quick to respond to any concerns. Overall a great stay. We would recommend this property.

Truly felt like we were at a beach house.

This place was great. It really felt like we were at a beach house. The decore was nicely done. The place was clean and organized. The pool and back yard felt really homey. Thanks again cant wait to come back.

Outstanding in every aspect

We come to Havasu several times a year and always rent a home for our stay. This was by far the absolute best house and experience we’ve had. Everything was perfect.

Clean and Cozy

Beautiful home! Beautifully decorated. Cozy and comfortable. The pool was wonderful! Perfect for those hot days! Our family loved it, especially our 11 year old. Would love to stay again in the future.

Great house

Great place to stay the house was clean and had plenty of room for us. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. The only thing I have say I wish was a little different, is please it was 115 plus and it only allowed the air to be adjusted for a short time and then it would go back to the preset Temps programed in. So the house would get hot all over again. Fix that Issue and it's a total 5 star until then 4.9
