Drinks on the Lanai

What a wonderful place to stay! My brother is building a house less than a mile from the property, which was so convenient! The place was so comfortable, clean, well stocked, and perfect for my sister and me. We had breakfast each morning on the lanai (sometimes visited by a family of turkeys), and wine on the lanai in the evenings. In between we snorkeled, shopped, visited, and relaxed! We will be back for sure! Thank you! Kristina

Property was in a great location, clean, not air-conditioned as advertised, were given wrong code by management company, called when we weren't able to release the key from the lock box, was told they had texted me never received the text. I was given the correct code and had a good stay.stay.

Holiday Trip

The trip was amazing. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. It is very close to grocery store and several of the best beaches and great shopping. We had the best time and Luva was very easy to work with. I would work with them again any time. Thank you!

Stay a week

This was a nice play to stay for a week. I attended a conference and it was a peaceful place to say for the period. The view is nice especially for the sunsets. The place may need a bit updating though it was clean and in good condition. You felt moving to 90's. The bathrooms were updated and nice. Would recommend if people want to have long stay in a peaceful place and want to play golf. The shores take about 20 minute drive.

Family Get-Away

The property for our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our unit was on the ground floor at the end of the property. Very comfortable and quiet with the lanai overlooking the golf course and the ocean. It has a well-stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. Great handicapped bathrooms for my 94-year-old mom! She was comfortable and truly enjoyed the view, especially the grand turkeys that marched in front of the lanai! Thank you for a memorable vacation! I would rent this condo again!

The property is very nice. Condo was clean and has pretty much everything we needed to start out. It’s a little dated tho but all in all we had a lovely time.

Perfect Sunset Views

We enjoyed our stay very much. A very quiet condo, with wonderful views from the lani of evening sunsets. Condo was very clean, with an updated kitchen which was very well stocked. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. There was a constant gentle breeze that kept the condo from being to hot, along with the ceiling fans in each room. The outdoor pool just a few steps away. The grocery store was within a short walking distance with very friendly staff.

Waikoloa Village condo

.Very pleasant ground floor unit on the golf course and near the pool. Well maintained and fairly clean. Bdrm windows needed cleaning to see out. Couldn't figure how to use the TV; mgr had to come in and show us. Other than that, well equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Quiet place for a scavenger hunt

We stayed at Waikoloa Village to participate in an Ironman. The quiet atmosphere was appreciated. However, the welcome book had only the bylaws of the condo association, no details of the pool location or access, no WIFI code. We reported the lack of WIFI and were told to look again! Finally once I was angry the agent relented to give us the code in a text. As for the pool facilities we did not bother calling. On day three we saw an employee who helped us out.

Beautiful, quiet respite

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The process from start to finish was so easy to understand. We questioned “No AC” but learned right away why. The temperature was comfortable and the multiple oscillating fans in all the rooms provided the best nights sleep I could’ve asked for. And to top it off, the location provided a beautiful sunset from our backyard. Just lovely!

Family trip for Spring break

Overall this property is great, especially the particular location of this unit- quick walk to the pool (outdoor bbqs and a fridge are there), as well as a beautiful view of the golf course. This ground floor unit is great for small children, they would run around the golf course during sunset and loved watching for the wild turkeys and goats. The location means you have to drive a lot (beaches, ice cream etc) but it is certainly a beautiful spot. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. We really appreciated having sand toys and chairs so we didn’t need to buy these items when we arrived. Only complaint is that there was no pack and play, and the cost to rent was quite high (I could have bought a new one for the cost of 9 days).
