Started off in a flood on the peninsula. Ended with great memories, tons of laughs, family time, and relaxation. Our 5th year on the peninsula and our 2nd year at this house. We cannot wait to come back next year.

Very nice and peaceful location— an unobstructed view of the bay. As many have said, the furnishings are dated, but the house overall is very comfortable and kept up nicely.Communication with the host was excellent.

Fun vacation with Family

Cute beachside house situated between the Newport and Balboa piers. We were able to walk both ways and even took the ferry over to Balboa Island.

Great location

This house is in a great location with beautiful views. It rained all week so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the beach. The house is dated and could use some upgrades but the location is the best and it was clean.
