Great stay!

Everything was wonderful. We had no issues with the elevator being out, we had plenty of hot water and the pool was clean every day. The unit itself was perfect for us. We love this property!

Beach get away

Great location on the seawall, the check in process was easy, everyone we talked to were very nice. Room was clean and very cute, had a view of the beach. Pools on the property were wonderful. Would stay here again.

The building itself is a little dated but inside the condo was clean and updated.The view of the beach and sunrises start your day with a smile.

Enjoyed our time!

We enjoyed waking up to the waves everyday. The bed was so comfortable, plenty of towels, the space was comfortable and inviting. Would love to visit again, after the balcony is remodeled!

Great place for your pet.

We enjoyed our stay. Owner needs to change rug on patio. I tripped over it several times. It was a good place to stay with our dog. We got attacked my mosquitoes the morning that we left. I’ve never seen so many in my life. They were spraying when we left. Other than that, it was a great visit.

Great vacation!

We loved this condo. It was very clean. There were plenty of towels, even beach towels. The view is amazing!! The AC worked great. The king size mattress & pillows were the most comfortable we've ever slept on, including our own. I really need to find out the brand so I can replace ours. We will definitely stay there again!

Birthday Getaway

My husband, 7 month old son and I stayed in this condo for three nights to celebrate my birthday. The view was perfect and I loved getting up early to eat breakfast on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. The condo is just as it is pictured on the website and was very clean. We enjoyed swimming in the big resort pool; it never felt crowded even though there were always lots of people there. Some of the cookware in the kitchen could stand to be upgraded, but other than that very minor detail and despite a power outage one night of our stay we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent stay at the Maravilla Condos. While the trip itself had many enjoyable aspects, there were a few accessibility challenges that I felt were important to communicate for future consideration. When we arrived, on Friday evening elevators 2 and 3 were functioning. The following morning the only elevator that was working was elevator 3. The elevator could be called from floors 1 – 3. The elevator, however, could not be called from the parking garage. This issue persisted for the remainder of our visit. As someone with mobility limitations, this became especially difficult—particularly in the evenings. After 9PM, when the on-site staff was no longer available, I was unable to return to the unit unless I coordinated ahead of time with others to help navigate the broken system. This added a great deal of stress to what was intended to be a relaxing vacation with family and friends, many of whom had also traveled from out of town. Vacations are supposed to offer freedom—a chance to explore, to reconnect, and to enjoy a bit of independence. Instead, I found myself calculating every outing around whether I’d be able to get back to my room. At times, I felt less like a guest and more like someone in need of constant assistance, which was disheartening and honestly, a bit isolating.

Maravilla condo #310

#310 was a beautiful condo. Exactly as pictured online. Gorgeous beach view from the balcony. Updated kitchen. Ice maker kept up with us and our drinks. We used the big community pool twice and it was really clean as was the bath house. No problems with any other guests at the pool. Also the room was really quiet considering it was backed up to the walk way entrances. Ww would definitely book with this company again in the future.

Great vacay stay

This place was overall a good fit for my family. Clean, stocked, and good location. My only complaints are: - ladies in check in office were NOT friendly. -we could not use our balcony Bc of safety & construction - our thermostat kept building condensation and would get moist inside and stop working. (AC would still run and got very cold), when it got too cold we had to take it off the wall to shut it off - amount of hot water in shower was minimal

More than Disappointed

This place needs some repairs and upgrades. The faucet was broken, the tv remotes had black electrical tape on the back of them and the TVs glitched the whole time. Someone was banging on our door in the middle of the night., scared our daughter to death. It was very sketchy! There wasn't a good place to store our clothes. ,The furniture was nasty and broken. The only thing that was nice was pool and landscaping area. An overall disappointment.

Nice place overall...Love location, condo needed work...

We love the Maravilla Condos. We had to evacuate from our hometown due to Hurricane Laura, this condo has a beautiful pool and is on the quieter side of the seawall. This particular condo had many issues for us. Check in was at 4pm, and the cleaning lady had just shown up so we had to sit and wait 1 hr before checking in. Once inside, we found the dishwasher did not work, water was also not working. I reported it and they sent their maintenance people out to fix it but they were unable to, they did come back a second time and we were not notified when they were coming so that would have been helpful. The kitchen lights did not work so we could not cook at night and the master bedroom was very uncomfortable.

Its a nice place. King bed was a little on the uncomfortable side, firm. Would have liked to of had usb ports and black out curtains. I was disappointed in already spending a good amount of money on this booking and to find out they charge to park per day. The pool is really nice and loved being right by the beach. The room is cute and quiet.love they provided beach towels. A bummer the room we had was on the construction side of the property so the closest elevator was not in use and we had to make a little hike for the elevator when we couldn't use the stairs but it wasn't to bad. We will probably stay here again.

Nice little place on the west end of the sea wall

I liked this place. A great little condo with a really great view of the water. Its on the west end of the sea wall, so it's a little quieter there than on the more busy portions, which I appreciate. Would definitely rent here again.
