Quick PCB get away

We stayed at this condo to be near our son who was graduating from army flight school about an hour away. The condo was clean and comfortable and just as pictured. We would definitely stay again.

Great view, very spacious. The master bath is huge!

Enjoyed our stay here. You cannot beat the view from the huge balcony. The furniture needs updating, ie, the pull out couch, the dining chairs are nice but need padding and the patio furniture needs new padding, but I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay

The unit was as described so we had no issues. The issue came when I received an email stating that early checkin was a possibility but then when we were on property it was stated that no early checkins were available. We were at the unit for over an hour before our check in time and it had already been cleaned because nobody came out while we were waiting. The only other issue was that when we were going to order in and watch some tv there was another unit that was being renovated so we had to leave because of the noise. It would be nice if that would have been communicated to us when we checked in.

Great getaway

This was a great stay! The rooms were nice. Everything looked and felt clean. Additionally, the elevators were fast (which has been very unusual in the past), and there was hardly anyone on the beach. Will definitely use this condo again.

Peaceful, Wonderful, Blissful

This stay was home away from home. Tub was clogged in the guest bathroom when we arrived so we had to use the master bathroom for everybody. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Great Stay!

I loved the layout of the unit, the large balcony, the proximity to the beach, the pool was nice, and the fact that there were two bathrooms so each bedroom had a bathroom close by. The room with the queen size bed felt more like a full size, but was still comfortable. The only problem that everyone in the building kept complaining about was the fact that there were only two elevators for the entire place of 18 or so floors of units. We wasted so much time waiting for elevators. There would be lines of people waiting and when elevators would open, they would be full, so you would have to wait for two or three to stop at your floor before you could even get on one. This is not the fault of the unit of course, but still a huge concern when thinking of staying here again. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Great Location with Cramped Kitchen

My daughter and I stayed here for a dance competition in the area, and several other dancers and their families stayed at the property as well. Overall, the condo was great; however, the kitchen had ZERO storage space, so all of our groceries had to be placed on the limited counter space. This made it very difficult when trying to cook, as there was no space for anything! There is only one set of small cabinets, so all of the dishes were crammed into a small space, which made it difficult to get to what was needed. Some of the other units where our friends were staying had a small stand-alone cabinet or shelving unit for additional space and this was helpful. The kitchen area could also use a deep cleaning. we found several areas inside of drawers and near the stove that hasn't been cleaned in a while. The other areas of the unit were fantastic. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and a gorgeous view of the ocean.

#306 Not a good pick

I will start with the good.! Vacasa team was great, from help with reservations, feed back upon arrival, to office staff at Condo. The room was very well cleaned with every thing in it's place. Sterling Reef grounds inside and out were perfect. Now for the room accommodation's. The owner of this unit , (Not Sterling Reef) must have purchased the furnishing from Salvation Army or Goodwill. We brought in some of the patio furniture in to sit on, It was much more comfortable and it was needed for setting for 4 guest. The kitchen table chair gave us something to laugh at. they had been recovered with vinyl which was fine , But they left the bottom out and when you sat down, You Fell Through. I could go on but I will stop there on the room. We have been to Sterling Reef many time and will return. They do have some great rooms and the location in are view is the best in Panama Beach. Pick the right room...... 5 Stars For Sterling Reef.
