The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated 1940s bungalow where historic quaintness has been updated with modern design and comfort. Our comfortable space sleeps 6 and boasts a completely upscaled kitchen with all stainless appliances, a 5 burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. You can listen to the birds sing songs while enjoying a cup of coffee on our oversized deck in one of the deep, comfy chairs. All one-story living!

Queen Sized Bed + Full ensuite Bathroom
đBedroom 2:
King Sized Bed + Smart TV and adjacent Full ensuite Bathroom.
đKitchen fully equipped with cookware, dish-ware, some spices, coffeemaker, coffee, creamers, and sugar to get you started.
đDriveway space for two cars and free street parking available. Please park only in front of our home to be mindful of neighbors.
đWelcome basket with light refreshments is provided for you to enjoy.
đFresh bed linens are supplied. Each full bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washcloths for makeup removal.
đOne initial round of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee is provided; additional supplies can be purchased at nearby Kroger or Walgreens.

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% refund. (minus $100 cc processing fee). Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund (minus $100 cc processing fee)ââ We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance! đ No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.
đ ïž Breakages: We get itâaccidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. Weâd rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honestâit goes a long way!
đ§Œ Excessive Mess: The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning teamâ and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!
â° EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

Our neighborhood is close to everything you need. Mitchells Deli and Dose are nearby and it's a mile to Riverside Village, which is a little pocket neighborhood where you will find two bustling blocks filled with Nashvillians, restaurants, shops and street art and Amelia's Flower Truck!
Getting Around:
Uber/Lyfts are readily available!
Other Things to Note:
While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use, and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
Interaction with Guests:
We live upstairs in a completely separate, private apartment and will completely give you your space and privacy unless you need us!

Welcome! We recently moved to Nashville from Kennesaw, Georgia, (a bit north of Atlanta) to be closer to our kids and grandkids. Jim retired from Kodak after spending more than 30 years in the photographic industry, and Pam retired from CVS as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. This is not our first time owning a BNB, as we also owned and hosted a Bed and Breakfast in the Napa Valley in Calistoga in the 90âs and we absolutely loved it! We have four daughters and eight grandchildren and there is nothing we enjoy more than spending time with them all!
We are amazed by what a dynamic destination city Nashville has become and we are so excited about sharing and hosting our beautiful home in East Nashville!
