Absolutely wonderful stay- Even better than the photos!

I recently stayed at Timi’s apartment with my husband and two children, and I can confidently say it was the best experience we’ve ever had with a vacation rental. The pictures truly don’t do it justice- the space is even more beautiful and comfortable in person. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro, which made getting around incredibly easy. The apartment was stocked with countless amenities that made our stay feel seamless and stress-free. Timi was an exceptional host- welcoming, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. He not only assisted us with our luggage upon arrival, but also came early in the morning on departure day to help us get to our Uber.He truly went above and beyond, and we felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris- you wont be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

Gem of an apartment in the Marais

This is one of the best apartment rentals we have stayed in. Fantastic location next to the metro, 10mins from Notre Dame, lots of great restaurants, cafes & boulangeries nearby. Spacious apartment with huge comfy beds and plenty of space for a family of 4 with two teenage girls. Timi was a great host, quick to respond. Would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Paris! Thanks Timi

Well located, large apartment

Great location to make as home base, very close to metro and multiple shops and restaurants. Only downside is periodic smell of cigarette smoke in the building, but that is ubiquitous in Paris.

Great location and helpful manager!

You can’t beat the location of this property. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was spacious. The property manager was very accommodating. The coffee maker did not function properly. But, Starbucks is a short walk away.

Wonderful location

Thank you Timmi for helping make our vacation in Paris a dream come true. This apartment is huge for Paris standards and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the metro was 2 blocks away. Just perfect!

Great Stay

Timi was there to greet us when we arrived and explained the features of the apartment. The apartment is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Timi also wished us a bon voyage upon departure. I would stay again.

Great location with comfortable and spacious apartment

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Lots of great restaurants are steps away from this apartment. Every morning we walked to the amazing local pastry shops for coffee and croissants. We walked to most of the major sights and the Metra is also right by. There are several outdoor markets in the area and grocery stores. The apartment was spacious with comfortable furniture to lounge or read. It also has nice large windows with plenty of light. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious as well. The owner was very gracious and check-in and check out a breeze. He showed us how to work everything and even helped me with my luggage. The apartment was well stocked with everything you needed whether to cook a meal or simply make a pot of coffee. The neighborhood is bustling and full of energy and young people. Charming cobblestone streets with lots of boutiques, wine shops and many cozy traditional bistros. Also excellent selection of ethnic & fusion restaurants. Beyond visiting the major sights we did spend time walking all over Marais and its a really pretty part of Paris with beautiful covered passages, fountains & small gardens. The apartment is easy walking distance to the river & Notre Dame. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again.

Wonderful host and location

Spent a girls weekend in Paris…we could not have chose a better location! Timi met us at the front door upon arrival, and helped move us into the apartment (even making us coffee!) He was very responsive, even recommending dinner locations. His apartment is spacious and clean, and contained everything we required for a “home away from home”. We would absolutely return to this apartment.

Four days in Paris

Timi is a great host, met us at check in, helped with the luggage and was there if we needed anything. Apartment is in a really cool old Paris building with a lot of character. The flat itself is very comfortable and even though it is on a busy street, its very quiet on the inside. I was cold out, so we had the windows closed. The location is excellent-walking distance to the main sites in Paris plus close to many shops and restaurants. We only had two of us and I like a lot of space but there is only one bathroom so if you have four people you need to share! Otherwise, the place is great, very comfortable, nice place to come back and hang out after a busy touring day. I give it five stars!

Wonderful stay in the Marais!

We had a lovely stay in Timi’s beautiful apartment! Everything was as shown in the pictures & the location can’t be beat! The apartment is right on Rue de Rivoli, but amazingly very little street noise in the apartment. Shops, restaurants & the metro are all right there! Thank you, Timi, for a great stay & patiently answering all of our questions! We will definitely be back (-:

Little gem in the Marais

Our stay was perfect. We were surrounded by quaint cafes and little restaurants. The metro stop is literally two minutes from the front door. Timi was very kind and responsive. He catered to our every need. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a non touristy place to stay.

Classic Paris building and the apartment’s rooms were big and matched the classic feel of the building. The windows had great city views on the bustling Rue de Rivoli and kept out the city noise. We hope to return.

Wonderful location, home, and host

The property is in a great location, just a couple blocks from the Metro that goes to many sites-seeing locations. It is walkable to Notre Dame and the surrounding areas. The host is wonderful! He met us when we arrived to give us a tour and was very flexible with checking-in late. He helped us with our bags at check-in and check-out and made sure there was no issue with our Uber. The property was exactly what we needed and had all of the essentials that you would need in an apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

Great apartment in a convenient location in the marais, close to the metro, restaurant and shops. Timi is an amazing host. He met us on check in and check out and gave thorough a walk through of the flat. There is a small lift that was very convenient to transport bags. The apt was air conditioned and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was even a Nespresso machine! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful apartment!

My kids and I had an amazing stay at Timi’s apartment! Very easy check in (let us drop our luggage early after arriving on an international flight) and check out. Apartment was clean, lots of space and in a perfect location!
