Tiger run

We chose to stay here since it was much more affordable than the options on Main Street Breckenridge. It was a great place to stay and it was nice to have all the amenities on site!

Excellent place!!!

This place was incredible! It is minutes away from downtown Breckinridge and Frisco. We took a family of five to stay here, everyone was comfortable. It was perfect, cozy, and beautiful!!! I highly recommend!!!

Nice area, so close to the bike trail!

We loved that it was a short walk to the bike trail! The neighborhood is super nice and my kids loved the pool and clubhouse! Looking forward to next time!!!

Excellent stay in a great community

Our stay was easy, well communicated, and the chalet itself is very cozy and well kept. It's on the smaller side of chalets in the community with one bedroom and the loft-type area, however it was comfortable for my wife and I, and our daughter. We very much enjoyed our stay and the Tiger Run resort community has great amenities and is a fantastic place to stay with a family!

This cabin was located right between Breck and Frisco. It was quiet and was a great area to walk dogs daily. Gated and secure. Great trip!

Great little property

I rent numerous properties a year and while this one is smaller than what i normally rent, it was very clean and cozy. The pool and clubhouse was awesome for my two kids. The loft was a wonderful plave for them and the master was comfortable. Internet was great too.

The cabin was perfect for our needs! Dog friendly, cute community w/ nice neighbors, close to downtown & skiing... we had a few questions for the owner while we were there and she responded immediately. We will be back!

Really liked the cabin and location. Great hiking near cabins. Not recommended for small children due to the loft area. There is not much of a barrier to keep small children from falling to the main level. Tough for adults to stay up there due to the 3 ft ceiling. Clean and had everything we needed.

Excellent communication! Awesome clubhouse amenities

One Mom. Two teenage boys. Ski trip. Excellent place for us to spread out with the loft. Cooked and had everything including a crock pot & toaster! Worked out every day at the gym then dipped in the hot tub. Boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub after skiing all day. Excellent communication from the start until the end. Thanks for a nice, clean place to stay while in CO.

Lovely base camp mid way between Frisco & Breckenridge

Cute tiny home mid way between Frisco & Breckenridge. Situated in an RV park that was very quiet, clean and friendly. This property had a great tiny home vibe, with an awesome loft sleeping area in addition to the bedroom. Clean and comfortable for a dad, a son, and their doodle. Nothing fancy, but a lovely place to relax at the end of each day. Right across the road from the summit county recreational path, easy to hop on and bicycle to either Breckenridge or Frisco (or if you are acclimated to the altitude, bicycling over the swan mountain road to Keystone).

Great tiny cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; it was our first time in a tiny home, and that took some getting used to. Once we did, it was great! This home had everything we needed, including ample storage for our week stay. Our pup enjoyed the grassy area right outside, and the community of Tiger Run was very well kept. The commute into Breckenridge, or over to Frisco, was super convenient. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would be a different mattress in the bedroom - It unfortunately made sleep a bit difficult. Overall, would highly recommend!

Close to Breck, Keystone, Copper

Great location for skiing all week. As advertised, this is a tiny, quaint home within an RV community. Everything you need is available - we have small kids that loved the loft, but might be a little small for four adults (vs a young family). Host / check in process was very easy. I bet the grounds are even more beautiful in the summertime - as there appeared to be walking paths along the river and parks/playgrounds, just covered in snow during the winter (which is why everyone is on the slopes anyway!) Linens and towels could stand to be upgraded /replaced just due to normal wear - but otherwise the space was clean and well taken care of.

Perfect place for a ski week

My family of four (kids ages 14 and 11) plus dog (60 lb golden retriever) had a fantastic stay and would love to come back. The little chalet maximized the space really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the loft was a lifesaver when the kids needed to get away (or we needed them to get away). We loved having the clubhouse for swimming, as well as the dog park. The Colorado Trail backs up against the compound, so we spent lots of time with the dog on that trail as well. The location was great, allowing us to get into Breck really easily and just a 20 minute drive to Keystone. By the end of the week, we felt the small space a little bit, but keep in mind we had two older kids and a big dog. Alexis’ communication was superb! She was always quick to reply and very helpful. I hope we can come back someday!

Great location in well organized cozy chalet

When we first started looking for a place in Breckenridge to visit the Nordic Center, we knew it would be tough to find reasonably priced accommodations for 4 adults and a small dog during high season and close to town. We were thrilled to find this chalet that met all our needs, including 3 separate beds that allowed all of us our own spaces. Because we are all backpackers, we were not worried about the size of the home when we booked. When we arrived we were so surprised at how roomy it really is! Pictures do not do the living room justice. Also they have gotten very creative with the space, make sure to check the closets and under the stairs for more supplies! While we were a bit confused by the check in process, we know the owners are working hard to streamline it and make it a smoother process for everyone. They were also super responsive to our questions and answered them within minutes. We were so embarrassed when we didn't see the reminder for the payment due from VRBO a few weeks after we left our deposit. The owners were so gracious and understanding and we had no problem getting it resolved and paid up. We also appreciated the modern amenities like the Nest thermostat and having the Keurig coffee maker. We watched Cable and Netflix on their smart TV when the weather got rough, sipping tea and coffee with the fireplace on and having a great time while it got all blustery outside. Finally, the clubhouse alone is more than worth the stay, it has 2 large hot tubs, a nice sized heated swimming pool, and fantastic changing/locker rooms. Make sure to bring your suit, it's really nice! We would absolutely recommend staying here, and we would love to come back. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us, it's perfect!

Everything was as described! Definitely would rent again. It’s winter so really can’t rate lake front experience, but it’s not really lake front as it’s in the middle of an RV/trailer park

Second time staying here!

We stayed here in 2023 and now again in 2025. Both times have been great! This time , there was a small hiccup .. the entire resort lost water for an extended period of time due to a leak. It was repaired and everyone was informed and updated throughout the process. Alexis was great about the entire situation and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. We love this spot and so long as Alexis has it listed, we will be back to stay again.
