A unique creekside-downtown one bedroom apartment for your SLO getaway! Close to Cal Poly & just 4 blocks to downtown SLO (the Mission). Near freeway access - drive to the beach or wineries. Spacious 1 BR apartment (450 sf) equipped with a modern kitchen, clean bathroom & washer/dryer. The private, large creekside deck is great for lounging by the gas fire pit. Located near Lincoln Deli (beer, snacks & basics) & 1/4 mile to Cerro San Luis' hiking & mountain-biking trails! Enjoy SLO in style, for less!

Our location is right at the base of one of the most popular mountain-biking spots on the central coast, Cerro San Luis. This space is tranquil, quiet and completely comfortable. From the new mattress, to the amenities (kitchen, stove, hot water + Nespresso/coffee press/teas and fridge/freezer), everything is here to make your stay comfortable and easy! The deck provides plenty of space in case you want to have some friends over ~ enjoy the firepit while listening to the creek below! The bathroom features a custom tile depiction of the iconic Cerros (mountains) of San Luis Obispo and even metal photos so you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the shower!
The apartment is equipped with blackout blinds throughout and is well insulated such that you can go into airplane mode!
