This was a beautiful property and great location for our family vacation to visit multiple National Parks! Grand Junction and surrounding town were very accommodating and the residents were very friendly.

This 1970s home has been beautifully renovated and features mature shade trees that enable use of the rear patio even on sunny days. The evaporative cooler keeps the interior cool and had to be dialed back a bit since one of our party found it "chilly" on a hot summer day. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining on site. This is definitely a property I would book again.

Great Stay & Amazing Location!

Our company had a job we were completing in Grand Junction and our group stayed here for 3 days. The property was as described on the listing! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The host was very quick at responding to my messages and kept me informed of the check- in and out instructions. I recommend!

Great Football trip

This was a girls weekend. We had a fabulous time!

Our stay was perfect, in what we needed. We were on a working trip in Grand Junction. When we were at the house it was complete relaxation. I would highly recommend staying here and when we come back I hope they have availability.

Great house! Spacious and clean!

We loved the house! Very spacious and clean! There were 8 of us here for a family wedding. Every couple had a bedroom and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. We also had our little dog and the backyard was fenced, so easy when he needed to go out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great Property for our entire family during CMU graduation weekend

We had a wonderful stay with our entire family for graduation weekend at CMU. The house was clean & modern, had lots of towels, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The yard games were a fun added bonus. The only complaint was we could have used a few extra pillows or maybe update the pillows as they were a little flat. Overall, wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property!

Friendly & accommodating host

We truly enjoyed our stay in this pet - and family friendly house - a clean & relaxing home with a hot tub away from home - close enough to the ski-resort, legendary hiking trails, theater, as well as local coffee shops & urban bakeries, orchards, grocery stores. We especially appreciate the flexibility of our host when unforeseen last minute changes needed to be made. Thank you for the real-time communications and friendly accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful that we found this modern gem in the midst of beautiful Colorado.

The house wasn’t at the cleanliness level that we typically see with premier hosts, we understood this is a dog friendly home but when you show up to a home with stains on the cream rug in the only tv area it just wasn’t ideal. We have a toddler who crawls everywhere which is why it was bothersome. Hot tub was also dirty when we arrived and wasn’t serviced until the next day. Grill was not clean either. The AC was not your typical system and confusing to use. The fan was super loud and had to run nonstop in order to keep it cool in the house. Location was good in proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, the hospital across the street made for loud nights with lots of road traffic. Also dogs that bark constantly in the neighboring homes. I wouldn’t recommend this home to a family with young kids, but would recommend this home to adults who want to see the area.

Great House for Family Stay

Stayed two nights for a softball tournament with two teenage daughters and grandparents. Enough space for everyone, although I do wish the house had one more shower for the amount of people it sleeps. Great, private backyard. Evaporative cooler works fine in Colorado, although the cooling is not as consistent as central air. Kitchen could use more tupperware for food storage, but we were pleasantly surprised with the zip lock bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent and paper products stocked in the home. Definitely a nice bonus!

Impressive

It was perfect for us. The home was gorgeous and spacious. The main floor can seat over 30 easily. We were in Grand Junction for a family funeral and we were able to invite family & some friends over. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and a few adults wound down late one evening. Great location. Central to everywhere for us.

Family Fun

The house accommodated our family of six (plus the dog) very comfortably. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen included everything that we required for family meals. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the cozy seating area by the fireplace. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, the downtown area and the airport. It was the perfect house for our family get-together.

Comfy base for enjoying Grand Junction

Very comfortable house with quality furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Lots of common rooms for a group to spread out. Top quality linens and towel. We were a group on a golfing trip. Our tired muscles appreciated the hot tub! Good location. œ mile to a City Market and about a mile to downtown straight down 7th so lots of good restaurants were available. No reservations about his nice house.

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

The location of the property was great for us. Our primary objective was to come in and visit with our daughter and son-in-law and got to the Palisade's Wine Festival. Location was very nice. Several places within walking distance (not the Wine Festival though ;-) ). The host was Very Responsive to questions and concerns and helped us navigate how to use the cooling system for several places in the area use a water/fan system to cool the residence. Host was helpful in understanding how to set it properly. We will look into renting this property next year for the Wine Festival.
