Huset är nybyggt och ligger på 3. 5 tunnland vid floden Wenatchee. Det är 3 km från Leavenworth med en egen privat strand. Sommarmånaderna för paddling, slangar & året runt fågelskådning. Det finns en stor gräsmatta med utsikt över floden, en eldstad omgiven av stenplatser. Hot tub och BBQ ligger i täckta områden mot floden. Husets inre är öppen planlösning med komplett kök, 2 sovrum, 2 badrum och 2 futons för max 6 personer. Det finns en TV i alla rum. Bubbelbadet och grillområdet är ett privat, täckt område bredvid huset med ett stort bord och bänkar. Vår privata strand är ett sällsynt fynd och ett bra ställe att spela under de varmare månaderna. under fiskesäsongen har vi ett av de bästa fiskehålen runt. Vi kör en slangoperation direkt från vår strand i juli och augusti. Bussen tar dig upp till KOA och du rör till vår strand.

This was a great place for our girls trip. Its out of town and quiet. Right next to a river float also which was great. The house and scenery are beautiful!

Perfect!

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. Our view of the river & mountains was beautiful. We were just minutes from town. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable, great WiFi, soothing hot tub, fireplace, hot showers, and the beds were so comfy! We travel a lot so these accommodations were wonderful!!

Weekend Getaway

The property is beautiful and we (2 couples, no kids) had a fabulous time. It was a clear night, so we had a spectacular view of the Big Dipper, Cassiopeia, and the perseid meteor shower.

New Years weekend stay

The property is in a prime location. 5 minutes to town. The house is cozy and has great views of the river, mountains, orchard, and even a train occasionally. The kids loved the hotub and all the snow. Even though you're right on the highway you, can't hear the cars. The property feels really secluded and is really quiet. Janice is a great host. We can't wait to come back and see what it's like in the summer.

Great vacation home

We had a lovely stay at the beach house. The house was spacious and comfortable.The short distance from town was perfect and the hot tub was terrific in the snow. We can’t wait to book again in the summer to take advantage of the river in the back yard.

Leavenworth escape

This home is beautiful, private and the owners are great with communication. We like that it's near to town but not in the bustling heart of Leavenworth. My family had a nice time exploring the area, and we feel the home is for children 8 and up. The River is gorgeous, and would love to come back in the fall and winter.

We had an amazing time at the cabin. The location was excellent & we enjoyed looking over the River each morning and evening. It’s in a great proximity to town w easy access to everything. The house is well appointed with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. We would have liked easier access to cleaning tools so we could leave the home in as lovely condition as we got it, but we made due. Janice was great to communicate with and we’d love to stay again!

It was fine

Our interactions didn’t begin so well - I find the tiny print about $50/pp beyond 4 people to be very misleading. It states it sleeps 6. I’d understand paying more beyond 6 but paying $50 for my 9 year old daughter felt extravagant (we had a party of 5 - myself, husband and 3 kids: 14, 12 and 9 years old). We decided to still go ahead with it and that was our decision. The first night my husband didn’t sleep well because of the train - it also woke up my son. We realized it wasn’t going to work for our family and reached out to the owner. I found her service to be “fine” but not very understanding or accommodating. She told us we should have brought eat plugs and then just deferred to vrbo to deal With it. We don’t vacation very often and not sleeping was not going to work for us. Anyway...we left early. I didn’t think the river looked the way I imagined - not really a place to hang out by the river. Maybe the season? I wouldn’t go back but maybe it’ll work for you! Also make sure you understand it’s right off the highway and not really a walk into town.

Lovely relaxing getaway

The house is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed at and Leavenworth is a short drive away. Our family had a great relaxing weekend and exactly what we needed during the pandemic.

Winter Wonderland Experience

The property was absolutely beautiful! Our girls visiting from Texas wanted to experience snow during the holidays, the property owner called a local business to find us a sled, we went sledding several times and our grand daughter was thrilled. The property owners go above and beyond to make sure everything is in order. This property is relatively new and reminds me of a modern cabin along the river. All new and up to date finishes, extremely clean and well maintained. Anyone staying here will feel like they had a pampered experience.

Unique property

We had a great weekend for a pair of couples. The property is very quaint and cute. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit the most!! The property is close to the highway but the house is situated nicely that you don’t even notice. A nice bonus was being so close to Leavenworth. Would recommend!!

We have lived her since the 1972 when most of our streets were dirt and the Bavarian Theme had only started. the train came through town and the fruit tramps rode the rails. This place stood still in time (1930's) Since then we have raised our children and their children are growing up here as well. We have owned the only locally grown whitewater rafting company in town, Osprey Rafting Company which we started in our backyard (something you could not do now).

It is a beautiful place for an excellent vacation for family and friends. The design is meant for you to enjoy the outdoors as well as the interior. We designed this place for people to enjoy being here.

It is on the river with a privately owned beach where you can swim, paddle board, fish in season, tube and relax. You can enjoy nature and the peace and quiet of being on the river but only minutes away from the town of Leavenworth.
