Karina är en härlig tomt fristående husdjurfria stuga på en lugn mycket smal landsspår i Morfa Nefyn, inom gångavstånd från byns centrum. 3 sovrum 2 på övervåningen 1 dubbel och ett med våningssängar topp våningssäng mer lämplig för barn / ung tonåringar eller lätt vuxen. Också duschrum. Ett sovrum nere med king size-säng egen TV i rum med DVD-spelare, andra badrum med badkar på bottenvåningen bra för storfamiljer / vänner. Öppen planlösning matplats med timmerbrännare perfekt för mysiga kvällar. TV med Netflix Freeview och DVD. Bra internetanslutning Separat utrustat kök med diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Stor avskild trädgård till baksidan bra för barn att springa i med picknickbord och metall barbique, också lilla tykes lekstuga, trädgården är en riktig solbränna. Utsikt över fält fram och bak. Husdjur gratis boende (familjeallergier). Beläget idealiskt på gångavstånd från både stränderna kuststigen och Nefyns berömda golfbana. En 26-håls golfbana med utsikt över havet från varje tee. Eller bara sitta i klubbhuset och njuta av utsikten öppen året runt. Gångavstånd till chip shop 5 min 10 min till matbutik / bensinstation med café massor av lokala råvaror pizzor och familj måltider, 15 min till pub / restaurang och café. Ty Coch pub på stranden kolla in webbkameran. Nefyn 1 mil bort har till och med sitt eget lilla bryggeri, turer tillgängliga. Och en indisk restaurang. Och kebabshop
Eftersom körfältet är så smalt PARKERING är på nedre vägen eller parkeringsplatsen nästan mittemot körfält finns det alltid utrymme även på högsommaren, stugan är en kort promenad uppåt den väldigt tysta körfältet som det är möjligt att köra upp för att lossa KUN Vänligen bedöma bredden innan du kör upp blir det bredare när du går upp och du kan köra ut i den övre änden. Vi rekommenderar att du kör upp från den smala änden på Lon Isaf. Vi har en VW Touran och har inga problem men bredare bilar kanske inte kommer åt. Vissa människor med bredare bilar har kört ner för att lossa och sedan backats ut. Det finns INGEN parkering direkt utanför lossningen av stugan. Det finns utrymme att stanna precis förbi stugan innan grannarna kör. Augusti bryter veckor lör-lördag eller fredag-fredag korta raster fredag-måndag eller måndag-fredag. fråga om andra startdagar.

Comfortable house in very beautiful location

Karina is a very comfortable and relaxing property which was perfect in size for a family of four. The children really liked the garden to play in. We loved the proximity to several fantastic beaches, and would really recommend this area of Wales.

Perfect cottage

Great launch pad for exploring Wales

If I could give this property more than five stars, I would. It is very clean, well-stocked, well organized and the perfect location for exploring the Llyn Peninsula. The host and hostess were friendly and welcoming and were very helpful during our stay. The property is very well set up for young families, but it was also comfortable for our young adult children too.

Just what we needed

Lovely place, small but perfectly functional with a wonderful peaceful garden (and sun trap) to relax at the end of the day. Hosts were great communicators and even offered us an extra night beforehand as they had availability - something a lot wouldn't do. Very much appreciated. Would benefit from a shower in the downstairs bathroom, but that's only a small thing.

This is the second time we have rented this house and I would happily go back a third time. It,s a great size for our party of 5 tall adults. It is clean and modern with a lovely private garden. A lovely cottage

A lovely cottage, extremely tastefully kitted out. And exceptionally clean and well presented. There is a lovely enclosed garden and a small side area which acts as a sun trap ideal for breakfast. It’s close enough to walk to Morfa Nefyn and there is a lovely walk to the coastal path opposite the little road into the house. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay in the Llyn Peninsula

We had a fantastic time staying at the cottage. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and the children loved playing in the big garden. The cottage itself is beautifully appointed with a new kitchen, generous rooms, and a lovely living room with an open fire. There is a playground located close to the cottage and lots of amenities nearby including a number of shops and two fantastic pubs, the Cliffs and the Ty Coch Inn. The coastline is spectacular, and the walk along the beach to Porthdinllaen takes in some amazing scenery.

Great week

The cottage proved to be perfect for our stay with our daughter and her family. The owners had made provision for all ages - our 4 year old granddaughter had a great time in the garden with the toys provided. They were also very helpful when I was forced to telephone them to find out how to work the TV!! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely look to return here. The lane is narrow, though, but we managed it!

Stunning property, perfect location

This is our second stay at the property. We stayed over new year and loved it. The property is very clean and modern. The log burner is great and keeps the house nice and cosy. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. A bottle of wine and some biscuits awaited us upon arrival which was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend a stay here, and imagine the garden would be a nice sun trap in the summer months. We intend on booking again soon!

Perfect cottage!

We stayed here for 3 nights in October. We had a fabulous time. The cottage has everything you need. It's in a very good location with loads of beautiful walks on the doorstep. There's a local brewery too in walking distance. Nant gwrtheyrn is really worth visiting too ( 10 min drive) Janice and Rob are great hosts and communication is excellent. The cottage was spotlessly clean and has a very nice well equipped kitchen. The photo's don't do it justice. It's a perfect base to explore the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. We hope to visit again!

We have been to Karina before a few years ago. Beautiful cottage. Clean and well appointed-everything you need. Robert and Janice are fantastic communicators and whole process was seamless. Weather not great and not much open round and about so made it even more important that we were warm and comfortable in the cottage. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Fabulous cottage and Morfa Nefyn is a hidden gem

Had a lovely 5 night stay in Karina cottage. Beautifully appointed, clean and everything to hand. Took my 78 year old mum, hubby and 2 children 9 and 6 and all loved it. Local shops near, well stocked and not expensive. Beach 10 minute walk. Lovely cafes at the petrol station and just before climb towards golf club, chippy 2 mins walk - very nice. Lots to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. Thanks to Janice and Rob.

Spotless cottage with child friendly garden

My family had a wonderful holiday whilst staying in the cottage. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The garden was great for BBQs and just relaxing in the sun. The cottage is just a short walk from the cliffs and beach which was ideal for my families stay. Communication from Janice was second to none. The welcome package provided by Janice and Robert was much appreciated. People with mobility problems may find it difficult to access the cottage.

Super house, super area, and super weather

2nd year at Karina, this time with other son and younger grandchildren (4 and 2). The garden was well used whilst waiting for the parents to get ready for the beach, especially the ride on tractor and Wendy House. The cottage is in a very peaceful location and is immaculately clean and well cared for. Janice and Rob’s communications were most helpful. We really appreciated the putting up of the stair gate before our arrival.

Smashing time close to some of the best beaches

The property is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very comfortable for the 5 in our group (4 adults one child). Stylish chic decor. The log burner looked ace but we didn't use it because we went away during a scorching weekend. Outside the garden and patio area is not overlooked and great for BBQ and breakfasts in the sun. The narrow lane down to the cottage is tight but accessible for loading/unloading straight to door. Plenty of parking at the bottom of the lane and only a short 2 min walk away. Janice ensured that we knew exactly how to get there and gain access to the property and the communication was excellent. Morfa Nefyn and Nefyn are quiet places but the beaches are sandy and fantastic for swimming. Crabbing from Nefyn harbour is a must as well as a walk across nearby Morfa Nefyn beach to Ty Coch Inn. Many great beaches nearby but in my opinion the the best beach (Whistling Sands) is a 30 min drive away. The castle at Caernarfon is fascinating and the town a delight to walk around. Will definitely be coming back to Karina cottage in the future.

The cottage is owned by Robert Temple and Janice Humphries, we live in Altrincham Cheshire with our two daughters.. Our long search for a cottage eventually brought us to Morfa Nefyn where we fell in love with the area and the village. The cottage was in a very bad state and we took nearly two years to slowly improve it.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose this area as we know Caernarfon area well having holidayed many times around there. Also we have friends who have been going to Nefyn for 20 years. It has beautiful beaches and scenery, secluded but in easy reach of amenities. Its a real hidden gem which is increasing in popularity year on year.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Minimal passing traffic mainly walkers or cyclists as lane very narrow but this adds to the away from it all feeling. The good sized rear garden is enclosed with lawn decked area BBQ and playhouse for children, recliner chairs in store for relaxing and small patio area at rear the garden gets the sun all day.
There is even a fish and chip shop within a few minutes(top of lane turn right). Easy stroll to beaches, cafes and pubs makes it the ideal holiday destination for families, walkers and golfers alike, also perfect for a romantic getaway. The Log burner makes even winter breaks cozy.
