Some cleanliness issues

The sheets, towels, and dishes were all very clean. However, there was a pile of dead bugs in the holders for the remotes, the curtains were hung cheaply and fell easily when trying to open and shut, lots of cheap part done repairs, dishwasher partially broken, dryer was so loud and broken we couldn’t run it while in the unit, stains on carpets that had clearly not even been attempted to be cleaned before they dried. I think it was once a nice place, but it seems management is either too swamped or isn’t willing to put money into keeping the place up. I enjoyed my stay well enough, but would not stay again.

Amazing View and Great Stay!

The cottage was perfect for us (2 adults, a teenager, and a small dog). It was cute and cozy with a beautiful view! Everything was very clean and it was only minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Views!

We loved our time in the chalet. When they say heavenly views, they aren’t kidding! The cabin was clean and it was close to Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Mountain View

Perfect get away. After a day of hiking, relaxed in the hot tub with the Mountain View watching the sunset was so perfect. Love this place 💕

Getaway

We wanted a place to meet my son's girlfriend and her family that allowed dogs. It was a spur of the moment trip, but everything went great. The response was quick and informative. It is close to town and has everything you need.

Awesome view for our getaway

The view is totally worth the rental. The cabin was clean and complete with everything we needed along with cute touches of bear decor. We had our two small dogs with us and the little front yard was perfect for them. Hot tub was totally relaxing in the evening after our hiking day. Pizza delivery nearby was great, too.

“This place is wonderful...gorgeous views from inside and outside of the house. As hikers, it was very easy to get to all of the main attractions/hikes of the Smoky Mountains National Park. The house had a nice, big open living room and was the perfect cabin for our getaway. Having a hot cup of coffee while watching the sunset over the hills was an incredibly memorable experience. The host is very good at communicating, letting you know everything necessary, providing working amenities, nice touches around the home and most of all, genuinely cares about providing a 5-star service. Would highly recommend!”
