We drove all over the area, and I can honestly say Hello Smokys has the BEST view around! Worth every penny just to see those views!! Our teenagers loved the hot tub and game room. The local bears seem to love the driveway and the road up the mountain across the street. One even opened our truck door overnight Split Rail Eats and Papa Leone's pizza had the best food! We loved the house, only place I'll ever stay at in Gatlinburg! Anything else would be a disappointment honestly.

This cabin is just as it is pictured online. Very clean and welcoming. The view is beautiful and the hot tub was perfect. The kitchen was just like home and we cooked all our meals except one. Great location, close to Gatlinburg and the park. We really appreciated that it was decorated for Christmas for our after Christmas/ New Year’s stay!

The house and the views are amazing. We had an immediate issue with the keypad not working and the property management company responded immediately. However, we questioned the cleanliness of the sheets in the main bedroom and washed them ourselves. Also, there is some kind of critter living under a portion of the home. We heard it move in and out from under the home many times in the middle of the night. Maybe that’s to be expected in a mountain home.

Great Stay

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful mountain home! From the moment we arrived, my family felt completely at ease—the space was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. The peaceful mountain views and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect retreat. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
