Välskött, nyinredda envåningshus med rymligt däck, 200 meter från stranden. Stort vardagsrum med kabel-TV / video / DVD och stort kök med ny mikrovågsugn. Första sovrummet har två queen-sängar-andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Varje sovrum har en T. V. Två fulla bad. Ingen rökning och inga husdjur snälla. Golfvagn ingår. Uthyrningsveckan är från lördag till lördag. Incheckning är 1:00 s. m. Utcheckningstid är 11:00 a. m. $ 200 återbetalningsbar deposition om huset om det lämnas CLEAN !!! Om hushållning behövs kommer den att tas från deposition. VI Hyr inte till någon under 25 års ålder !!!! VI Hyr inte ut till gymnasieskolor eller studenter!

Amazing owner and amazing property!

Linda is nothing short of amazing to work with! The house is so cute and homey, and is I a great location. There wasn't much traffic on the street at all, yet it was close to the beach and pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable

This is a nice little home.....perfect for 3 or 4 people. Great location and very quiet area. We loved sitting on the front porch and eating our meals or watching people ride their golf carts. We very much enjoyed the use of the Golf Cart. Overall it was clean but could use a little more deep cleaning. We would stay again.

Awesome Front Porch

Cute, clean cottage. Perfect size getaway for a couple. The deep front porch with the beautiful furniture was the highlight of the house for us. We spent every morning and every evening out there, and we spent an entire rainy day on the porch. The golf cart is great. It makes getting to the beach quick and getting around Ocean Lakes easy. The owner responds immediately to even the most minor inquiries and is very easy to work with.

Cute house but not ideal for more than 4 people

We enjoyed our stay here but we were a little cramped with two adults and two 12 year old boys. As a couple, my husband and I could not share one of the three full sized beds available, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. A week at a beach house, for our family, needed a washer/dryer as an amenity and this house did not provide this. No fault of the owner, I just should have triple checked. House could use a little updates and more upkeep from cleaning service but all in all our stay was good. Linda is really sweet and extremely accommodating. Would recommend this house to a couple or just a family of 3 though due to size.

Just Ok

Nice house for a short stay, I would not recommend for a longer stay due to lack of washer/Dryer/Dishwasher. Cleanliness got 3 stars due to the ice maker being moldy! And the refrigerator being dirty. There are cameras around the house which are being used regularly for surveillance and the host will send messages in the middle of the night about things they saw on camera. Camera on front porch (pointed to seating area) showed red light (I assume that’s when it was used) regularly, this made us very uncomfortable and ruined a good bit of our relaxation. Even if you’re not doing anything illegal, knowing that you’re watched (and maybe listened to) is not what I imagine for my sparse vacation time.

We Will be back

First, Linda was amazing with communication. She answered any questions within seconds. We got to Myrtle early and she let us into the house a couple hours early. The house is small but for 3 of us it was plenty big. The beds are firm but comfortable. They have a nice blackstone griddle on the deck. I cooked all my meals on there. I had stayed in ocean lakes before and we didn’t have a golf cart. The golf cart is amazing to have. Going to the beach and pool so much easier. The cart can use new brakes but overall was amazing to have. They have a huge list of cleaning for you to do but she found a cleaning service for me and I was able to pay a small amount so I didn’t have to clean on my last day. Book it you won’t be disappointed

Disgusting

Unit was supposed to include golf car. It was not there. Called owner who said she would check and text the next day. No text. Car did arrive at 8:30 on Monday after we rented a car. Refrigerator and freezer were filthy. Floors were so dirty we would not take our shoes off. Standing liquid soap on sink back. Front porch table has not been cleaned in weeks. There was hard candy in the floor vent. We moved out after one night. We requested a refund from the owner which was refused.

Beach vacation

The house was great. Had everything we needed.The kiddos rode there soccer’s.The street was really busy.Had to be very careful.Our son and this family were camping too.So we had a lot of family time it was awesome

This was a great place to stay only a 2 min ride to the beach. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The owner is amazing to deal with also.
