Ozark Lakehouse är ett två våningar hem med vacker sjöutsikt från två däck. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet är på översta våningen med vardagsrum och öppen spis, kök, 2 sovrum (alla med badrum) och ett fullt däck. Den lägre nivån har ett extra vardagsrum med öppen spis, 2 sovrum, 1 badrum och ett däckområde. Båda vardagsrummen har TV med kabel och Netflix. Nedervåningen inkluderar Ping Pong och Xbox.

Family reunion lake trip

Great house, lots of space but the lake access is a challenge. The house is nice with great views and plenty of space. The basement bedrooms are actually one room with beds on two different walls with a divider in between. Not a huge deal but not what we expected. The lake access is some work though, 76 steps down to the dock, and they are steep, not including the walk down from the house to the wood steps. Unfortunately the grandparents could not do that many steps but we had another house too so it was fine. Just be ready for the hike as there are no pictures from the dock looking up to the house. Bathrooms, kitchen and outdoor space was great. Family really enjoyed the lake and the hosts were responsive and helpful.

Spring break stay

The host was extremely prompt in her communications with us. She answered all questions in a timely manner. The location was great. The neighborhood was great for taking walks. Easy walk/hike to the Avalon beach and kids liked the park there. The play house is in rough shape and not as photographed. The bedding wasn’t in the best shape. All said the house served its purpose and we had a great trip. Probably could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

Wonderful Avalon Lakehouse

My family had 4 wonderful days at this lakehouse hanging out on the dock, kayaking and floating in the lake. Also family activities and dinners in the spacious living areas. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation or weekend.

Great little lake house

Plenty of space to spread out. Host was responsive and helpful leading up. Lots of stairs down to be lake, but great space to hang out and relax making the trip down well worth it.

Charming and fun

Love the ambience of this place. It was lovely for a Thanksgiving stay and I can imagine it would be perfect for a summer stay. The communication with Bob was great. We would definitely stay there when we are in the area. Debbie

Wonderful home!

Wonderful property located on scenic lake. Extremely accommodating for the 3 couples. Close to most attractions in the NWA area and yet remote enough to enjoy all the Ozark have to offer - hiking, biking, etc. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended.

Family reunion

We traveled from Michigan for a family reunion with 8 people. Loved that the home had enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. It rained nearly every day so we didn’t spend as much time outside as we hoped but managed a swim off the dock on our final day. Highly recommend.

Great Layout

The layout of the house was great. Everything about the home was amazing. If you’re going to spend time at the lake, realize the stairs to the water are extremely steep. We used the guest passes for the beach because our young kids couldn’t safely make the trip up and down the steps.

FAM REUNION LAKE HOUSE

A fun and comfortable family friendly house and setting . The house could use some minor repairs including the masonry steps and downstairs shower. Some curtains in the upstairs living and bedroom are needed for privacy and shade in the afternoon.

Gorgeous lake house

A wonderful house for a short vacation in Bentonville! 20 minutes from the Square, quick access to wonderful, biking trails, and a great gorgeous lake! The only thing I would bring up is that it is a lot of stairs to get down to the lake, so if you have old knees, it’s a little bit of an effort. We will be back!

Family enjoyed it would go again!

House as described. Great view over lake. Rode from house to MTB trails. Kids enjoyed catching bluegills on dock. Enjoyed the Avalon beach. Nice having the garage. Would be really fun with two families traveling together. Host very responsive. We appreciate it!

Beautiful relaxing lake home

Picked up son at U of Ark for a long weekend. Really happy with house. Nice elevated house above the lake. Plenty of room for a big family, even though only 2 of us. Good for our dog with screened in porch area for him to chill. 5 golf courses within 10 minutes. Eureka Springs only an hour away. I hope to return soon.

Beautiful house, spacious and charming

I brought my dog to Bella Vista just to get a change of pace and pretty scenery. Didn't take long to discover Tanyard Creek for a lovely nature walk. I usually stay in Eureka and it's about an hour to get there, but I like this convenient location to explore Bentonville. I also liked having occupied houses nearby in a nice neighborhood - felt very safe. I look forward to coming back mid-year to spend more time on the deck and the dock. Thank you! Kara Kansas City

Great place for a girls getaway

The house was nice for our 4 night getaway. The layout of the house provided several indoor areas for relaxation. The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook together. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There was good water pressure in the showers We were there in October, so we did not spend time on the lake. The wooden stairs to the lake were very steep and the condition was not the best. The dock was larger, but also very basic. The lake was very quiet and pretty. The screened in porch was long and narrow and could use a good cleaning and maintenance. The two bedrooms in the finished basement were connected and there is no door between them for any privacy. We enjoyed the space but it could use a bit of cleaning and updating.
