Double Down: Spacious Lakefront Retreat with Stunning Views & Hot Tub

Can't decide if today is more of a pool day or a lake day? Why not both? Double Down on your chances for having FUN at Lake Avalon's finest vacation rental complete with both a private dock for kayaking and swimming and your own private swimming pool (open May - mid-October) and hot tub (available year round)!

This home comfortably sleeps 12 in beds and 2 more on an air mattress. Spend time together in one of our two living rooms watching movies, playing pool, or playing cards or retreat to one of our decks where you can take in Lake Avalon's most beautiful views!

Located in beautiful Bella Vista, you are a 3 minute drive to Tanyard Creek to hike to our most beautiful waterfall. Grab your golf clubs and head out to one of Bella Vista's 5 golf courses or grab a bucket of balls at Tanyard Creek's driving range.

Mountain Bikers...you'll be thrilled to know that you are a 4 minute bike ride to the trail access for Little Sugar's Tunnel Vision - some of the BEST of the OZ Trail System. When you're not riding, store your bikes in the garage. One bay is reserved for our guests during their stay.

Just 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, you will never be at a loss of what to do during your stay with us at Double Down.

A pet fee of $25/night/pet up to 2 dogs (NO CATS or other animals please) will be charged.

**POOL DISCLAIMER**
We do our best to make sure the pool is available at all times during the season; however there are times due to things out if our control such as weather and mechanical issues that the pool may need to be shocked or treated and may need to close for up to 24hours.

Best Family Vacation

Everything about our trip was fantastic from beginning to end. The property is amazing … home, pool, lake- what more could you want. Our family of 14 ranging from ages six to seventy-four had a blast. All agree it was the best vacation ever! We had a minor issue with the AC unit and it was dealt with promptly. Maria was attentive to all our needs. If we are ever in Bella Vista again we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Maria for an unforgettable week!

Amazing property

A wonderful experience. The property was very nice and well maintained. The view from the patio was gorgeous. The host was on another level regarding fast response to our questions. We had an extremely enjoyable time and we cannot wait to come back for another visit.

Fantastic Stay!

What a great place to get away and explore NW Arkansas. The pool was great, the lake was amazing, and the property is less than .5 miles from a trail system! The property was wonderful and the hosts have thought of everything! The Bluetooth speaker was a lifesaver because we forgot ours at home. Not to mention having plenty of kayaks, a paddle board, and even a lilly pad to make sure the lake was even more fun than the pool!

Wonderful relaxing stay at Double Down

We all enjoyed our stay at double down. We made good use of the pool and the lake. We also rented the pontoon for a day on Lake Windsor. We explored the trails nearby, which were beautiful and we loved the waterfall. Maria went above and beyond before we even got there. I asked her if she had a pitcher for tea, she didn’t but she had one ordered and it was delivered there during our stay! We highly recommend this VRBO. Thanks Maria!

Hospitality at it's finest!

Maria was an awesome host, not only providing us information and ideas as we planned our trip, but so helpful and enthusiastic about helping us enjoy all that NWA has to offer! The pool and lake amenities were amazing - kayaks and a paddle board as well as a floating mat which my kids jumped on and off of everyday! There were also plenty of towels for the pool/lake and games for all ages when we needed a break from the sun. The house was spacious and comfortable and the view of the lake everyday was unbeatable. The house was set up perfectly for our family with two younger kids and two teenagers and the location was also perfect! Very close to the freeway for exploring the areas around Bella Vista. We were there during 4th of July and were able to see the town fireworks display from the dock overlooking the lake! Thank you Maria for an incredible time at Double Down!

The lake was the best part for us. Our family loved all the floats, paddle board and canoes and just jumping in the water. The pool looked amazing but was just a little too cold for us. We were just too late in the season I think. The house was perfect size for our family of 12. We were able to spread out and enjoy each other. The home was clean and comfortable!

This is our second time back visiting this property and we always have a fabulous time! We went for my son’s 16th bday. They loved the pool, kayaking on the water and playing pool and cards. The house is very clean and has everything you need! I highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful home & location

This home is in a great location, peaceful lakefront with everything you need to enjoy the water! PLUS a pool, a game room, and lots of board games. We had a great time and highly recommend this property. Maria, the host, was so helpful with recommendations, and always very responsive.

Perfect vacation

The property was ideal for our family, The teens enjoyed the kayaks and pool. The entire family enjoyed the pool table and game table, Maria was very responsive to all our questions and a couple of little issues we had, Beds and bedding was exceptional. The kitchen was very well appointed and stocked. I would highly recommend this property and we are ever vacationing in that area I would definitly check for availability.

Great getaway!!

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the house and driving into Bentonville for dinner and going to the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. The property is perfect for staying out too and enjoying the lake, the pool, the hot tub and spending time with family! We will be back!!

Wedding weekend

Perfect layout for my son’s twin girls whom are four. We have his family on kitchen main floor w the two bathrooms one has tub while our other two families had the other two king bedrooms with one bathroom. Both floors have couch w tv and both have views of lake. With three bathrooms available it was perfect. Hot tub was a bit stinky but other than that it was a great stay. We talked about coming back in the summertime cus I guess we brought the rain from Oklahoma.! Lots of steep steps down to Lake so not great for elderly or if you forget something. Beautiful place.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This is a great place to stay with lots of room for the kids to play. The house is fully stocked with all essential needs. We cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with just about everything available. We loved the fact that our dog could enjoy Thanksgiving with us instead of in a kennel. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Excellent property

Extremely pleased with our choice of Double Down. This lovely property on Lake Avalon, along with the Bella Vista and Bentonville communities, exceeded our expectations. This home was well equipped and exactly as described. Our hostess, Maria, was very responsive from the day of booking, until our check out date. She made great recommendations for dining and community activities. Our family had a wonderful vacation, and I’m sure we will visit DoubleDown again.
