Very enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our time in this house. Our family of 7 stayed here during volleyball nationals. We spent many relaxed days in this house and in the pool. Kitchen was really nice size and layout with plenty of storage. Owner and property managers seem genuinely concerned for their guests comfort and happiness. They bought and installed a Roku stick after hearing that our 7 year old likes to watch TV and Netflix and that the bedroom she was staying in did not have streaming capability. We also purchased one to use in the master so my husband and I could watch some of our shows after long days out. We had a lovely time and would most definitely want to stay here again in the future.

my Florida Vacation

The inside of the house was fine. Did not like the idea of not being able to adjust your own heat and air conditioning. It had to be called in every time you were cold or hot. The outside furniture had to all be replaced cause it wasn’t good they brought back mostly good furniture but the Lounges they only brought the steel part and no cushions. Also, we are mostly older people in the pool did not have a railing so getting in and out was very very difficult. The manager of the house was wonderful but the house the owners could use a little bit of help .

Girlie get-together

A perfect house for 5 senior ladies who all wanted their own bedroom! The pool was small but adequate for us girls. Terra Verde is a well kept Resort with security gate and the Clubhouse offers an extra space for guests to have a change of environment. I’ve already booked to go again in the spring.

Nice vacation

The house had some issues. Ice dispenser broken on freezer. No cable tv in the living room until the last day of our stay. (Cable box needed replaced). One of the bedroom door knobs kept falling off. King bed in master bedroom had a broken bed frame. Microwave would not work sometimes. No grill. And the house was not on the cleanest side which falls on the cleaning crew and not the homeowner. On the upside, the house was a nice house. Just needs some repairs and upkeep. The resort was nice.

July rental

My group or 9 stayed in this house. It was perfect for us. We were close ti Disney, close to any restaurant you could think of, the house was clean and well equipped. The pool was a life saver. We will definitely be back. Lyn the host was easily reached for any questions or concerns.

Not completely as expected, but clean & close to Disney parks.

The house was nice, a little outdated, but clean. This is a ranch house, which was not specified in the listing, with very thin walls. You can hear everything in the kitchen & family room even with the bedroom doors closed. The WIFI was very spotty ~ sometimes working and sometimes not. The property manager, Lynn, was great! We had one issue that she dealt with immediately. We appreciated this very much! The clubhouse and community pool were nice. Overall, it was a nice trip.

Excellent Vacation

Very nice house and facility. We loved having the private pool at the house and the option of the resort pool. The kitchen was wel equipped. Nice bed sheets and supplies. The master bed mattress was worn out, so too soft. But no big deal. Lots of traffic on surrounding streets. Overall, the best rental we have had from VRBO.
