Fantastic Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Bungalow! Check in was a breeze, the house was spotless, and communication with the owner was easy. The location is great - just a quick walk to lots of restaurants/cafes, and of course the beach. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful beach house

Enjoyed our return visit to this cute house. Very quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beach. House was clean and met all our needs. Kitchen very nice and had everything we needed. Brett was quick to respond to our questions and took care of our concern. Private backyard and pool were wonderful and greatly enjoyed. Look forward to our return for another great visit.

Perfectly located and Fantastic amenities

I am local from Clearwater and had a friend from work who lives in Northern California come visit and we rented out this bungalow for our trip. It wasn't intended for my 7-year-old daughter to come but she broke her elbow and ended up staying a few nights with us, so the extra room with the twin beds was perfect. We really enjoyed having two separate bathrooms and the shed by the pool has everything you could possibly want for the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for coming home and rinsing all that sand off of you before jumping in the pool to cool off and relax. The pool lights at night are absolutely beautiful and even though I live in the area, it still felt like a wonderful getaway being right on the beach and so close to the beach access. The location, the cleanliness, the Smart TVs, the beautiful backyard and pool area, and the full kitchen gave us everything we wanted and more. I would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to come back and stay another time myself as well!!!

Clean and comfortable

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. No worries about damage from the hurricane in this house or the area. The back yard with the pool was so enjoyable. We were very comfortable here. Tons of beach equipment was very helpful. Really nice to have the 2 bikes also. Brett was quick to communicate and very considerate. Nice extras like soap, shampoos, TP, ziplocks, detergent, etc. Other places I have had to purchase all the household essentials. Recommend to check out Honeymoon Island for tons of shells and a few sand dollars if thats your thing. Would stay again!

Family beach stay!

We loved the little bungalow!!! It was a short walk to the beach!! The pool was amazing!! We loved all the pool floats, beach wagon, chair and umbrella!!! Kids had a great time!!! We would book this again!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your place!!!

Cute, convenient cottage

Cottage is in a quiet location near several walkable, great restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the beach too. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the private swimming pool in the back yard. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is perfect! Amazingly clean, well stocked kitchen, every amenity, a world class pool with happy lights, and a tandem shower that is great. We loved the quiet and quaint beach. Highly recommended!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We stayed here after a short cruise, and personally I would have rather stayed here the entire week! The bungalow is perfect sized for a small family (sleeps up to 6people)! The place was extremely clean and had all the necessities for a long stay. We loved sitting out by the pool, and going to the beach for sunsets! Many restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet! Our interactions with the owners were very pleasant and only when necessary. I will definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful property. The proximity to the beach and the pool were our two favorite aspects. Also, close to several restaurants and tons of pool/beach items were included. We will stay again!

Great Stay!

Our stay at this property was great! The close walk to the beach was quick and when we didn't go to the beach the pool was perfect. the house had everything we needed and the neighhood was great. There are number restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance; plus Clearwater and other towns are a short drive away. The owner, Brett, was very responsive and overall we look forward to coming back!!

Great stay

We love IRB and especially the location of this property with proximity to the ocean. Plus, it is great to have your own pool! The kitchen is galley style, so a bit tight to get around but we didn’t come to Florida to stay inside all day! Also the property management is VERY responsive and helpful with anything you need.

Florida Trip

The bungalow was a wonderful place to stay. The pool and area around it were amazing. Nice to enjoy private time with family around the pool. Great location! Close to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to grocery store and many retails stores. Bungalow was the perfect size for my family. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Well supplied with paper products and supplies for daily life.

The perfect spot!

This property was perfect for location and perfect for our family trip. We had 5 adults and one 1+ year old. The pool area is an “oasis” and perfect for a little one and all the rest. One block walk to the beach was heaven. Restaurants and bakery in walking distance. Very convenient and great area.

Great house!

Awesome home with super close proximity to the beach! The beds are super comfortable. The house was really clean and the owner communicated TONS with me. I've stayed in a good bit of homes and this one, by far, was my favorite. The attention to detail is impeccable! We had a GREAT time and will definitely back!

Amazing Location

My family and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, being only a short walk (1 block) away. The pool was a great feature to the property also. Overall cleanliness could be improved upon (very dusty along with paint peeling in bathroom and a dead roach greeting us as we entered). Overall we had a good experience and would recommend the property to other families.

Amazing location and backyard!

This house was perfect for our family! One block to the beach and the pool and patio were perfect! It was wonderful to be able to hang out in the pool and on the patio at night and when the beach was extremely windy. The house itself was clean and very cute...had everything we needed for 10 days! Beds were SO comfortable and kitchen was stocked as well with anything you would need to make a meal. Grill was a bonus! All the beach accessories (toys/chairs/towels/cooler/wagon, etc) were just what we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation

Close to the beach. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Beach chairs and cooler were a huge bonus. Air conditioning worked great, but it was on a timer and would start to warm up quickly, so you would have to turn ac back down. Master bedroom was really warm.
