Awesome place!

Great spot, looks small from the front but it is very spacious. Has everything plus some to function in this kitchen which is great! The pool is great to relax at in the evening after dinner and a long day playing. Perfect spot!

Relaxing

Such a cute house within walking distance to the beach! Our family really enjoyed staying here and the kids especially loved the pool! We will hopefully be returning soon!

Comfortable house

Perfect for family!!

The house was spacious, amazingly equipped with anything we would need from cooking to cleaning. Pool was well maintained while we was there the week. Safe area and peaceful. Highly recommended. Close to the beach, we walked from the home.

Great Home in Great Location.

The home was perfect size for our group of 6. The location is excellent, less than 5 min walk to beach and house has perfect beach accessories for use. The home itself is very CLEAN, furniture is well kept, appliances are new/modern, kitchen is well stocked, and the third shower is a real bonus. Pool and backyard area are a bit small, but still perfect for a quick cool off after day at beach.

Great place for family!

We had a wonderful stay with our family (three generations). It was a perfect house and great location. The house was very clean and even better than the pictures. Everyone in our group kept saying what a great find it was. Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool. And we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely come back to this same place in the future!

Look no further

Our stay was just perfect. Location was a few blocks from the beach, house was updated with comfortable furniture. The amenities were appreciated from cozy spare blankets, labels on lights and tv, to beach chairs …the list goes on. The listing photos and descriptions are all accurate. The hosts had a binder on the counter with needed information and tips on “things to do”. We used their tips and enjoyed the recommendations!

The property looked exactly how it was listed and you can tell the host puts a lot of effort into making it a comfortable experience for guests! They had everything we could’ve needed including a pack and play and a high chair, beach supplies (wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, etc) the home was very clean and we enjoyed how close it was to the beach (10 min walk) and also enjoyed a lot of time by the pool! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and things like coffee, tea, spices, baggies,etc so we didn’t need to buy any of that at the store. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Exceeded Our Expectations

Look no further, this home has it all! It was beautifully decorated, had plenty of room to accommodate my family of 7 and was fully stocked with many extras. We enjoyed every square inch; especially the second back living space and screened in back porch near the pool. We were so thankful for the additional beach towels, beach cabana, cooler and wagon. Everyone loved the heated pool and meals out front under the covered patio. It was a quick walk to the beach and a local cafe for morning coffee. The area was quiet and perfect for morning/evening walks. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great week

Overall excellent vacation rental. We had a great time and the amenities are very nice. Few minor suggestions for improvement. Washer or dryer leaving black marks on laundry. Vacuum cleaner needed. Everyone who stayed complained of itching while sleeping. Mattresses may need to be cleaned or changed.

Excellent Family Location

The house worked great for a 3 generation family get-together. It is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and parks. A bonus for us was the park with pickleball courts 2 blocks away. The house is well equipped, much better than most. Two separate living spaces worked well for us. The pool is small but very well done. Warm, clean and the kids loved the multicolored lights at night. The end of August is a perfect time to visit Florida. It was not crowded at the beach, attractions, or restauants. The beach was uncrowded, the water very warm and the sunsets each night couldn't have been better.

Perfect Weekend

Our stay was centered around a mile stone birthday celebration. The home is just as described. We were a short walk to beach and all the necessary beach items were available to use and enjoy(been wanting and so excited to try out the cool cabana and I’ve since ordered one) Pool and patio were great for morning coffee/breakfast and as an option instead of beach. Plenty of space for the six of us to spread out. Kitchen provided all the things you would need for an extended stay. We had a question and our contact was very attentive and prompt in answering. Neighborhood is quiet and we love that residential vibe. Most importantly, the house was clean and tidy. We will definitely consider reserving again when we go back. We had a great time and a memorable birthday.

Family Fun Fourth of July!

We had a great stay with my family and my sister's family. The house was great for us adults as well as four kids under the age of four; not too big to wrangle kids and not too small. The pool is awesome for young children with a shallow ledge and small fountain, steps, and a seating shelf on the far end. We were nervous about one of the kids getting outside by the pool unsupervised, but the screened in patio has a little door lock that the kids never figured out, so we kept all the doors locked including that little lock on the screened in patio door just in case. We especially appreciated the use of the beach wagon, high chair, pack n play, kitchen accessories, and grill! I can't get over how great of a location this stay was with just a quick walk to the beach and the calm, clear waters at Indian Rocks Beach! Such a great spot for kids and adults. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Great Girls Getaway!

We had a 3 generation girls trip to Indian Rocks Beach, and upon arrival we were instantly pleased with the features of this home! There were 8 of us girls, from 21 to 71 yrs old, and we had all the space we needed to be together whenever we wanted, or not, when you needed some quiet or private time! The beds were comfortable and we utilized the couches for addl sleeping space as well. The two Bathrooms and addl swim shower worked fine for us because we had a laid back schedule, but were a bit of a pinch when everyone needed to get ready to leave at the same time (1 more toilet would’ve helped). The kitchen had all the necessary equipment along with a fair amt of spices and seasonings, and dry goods to get us thru minimal cooking -because the variety of restaurants and seafood near the home were too good to resist (not all within walking distance, but certainly within a 10-20 minute drive!!). The two living/family rooms along with the pool and outdoor seating and the carport patio dining table made hanging at the house a relaxing pleasure, with the beach just about 3 blocks away! Greatly appreciated the hosts’ offering beach equipment as well (chairs, cooler, beach cabana, towels and a beach wagon to haul it in!). We did have an issue with one of the bed frames breaking the first night, but the property mgr remedied that the next day! A truly comfortable home, great location, close to the beach, away from and yet close enuf to drive to the rowdy spring break party scene, Would definitely stay here again!
