We spent our spring break here in April and had an amazing trip. The unit is very clean and the building/grounds were better than expected. Plenty of good sunset views and the infinity pool was a hit for our boys. Would definitely rent again.

The Cliff property is amazing. The unit has a wonderful view and comforatble balcony to relax. There is plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The location in Cupecoy was central to everywhere we wanted to visit.

What a beautiful spot! The condo was amazing--the view was breathtaking. Check in and check out were seamless. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery and easy drive to others.

The host, John, was very welcoming and answered all our questions promptly. The condo's amenities were very good and all our wants were satisfied. The Cliff is a lovely building in an excellent location. The pool, beach and gardens were outstanding! Convenient to have a quality restaurant on site in the lobby.

Great unit with ocean views perfect pool and access to swim in the ocean. Very queit friendly neighbors and staff. My 89 yr mom loved the balcony view for her morning coffee and breakfast. Owner was quick to respond on any questions before and during our 2 week stay.

Lovely location and view. Had some maintenance issues and contacted the concierge as recommended but never heard back. Finally went through VRBO messaging and John quickly remedied most problems. Biggest issue was the sheets that didn't fit the beds and came off every night, Beds were also very hard. Toilets constantly kept running unless the handles were jiggled. Otherwise, the place was great. Having a restaurant on the premises was nice. Great pool and access to beach was a plus.

Beautiful & relaxing

Loved our stay! The ocean views are stunning. Loved relaxing in the beautiful infinity pool and at nearby Mullet Beach (a 5 min walk). The apartment was spotless and very spacious. A perfect vacation!

Perfect Family Getaway

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! From ease of check in to the condo! Everything was as pictured in condo description. It was also very well equipped! Perfect location! Walking distance to stores, bakeries, restaurants and beaches! Phenomenal pool! We would definitely stay in this unit again!

My family and I had the most amazing time in St Marteen. We loved the location of the Cliffs. The staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant staff and food are fabulous! Highly recommend Can’t wait to come back

Excellent stay at The Cliff

We had a fantastic stay in this unit. Its description was correct and had supplies to use that were so helpful. The pool area was amazing. We loved being close to the grocery store and pastry shop up the street. The beach was awesome…felt like we had a private beach. Hope to return soon!

Amazing

The condo and its location were great! There were four of us, all women so being within walking distance to everything we needed and wanted was great. The condo was well equipped and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Exceeded expectations

We really loved this vacation and it started with the apartment. The ocean views are spectacular and sitting on the balcony in the morning listening to the ocean is very relaxing. Between the fully fitted kitchen and the nearby groceries we were able to eat very well.

The place was as advertised, very clean, ocean view, very good security. The pool was great, not crowded. In fact, there were not a lot of people using the pool. There is a gym on the complex. There is a beachfront area in front of the condo complex you can access. There is a great restaurant in the premises, there is a grocery store and a few restaurants near the complex, all walking distance( the American University is an across the street). The host and property manager are very responsive, they answered my phone calls 100% of the time. The only negative comment is the parking can be difficult ( general parking in front) but there is always a garage parking available fo every unit.
