We had never been to SXM before so we weren’t really sure where to stay in relation to beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc…this place was the perfect location to all of that. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 and the resort itself was beautiful. The infinity pool, private beach, location to Mullet bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Great place to stay on St. Martin. Great modern room, easy parking, great views, infinity pool lovely, work out area nice, noice level great, good restaurant on site. Easy drive to Simpson bay. Very comfortable satisfying days!!

Overall, we had a really good stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we enjoyed the property overall. It is beautiful.There were a few issues that were disappointing. The listing states that there are three bathrooms with showers, but there are actually only two. We also did not have hot water at all during our entire stay. What was a little more frustrating was that we had to take that information to the concierge on multiple occasions to find out more information, rather than being informed by the host or concierge when we arrived. Having that information upfront would have allowed us to set the right expectations.Aside from that, the space itself was really nice, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there.

This condo is beautiful. The place is nicely decorated and no detail overlooked. The balcony is large enough for a family. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.The pool and grounds are well maintained. It a hard decision to walk to Mullet Bay or relax by the pool.It's a nice walk to restaurants and shops.

I couldn't say enough good things about our stay!!! This place is amazing! The view is gorgeous, everything is so clean, and the condo is so nice and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Reception was very welcoming. Resort wellMaintained and clean. Beautiful pool and private beach. Beach only accessible if water fairly calm which it was for most of our stay. Great location to access both sides of island. Would def stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! The views were gorgeous! The pools were amazing. The condo was spacious, kitchen was well stocked and unit was very clean! I would definitely book this unit again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable and clean. The pool, beach, and restaurant were fantastic. Easily walkable to a market for groceries and good bars and restaurants.

Great place to stay

We loved this place! Exactly what we expected from the pictures. Rooms and property were amazing and the location is good. You can walk to many great areas from here within 1/2 hour!

Everything you could want in a condo stay.. all the kitchen tools/supplies. So clean and the view is amazing. Comfy clean furniture in condo and on the balcony.

Great spotc to catch up and relax

The property was just as pictured and lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a cute market very close walking distance away. The pool, beach, views were all wonderful.

Love this place, have stayed multiple times

The Cliffs is a beautiful property and so convenient to many beautiful beaches. The infinity pool is gorgeous and both John and Stacey are so easy to work with, I highly recommend. The location is within walking distance of Mullet Beach, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient to the airport too.

Awesome Trip

One of the best places we have ever stayed while on a vacation! Great room and location. We had one request while staying and it was taken care of promptly! If I were going back to this island I would stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!
