Inlet Reef Club

The best parts of this property were the access to the beach and convenient to shopping. Vacasa was very efficient in getting things done and repaired while we were there. Good communication.

We loved Inlet Reef. It has a wonderful view. Home was well equipped and comfortable. There is easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed the area. We hope to return soon and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic getaway

This was a perfect place for a girl's weekend away. It's definitely in a more quiet neighborhood so if you're looking to party, this isn't it for you. We wanted to relax and it was ideal. Location to beach and pool was the best part. The view of the beach from our balcony was so nice to wake up to. Place was very clean and we had a minor issue with the code getting in and it was fixed within 5 minutes. It's located near so many restaurants and things to do. I can't say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend!

First time to Destin

Since I had never been to Destin, I was not sure about the area, property, or access to the beach. I was very pleased with condo even though there are a few maintenance items needed. Light bulbs are needed in the master bedroom and bathroom and the television in the master has tube issues after 30 minutes. I would recommend this property for location, cleanliness and access to the beach.

The condo’s location was great. It was easy to find and close to everything. The cleanliness however was subpar. The floors had dust and dirt along all of the baseboards. The bedding was nice however we couldn’t find any extra pillow cases. It was a great get away for our family.

We loved the beach location

We had a great time. Our place was exceptionally clean! We were pleased with that. Kitchen was nice. Had everything we needed. A few things need updating though. The dryer takes hours to dry a load. The mattress in the first bedroom needs replacing. The toilet seat lid on the inside has urine stains all over it. Sliding glass door was hard to open. Living room tv had 5 remotes. It would help to have them marked to know what to use for what. A broom to help keep the sand at a minimum would be nice. Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed Our stay.

Beautiful location..as described

Slight issue getting into condo, resolved reasonably quick. Condo as described. A few issues: 4 slice toaster/only two worked, washer leaked, dryer heated and tumbled but after two hours did not dry. Unfortunately we had washed two loads so hung both loads to dry on hangers all over condo. With four of us ended up Ubering to laundry mat. Last full day of rental "Halo" detected water leak and water supply shut off. Called rental agency but were out of water for few hours. Overall nice condo and location but somewhat disappointed in washer/dryer issue and cost of laundromat and water. Shutoo.

Beach condo with a great view!

Very comfortable condo with views of the Gulf and back toward the bay. You can see sunsets and the fireworks from Emerald Grande from the huge balcony. Well laid out and especially like the split bath in the master. Like that we are on Holiday Isle which is close to everything, but not on busy I-98. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are great and the beach is beautiful. Kitchen could use a few more cooking/serving items. Condo was clean and Vacasa is super to work with and we appreciate their help.

Great safe place

Felt very safe with security. Close to a lot of things in Destin. Disappointing item was that we arrived at 1 pm but weren’t able to get into place until 4 pm even though our unit was available

Inlet Reef 414

We loved the condo and it’s easy access to restaurants and shopping. The view of the gulf from the balcony was spectacular! It was fully furnished and supplied. All we had to do was unpack and enjoy three weeks of beautiful sunny February weather.

Vacation review

The lighted tennis courts was not available, the office manager said they would be the file the second week we were there but they were not they had a fire alarm going off several hours during the night no one addressed it until my husband called the fire department. Also they began their cleanup for the fitness gym. So these are a couple of That we look forward to doing and did not get to in our unit. We asked if they had an agreement with any of the other facilities they said no

Great Weekend visit

All the way from Cali, my family came in to enjoy my airman’s 21st b-day! The property was outstanding and Destin was gorgeous! White sand beaches, warm water and a beautiful property with lots of amenities! Our unit needed a blender, but other than that-5 star!

Great location. Even better view.

The condo was exactly what we had hoped for. The condo complex was well maintained and clean in a great location. The grandkids loved having private beach access and a pool. A perk was having the beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day by the staff. The condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Great balcony and view. Vacasa was great. Loved the app and how much information we received before our arrival. We look forward to coming back.

Not the worst, but not the best we’ve stayed in.

Our family loves Holiday Isle and Inlet Reef. We have stayed in many different units on this property. This unit is not the best we’ve stayed in but it’s not the worst either. This unit is managed by Vacasa. We like Vacasa. They are very easy to deal with and have a consistent quality. This unit has a decent view but the patio furniture was a joke. Like it was picked up for free on the side of the rode. The main TV was also sub par. The master bed was nice but my daughter who slept in the twin mattress complained about the mattress the whole trip. The kitchen supplies were terrible. Like they went to goodwill and bought a few things. The dishwasher smelled and there was no lid for the main trash can in the kitchen. However I would say the price is right for the quality of the unit and again Vacasa is very easy to deal with.
